The worst shipment agents. 5 months to receive my container after several stops in USA, Netherland, France, Turki, Egypt and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar)

It was a great mistake i took my car to this people for shipment.After giving them my car for shipping and was told when it will depart united state to Nigeria, it took them extra 40 days to ship my car. After I fill out all paperwork for this car correctly but when my car arrived Nigeria I was notified about an error in the make of the car. The car was a BMW x3 but it was placed as X5. This is not my fault because all paperwork that I filled put shows X3 and they also have the title of the car which can be properly verified. When I called the ti help in fixing this issue which was an error from them i was told to pay 150 dollars to fix it. Bad customer service and rude people. The lady I talked was tellingme she dont care i shouldnt do business with them anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor she denied me that. Please dont do business with such an organization that dont own to their mistakes.

Very unreliable and unreasonable. False business ethics and very poor customer service. Took a car there for shipment to Nigeria, and it took them a whole month to take the car to the port. When I call, they will lie to me that its under going customs inspection while that is a lie. They tell you something else to cover up their ineptitude. Do not take your car there for shipment, you will definitely regret it. I will never ever go there again for shipment or recommend anyone. They used to be good but it looks like they change management.

Ask the salesman did car have blue title he said car was good. Once I came there he told me car was a salvage. Everyone knows salvage cars are hard to insure and if u do find insurance it is expensive for a salvaged car.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie about their prices and will add costs to your bill after you shipment is sent and will hold paperwork hostage (won’t release your container) until you pay extra costs without proof of invoice/cost.Also see their warehouse before you ship anything. Had I seen their warehouse before I contracted with them, I would have never agreed to use them.

UPDATE:They have completely changed their entire business model and really turned things around. They are super helpful and cooperative, they really do their best to keep up with things, and they always make sure to give you their best effort.They have really really turned things around for the better.

I normally do not like to write negative reviews but I thought it was necessary to write something about this company. I will give zero star if given the optionHTS was paid for shipping four boxes to Lagos on the 19th of January. It was my first and last time of doing business with this folks.They collected money from me and promised that the container that will take the boxes will be loaded within 2 weeks. I was not happy about that but I was willing to allow them the 2 weeks load the container little to know that it was going to be 6 weeks before they finally loaded the boxes. The customer service at their Houston office were no help either because I was constantly lied to about the loading time. Knowing that the container was not leaving on time, they kept telling me that it will be loaded in one week.Finally the container made it to Lagos in April. It took another 2 and half weeks to clear and then I got a shocker call from some Sulaimon guy that called himself an agent appointed by HTS. He demanded that I pay 150K before the boxes will be released to my contact on ground in Lagos. I called HTS in Houston and was told that they have nothing to do with what goes on in Lagos that I should pay the money if I want to collect my stuff. I argued that I was not told at the time I was sending the stuff that I will be paying in Lagos after they have already collected money from me in Houston; my argument did not go far because I was hung up on. I can take the insult but I do not like liars in business. I should have been told up front about all the fees. It is deceptive practice.I will never do business with them and I will tell whoever wants to know to stay away from their office. Hope this review will help someone else.
