Had two drivers pickup at this location today. they arrived before 11:00. waited an hour and not started loading. then said they are going to lunch. over 4 hours now and still not loaded for loads we were told were ready. would not haul loads for them again. liars

This place is always a mess dont book any loads from this place very slow people they dont care about your time. Never load you on time you will be waiting for hours.

The team at World Trade Distribution, Inc has been one of the best group of people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. We had an issue that was completely unrelated to them, they were under no obligation to assist us but they did anyway. Thank you again to Sandra Gonzalez and Brenda Reichert!! Its so refreshing to be able to work with such caring and hard working people.

People are always nice here, they are FCFS 8-3:30pm, weve never been here for over 2 maybe 3 hours . They do take lunch from noon to 1pm so they wont check you in until after . Mornings are usually less busy but if they have a line theres a few parking spots to the left facing the shipping office where you can park and wait for your turn .

Easy booking. Shirt wait time for cargo drop-off. Good organization and distribution. My only issue lies with inconsistent pricing. I am sure to get someone on the phone or a quick email response.

I went there to pick up a loaded container from the CBP side. Everyone was helpful, and efficient. Room to manuever my big truck. Didnt take long.

Got me in and with helpful lift operation

CROOKS & THIEVES! They did not inspect my container for over 2 weeks, did not update me or honor their S903 program for Per Diem charges. All in all, it costed me $4000 extra because of these crooks!

Easy in and out. People are friendly, check in time take more than loading. I had 10 am and was out by 10:40 am

I was able to check in early and I got loaded fairly quickly nice and friendly staff also the only drawback is it’s a little tight backing into the docks with 53’ trailer so watch out

World trade distribution center very professional very courtesy very friendly just make sure when you get there check in one of the girls make sure you got your booking number if youre delivering and if youre picking up Im sure youve got a good pick up number is always its a pleasure at world trade distribution center

Great warehouse because they hire professionals to drive forklifts not children that cant

All in all not a bad place. They need to rotate their lunches so drivers can keep moving to their next stop.
