First of all, i am not the shipper, but i am the one who scheduling a pick up from my vendor to me. Scheduled on 06/29 for pick up 07/01, checked box for lift gate truck needed and special instruction as well. Truck show up without a lift gate, but driver fully aware he needed a lift gate. The shipper offer to hand load on the truck and re-wrap, but driver refused cuz he doesnt want to wait. DAY 1 WASTED.07/02 I received an email the next day Carrier Attempted pick up, however the driver was not given this freigth. I replied to the email telling my story and reschedule for tomorrow pickup between 8-12. DAY 2 WASTED07/03 12 pm NO SHOW NO CALL. My vendor wasted half a day. DAY 3 WASTED. As i write this review, i was holding on the line for 57 mins.
