FIRTS TIME COMING OVER HERE,TAKING SO LONG TO CHECK IN BEEN IN LINE GOR 3 HOURS & STILL WAITING TO GET LOADED I ALSO SEE THEY ARE NOY ENFORCING THE SAFETY PPE RULE WHEN IT SAYS ON THE PAPERWORK TO DO SO 😂😂😂😂

Courteous staff but having to wait around while forklift drivers take a one hour lunch break is a bummer. Wish they would have at least a skeleton crew from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. so drivers would not be trapped and wasting precious time.

Very efficient operation, friendly staff and great service. One of the best docks Ive been to in many years.

CAUTION!!!! They are very picky who work they dont even give you a chance to work at least 40hrs i hear one of the guys say he gave an expensive pair of shoes just so he could work and if youre new might as call unemployment cause youll work one week 30hrs next you wont

If you want to die, this the place for you. Gang foreman look like they have only 2 weeks experience before being promoted. The way the break pipe puts your life and the others in danger, when its loose. They climb under and on top of the pipe. Over load the crane. Under education people who will be on their phones or playing around. Safety doesnt matter, they just show you a video and say ok go to work. Not a good place to work for.

Treats employees like dirt! Perfect employment for someone who wants to work in an entirely unsafe environment at 80+ hours, 7 days a week! Then be promoted after a few weeks to a position that cuts your pay in half and takes away any and all benefits! Would totally give negative or 0 stars if possible.

Care Terminal #1 is the worst berth in the world!!! Vessels passing by with speed 8knots damaging mooring lines...

Very fast most of the times.

Bad service!!! Be going to hards marine service for now on!
