They messed up my floors and used such a strong spray that it triggered asthma.

Very professional. High quality work at unbelievably low prices. They sure can work some magic Refinishing and renewing wood floors!

I would give them no stars if I could. I had them refinished my floors, they had to come twice to attempt to get the job done right, and failed miserably both times. The second time they came they made it worst, my floors are scuffed up so bad in areas where you can easily see it, and all the quarter rounds were all damaged by the buffer. Horrible service stay away!!!! you are better off having your floors refinished or replace, which is what I am going to have to do now

This company came and refinished our floors and when they did lay the sealant down properly or walked all over the floors when it was setting (someones sock print is still on my floors), would not come to repair their mistakes. We went completely out of our way to make it easier for them and pushed back our move date to give them the space. As we noticed the spots and tried to clearly label them and make their job easier, Ted completely ignored me and continued to ignore phone call, texts, and emails. I am dissappointed and do not recommend no matter the price. I particularly do not recommend working with Ted with how unprofessional he has been since completing the job.

Do not recommend!! Color did not come out like the color we agreed on and very bad work around the edges all around! Darker edges with lots of debri mixed in. Lots of spill stains and I had to repaint my baseboards all around the house because they splashed lots of the stain on them.

I want you to know what happened today with Mr. Sandless. Below is the estimate that was sent to me on February 27th showing the floor refinishing as $599. I had asked him about refinishing the front door since I felt it should be done, thus the additional part of the quote.Yesterday morning I texted Rick Cerda who had met me at the house originally. I asked if I could pay with a credit card, but also said that I had confirmed that the HOA dues covered the front door refinishing so I didn’t need that done at Baron Trace. I said that I needed my front door refinished so perhaps he would consider doing that and I asked for his availability. His reply last night was simply that I could pay with a check or credit card. IHe never addressed the front door refinishing issue.We walked into the house and he and his partner said that they never book a job for less than $699 so I had to pay $699 for them to be there. Rick and his company NEVER said that they had a minimum of $699 to do a job. In my sense of urgency to get the floor refinished, they took advantage of me. And I am not overly impressed with their work at this point. We will see how it looks when it is dry. I just wanted you to be aware of what happened.This business will be put in our do not use part of our Approved and Recommended Service Providers List.They will not be used again in any of our 650 homes.
