Jarret and Mark were great! I had a challenging job. They stripped a weird sealer off my travertine, then they cleaned, sealed, polished and repaired some holes. Now every time I walk into the kitchen or family room I think there’s water on the floor because it’s so shiny. Scheduling and communication with Jarret was easy and straightforward. I will have them clean my stone every couple years. It makes such a huge difference.I would highly recommend them.

I took a chance and used Modern Stone Care based on their reviews. Best decision I made all year. Jarrett and Mark are extremely professional, friendly and most importantly fast, efficient and know how to clean and restore the luster to a variety of stonework. They brought the marble tile in my powder room back to its original luster after being accidentally stripped when my dad tried cleaning it for me with harsh chemicals. My kitchen floor looks like we havent had numerous 4 legged children for over 20 years, you can actually see the original color of the grout! Had Modern Stone Care come out to sand and refinish a Carrara Marble island we have in the kitchen. It was heavily etched with all types of marks and glass rings. We even had an etching of a banana a previous homeowner must have left out too long. They came out to our house and in a few hours had our kitchen island looking brand new. We paid about 1/4 of the cost a replacement countertop would have cost for the resurfacing. It was well worth it. Will be calling them anytime I need and of this type of work done.

Jarrett and Mark are the most experienced guys in the Houston area in the care of natural stone floors. They refinished my 1200 sq ft of travertine floors in my living area and it looks better than when it was brand new. They stripped off the old lacquer and polished the travertine leaving a natural shine with no lacquer or polish on the floors. All I need to do now is mop it with a cleaner that they provide to keep it clean. They also moved all the furniture around and replaced it exactly where it was originally using pictures.Call these guys if you need your stone floors polished or refinished, they are the best at what they do.

This company did a beautiful job cleaning and honing my marble floors to a lovely matte finish last Fall. When a full bottle of red wine was dropped on the floor last week, staining and etching occurred. Within 24 hours of calling Modern Stone Care, they were here and were able to clean and reseal the area. These guys do great work! Highly recommend!

Mark did a great job on my marble entryway. We did a major home remodel and our contractor installed and then promptly ruined our marble entryway--deep scuffs and scratches everywhere. Modern stone care was able to refinish and restore the marble tile until it shined the way it is supposed to. Cannot recommend them enough!

The guys were able to book an appointment within a couple of days to clean and polish the marble floors and some counters. They arrived on time and with all the right equipment. They floor and counters look new, now, and the work did not take very long. I would use them again.

I broke a bottle of red wine on my tan terrazzo floors and it etched them immediately. I called the company that originally put in the floors 25 years ago. They were sky high in price. Checked Google reviews and found this company had excellent review and was half the price of my original quote. They came out today and honed the entire floor. No more etched floors and they matched the rest of the floors so you cant tell the area is different. Very nice and professional and as an added bonus, they are Houston Fire Fighters!

I have the travertine tile around my pool cleaned and sealed on an annual basis and have never been entirely satisfied with the results prior to engaging Modern Stone Care. These guys are on the top of their game when it comes to product knowledge, professionalism, and delivery of a quality result. They have an old school appreciation for the lost art of customer service and made me feel as if they would not be 100% satisfied with the work until I was. MSC will be doing any and all future stonework in my home.

I had spent hours cleaning my tumbled travertine floors and *thought* they were clean but I wasnt happy with the way they looked. I called Modern Stone Care and they came out and deep cleaned the floors and sealed them. The difference was amazing and what I originally thought was clean was far from. My stone was no longer dark tan but back to the original color. In addition they cleaned and sealed my granite counters and no more dark water spots around the sinks. I was impressed with the care taken with my home and the attention to getting it right. There was no hesitation on their part to work until the job was done to everyones satisfaction.
