We hired Greg of Bizaillion Floors to clean, polish snd seal our travertine floors. They were not looking too good. Greg brought the travertine back to life. Our floors look great. He is very reliable and professional I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

Called to have graffiti on my wall removed as soon as possible. The technician showed up about 10am the following morning and had my wall graffiti-free by 11am!They are always thorough, responsive to calls and text, courteous, and have a fair price. I highly recommend them!

We live a large city on the East coast. After weeks of searching I could not find a contractor with the knowledge on how to restore the brick floor in our new home. I extended my search for a contractor beyond our region and was finally led to Greg at BizFloors.Greg patiently coached my by phone on how to strip and refinish the brick pavers. He was there for us step by step for this very extensive project. No question was too small and his instructions were thorough and meticulously detailed.It is a gruelling project, however, the result was spectacular...all thanks to Greg. We hired Bizaillion 12 yrs ago to clean our marble floor. They did a great job and the floor looked great after the lower tier service. This time we opted for the top tier service including sealing missing grout. Wow! The floor transition this time is amazing. The floor is extremely smooth and has a near mirror finish. Greg and his team are the commensurate experts in the process of floor polishing. They continually were evaluating progress as they finely balanced the weight of the polisher to match the grit of grid in pad utilized. 9 hrs later and a lot of hard work, the floor is beautiful. I could not be happier.😀

Hired Greg and his company to spruce up my tile floors in a 15 year old house. There were numerous scuffs and scratches as well as some shiny remnants of an old gloss tile sealer. Greg gave me a quote and we scheduled what was to be a one day job for the following week. He and two employees carefully taped and protected my rugs, cabinets, and appliances, and moved all the furniture. What we didnt know until after the work began was that the previous owner had used an outdoor concrete sealer for the indoor tile. It took a full day to remove the old sealer from the tile as well as the scratches. The huge problem was getting the old sealer out of the grout. It ended up taking 3 full days of very hard work, and if not for 5 different people involved in the process it would have been even longer.The end result was tile that looks like new and sealer free grout. Im sure Greg would have loved to walk away from the job but he is a true professional. He stayed every minute of the 3 days and didnt leave until everything was cleaned up and the furniture put back He also honored the original price quote. I dont believe any other company would have been able to do the job as well, let alone stuck to the original quote.

We recently purchased a home in North Houston. The home had travertine tile flooring which had scratches and imperfections throughout. Greg came out quickly to give us a fair and comprehensive quote.He did fantastic work and carved time out in his schedule to complete the job quicker than expected. He and his team worked very hard and did a great job.

I actually created a Google account just to leave this review. Greg and his team were outstanding: professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. They refinished my kitchen and bathroom floors along with the shower tiles - everything looks great. This was money well spent. I found Greg online through Google and Yelp and felt I owed it to them and to others to post a review letting future customers know that they are the real deal. I will definitely use them again if we need tile refinishing in future, and would be happy to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

It took me a while but I want to write this review to thank Greg and his crew for an amazing job on our terrazzo floors 8 months ago. He is amazing. He spent almost two days repairing, honing, polishing and buffing. There was a big chip at the edge of the step and he was able to fix it and match the color perfectly. Not only that, he also provided us a full gallon of cleaning supply. Our floors are so beautiful and shiny they still are the envy of our friends. Greg is very cordial and thoughtfulness, and his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Great service, very responsive, results are amazing. Greg took the time to call sealant manufacturers to understand what product would be right for us (slate around an indoor saltwater pool). We could really tell that they take pride in their work.

Greg is an honest guy and runs a reputable company. After evaluating the condition of the slate in the house we recently purchased he explained that it had been damaged as the sealant had not been maintained. He said he wasn’t sure that he could restore it to a condition that would be satisfactory but left the decision up to me. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Reasonably priced, Communicates, outstanding work! Greg came to my house the same day I called for a quote. He communicates promptly and follows up afterwards. He explains everything. He is detailed and conscientious about his work. His crew included his sons and everyone works well together. They helped move a couple of big furniture pieces also. After the job, we found a couple of small unfilled holes(too small to fill, but I did not know that) Greg returned my call and came right back to the house within a few days and filled them anyways. Great guy, happy, seemed to love his work. (healthy eater too!) The floors had not been refinished for 10 years and now they look amazing. Now, the grout is clean and the stone looks like ice! We bought and are renovating a house formerly owned by smokers. They had lived there for 40 years. The terrazzo floors were yellowish-brown from years of smoke and wear. I contacted Greg about polishing my travertine floors. He was able to come out that same evening to give me a bid on the job. I called him the next day to be put on the schedule. He later called me when he had an opening a couple weeks early. He and his worker arrived on time, moved all the furniture and removed the doors. When the job was complete everything was back in place and my floors looked better than my dreams. He did the high shine for me and I love it! It looks wet and I have even tried to wipe up water that wasnt there. Greg was always on the job and very attentive to details. If you want your floors done right by a true craftsman, then Greg Bizaillion is the person to do it!

They cleaned and sealed all travertine and granite surfaces in our home. Two coats of sealant were applied. Its been 3 months and we are extremely pleased with the results. All the stoneworkin our home is protected. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I have had this company to work on my floors a number of times over the years. They do a fabulous job! Greg and Mike are perfectionists, and will go above and beyond without being asked. Our main area travertine still looks better than when first installed after three years. Our outdoor travertine needs attention more often due to weathering, but it has held up very well also. I have had my Travertine floors polished with Gregg the first time i moved to my new home in HOUSTON. After the Harvey Hurricane flooded my house and we had to take the entire floor i decided to install the same Travertine. Once again I asked Gregg to polish my new floors because i consider his service truly Exceptional and first class. He takes time to do a detailed job and makes sure that there is not one spot that is not completely polished or finished . There is no one else that I would use, period . I recommend his services and expertise without hesitation. He has also taken extra time to fix a few places that needed a little fixing on the Travertine . His crew worked diligently with him and the results were, as expected, just FABULOUS!!

We moved into our new Lennar home in early March and have been having problems with the travertine looking dirty and uneven. This builder kept telling us that that was the way the floor was supposed to look. Greg and his helper came out and in one day moved all the furnishings around and gave the flooring throughout the entire house the kind of even, clean luster it was meant to have. I definitely recommend this company if you want to get your floors cleaned! These guys are hard workers, even scrubbing on their hands and knees to make our floors look as good as possible. After our home was flooded, getting the floors cleaned was the last thing we did. So, our floors were not only filthy from the flood waters, they also had Sheetrock dust, paint, caulk, and mud. When they finished our floors looked better than they ever had since we moved in! Greg was great to work with; he answered the phone every time we called, and offered suggestions to make our grout look better. We would definitely use him again!
