On February 16,2021 I had a pipe break in the attic(due to the tumultuous freeze)above my three car garage. Almost half of the garage was damaged. I immediately called two companies that were highly recommended by insurance companies and left them voice mails. Neither company had the courtesy and professionalism to ever return my call. In fact, as on today, I have yet to hear from either of them!I then called Frontier Services Group and spoke to one of the owners, Gregg Autrey. Although they were inundated with work orders, Gregg was still gracious enough to set an appointment for me on 2-23-2021.The Frontier crew was punctual, professional and polite. I was given an estimate to cut out the damaged drywall, decontaminate the area, clean up the garage and bag and remove all debris. We agreed on a very reasonable price and the crew completed the job that day! They also set up air movers as well as a dehumidifier to ensure against mold and mildew. The stellar work was done expeditiously, yet meticulously to my complete satisfaction.Throughout this entire ordeal, Christina Escobedo, the office manager went above and beyond the call of duty. She was the liaison and the Gorilla Glue that initiated and expedited this arduous task from inception to completion. She was available after hours as well as on weekends. It is without trepidation, that I commend her with highest regards and recommend that receives a plethora of accolades as well as a hefty salary increase!! Do not hire this company!!! We had them working on our house twice due to mold issues, 2nd time we had personal items missing. The manager in charged was Nicholas, after I told him of the issue and he promised he will take care of the situation, its been 10 days and I cant seem to get an update, I call him and no answer, no call backs very unprofessional. This mold issue is already stressful enough and we trusted this company to go and clean yet they just made the situation more frustrating.

Frontier Services Group was a professional organization with the most talented group of workers in the area. We had water damage caused by a clogged air conditioner hose in the attic, and required the services for multiple different jobs to get us put back together. Our project manager, Rudy Lopez, scheduled all the different workers we needed in a timely manner, so the whole process went very smoothly. He was great at keeping us informed on what to expect and how long it would take. We definitely recommend Frontier Services Group and would definitely use them again. They can do anything in home repair with one phone call.

Frontier representative came to my house took all the needed information to have work done on my house and never heard from them. Call the company twice and each time was informed someone will call you back. It has been a month and no call from anyone.

After a leak caused damage to my wood flooring I hired Frontier to do clean up and restoration. I am very pleased with Frontier’s quality of work and Rudy was amazing to work with. From the first phone call, Frontier made us feel informed and comfortable with the process. We had a small leak from a pipe in the roof of the kitchen which turned into a big problem. Frontiers initial evaluation was thorough, fair, and they were working on restoration within 24 hours.Their team also diligently followed up with our home insurance provider to follow up on next steps, and they even shared tips with us on how to keep the process moving with insurance. Restoration in the kitchen finished this week, and we could swear the design and craftsmanship is better than before the leak.Really couldnt ask for a better experience. Had hot water heater in attic leak. Damaged walls and ceilings of upstairs bedroom and downstairs kitchen nook. Frontier repaired and painted walls and ceilings and replaced carpet. They were quick to respond. They interfaced with my insurance, provided estimates of work then, following approval by insurance, packed out our furniture, repaired the damage and returned furniture. This was all done in expedient manner by very friendly personal. They kept us appraised of each step of the process as it was happening and verified that it all matched our expectations.

We are happy to write a review of the services Frontier Group provided to us after our home flooded. Let’s start by stating that we had the misfortune of having our home flooded two consecutive year in 2016 and 2017.The next morning after our home flooded in 2016, we sat down and studied the work history and reviews of several flood and abatement firms in our area. After an extensive review, we decided to contact Frontier Services for the work to be done in our home. We called the company that morning, and an agent visited our house that same day. A contract with signed and we had some 14 people in our home the next day boxing clothing and transferring undamaged household furniture and goods to a storage facility.The house was completely stripped and repaired and returned to practically a new status. Unfortunately, the same thing happened a year later. This time, we called Frontier the same day of the flood and by that evening we had a house full of blowers and evaporators in position through out the entire house. We went through the same process for a second time. The house was quickly repaired and ready for occupation.However, after flooding two consecutive years, we decided to buy a new house and put our home up for sale. We can state that the house was sold only two weeks after it was advertised and sold at only $5;000.00 below our asking price.Let us end by saying that should our new home experience such a fate, Frontier will be our first call.

My home insurance suggested Frontier Services Group after I had a pipe burst in the Winter Storm in Feb. 2021. A rep came out and surveyed the damages and said hed hopefully have a crew out to demo the damages and get things dried out in the next few days. That was Wednesday Feb. 17th. I texted them to check on an update Friday Feb 19th, and didnt receive a reply for another 24 hours later. At this point, the wet drywall and insulation had been sitting since Monday. No response except that they were busy and doing inventory of supplies. On Monday I finally had my father come out and do the demo of the wet ceiling and insulation, because Frontier never followed up. They finally showed up without notice on Tuesday March 2nd. They rang the doorbell at 8 am, unannounced and said they were there to begin the dry out. They had the audacity to give us grief about trying to demo the majority of the damages on our own, saying putting fans and a dehumifier could have made more damage (not true). They spent the day ripping out more damaged drywall and insualtion and setting up fans and dehumifiders.They said theyd be by daily to check out the moisture readings and equipment, and they never did so the day after, and I texted them this morning to see if theyd be by today to check.I originally planned on having Frontier do my repairs/reconstruction as well, but after this poor experience, I would never want them to continue work on my property.I am still waiting to hear back from someone at Frontier about coming to check out their equipments/status of my moisture in the damaged room. I hope that it happens today so that they can get their equipment out and I can move on from this. The trauma of the storm and the damages was a lot, but Frontier made it worse.

I contacted Frontier for a mold issue at my property and they responded in a very timely and professional manner. I was very concerned as I had not experienced a mold outbreak before and I found their employees to be very empathetic and understanding of the situation. They answered all of my questions and supported me through the process. I would highly recommend Frontier for their services.

So impressed with this company and their professionalism.Edwin and Chris were amazing. They came first and put all the equipment into place for water mitigation. Their containment was amazing. And they were very friendly hard workers. I so appreciated them warning me about the noise during my baby’s nap.When the drying process was over (3 days later) Edwin came to inspect and make sure things were dried out. He worked quickly and was so kind and considerate. When things weren’t completely dried he made arrangements to come back at a convenient time for us a few days later.This company knows what they are doing and their service is top tier!

I love this company! I hired them after my home was damaged due to a septic leak that went all over the first floor of my home. They were courteous, responsive and the quality of their work was exceptional. Nick Palermo especially was terrific. Rudy my Representative is a highly resourceful man in this business. The crews that contracted to perform the various jobs to be complete were fantastic and did not play around with time. Plus very careful, Knowledgeable and very courteous. I recommend Frontier to anyone looking for remodeling needs.

Expect 20% above average on tile installation. We were charged $700 to patch and paint 3 - 12” x 12” drywall holes. I would not recommend unless you want to pay extra for mediocre work.

Day 1 of becoming Frontier’s client was great. The staff were friendly, efficient, and communicative. When Day 1 was over, there was a plan of action that both parties agreed upon. Unfortunately, after Day 1 ended, Frontier lost our customer satisfaction. Our service was supposed to last two nights, but turned into 4 nights (agreed by both parties). When the day came for our service to continue, it was not what we expected at all. We were under the impression what was agreed upon on Day 1 by both parties was going to commence, but we were completely dumbfounded. Unbeknownst to us, one person from Frontier showed up 2 hours early and all he did was pack up Frontier’s equipment then left. We thought more work was to be completed, but this did not happen. This employee did not have the equipment necessary to test if their service even worked and if what their service did not work, we were supposed to have some remodeling completed. The project manager did not communicate this change in our plan to us whatsoever. This was extremely frustrating as my partner had to take the whole day off work without pay in order to be home for 1 hour instead of 4-6. Overall, we are highly unsatisfied with the service and communication that we received from Frontier.

What a nightmare event. A small overflowed washer turned into a massive undertaking.. BUT from the remediation with Davids team to the repair with Rudys team and my upgrade of new vinyl floors and carpet, Frontier exceeded in every way. Workers were kind, polite and worked so hard. So respectful of my husbands compromised immunity due to his cancer during this pandemic. Rudy even came out during off hours to check on something that didnt even pertain to the event. We contracted with Frontier Services Group to restore the first floor of our home after a major water leak required complete removal of the wood floor and kitchen cabinets. Because this event was unexpected we had to deal with all of the contents of our home being packed and moved around to accommodatethe construction which eventually involved all three floors of our house. The quality of all the work performed was excellent, especially the wood floor replacement and the cabinetry work. The packing and moving teams are very professional and take the utmost care to return your home and the contents to pristine condition. All of our expectations were met for the entire project and I highly recommend Frontier Services Group for restoration and remodeling work.

I was visiting my dad who was in the hospital when the nightmare of an undetected overflowing toilet saturated the carpeted floors of three rooms. Bad, bad surprise. I had never experienced anything like this before and just started googling. I was not having much luck getting someone that could come out NOW till I found Frontier. They were actually out of our area but came out anyway and got the job done. The representative that arrived checked everything thoroughly with equipment for measuring all rooms,where the water was etc., entered it all in his computer and let me know exactly what they were going to do. A crew came out following that and implemented the plan and got the job done. Was it fun? no. But, the professionalism & certainty of the representative and crew let me know I had made the correct choice. They then waited until the insurance paid off to collect their fee. My home flooded from my water heater busting. Frontier came in and ran over 30 fans to dry out my home as quickly as possible. David did a great job coordinating everything with his people and the insurance adjuster. They did a great job of removing all of the damaged drywall and cabinets very quickly. Their whole crew was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. When you have a catastrophic event like this it is good to have a company to help you through the process. Frontier Services Group did the restoration and reconstruction of the water damage that occurred in our house. Brandon Lawrence and his crew were very professional from the first appointment. They were punctual on a daily basis and always cleaned up after each visit. The crew was always cordial and very cooperative with all my concerns. Brandon was very specific and detailed during each walk through after certain tasks were done. They also disposed the trash when necessary even at the end. I was never left wondering if they were going to leave a task unfinished or when they would show up for work. Every crew member from Hazael, Feliciano, Josué and Luis were more than competent in their abilities.I would recommend FSC highly if you want something done right and have piece of mind as well.

I talked to several companies and Frontier was by far the most responsive. Angel called me back within 30 minutes of me contacting his company and was actually at my house to make an assessment within an hour. I also received my proposal that same afternoon. The estimate was extremely reasonable. Companies that are actually eager to earn your business are getting harder to find. I would definitely recommend Frontier to friends.

We started working with Frontier thru our insurance company due to a leak. Matt Ewing came in to meet with us and took us thru the process of what to expect. He lined up everyone to assist since we found out we had mold and at the time I was going thru chemotherapy. We had to move out quickly due to mold and they moved quickly to pack us up and start the process of remediation and demolition of our kitchen and bathroom to remove any mold that was found. They were very detailed in packing us up to inventorying everything with pictures and logs of what was packed. Some items were boxed and left at our house while others were packed and unpacked at our condo while being out. They took several large items to there warehouse. Most of the time you would expect to lose items or have it damaged. We just moved back into our home after 7 months of remodeling and again we called Matt as we needed to be moved back in quickly and we had tremendous clean up due to dust. His team was there again to assist and packed up our condo and unpacked everything they had boxed or removed. Nothing was damaged or lost! I want to give a special shout out to Naomi who supervised from beginning to end and thank you to Matt for taking care of us during a vulnerable time. I’m happy to say we’re home and I’m cancer free!

So after my house was damaged by wind and rain in may, the mitigation aspect of the process was contracted out to Frontier by my HOI. Kyle came to do the estimate. He was very friendly and we had a good feeling about he and the company. He assured us that everything would be taken care of and he had his guys on the way to the house as we speak to tear up my floors, remove my belongings and begin the process of drying the house out, as well as remove the debris. Once the workers arrived we headed back to our primary residence. I returned to the house a few days later to find the heaters running(great), but they only tore up part of my floors and didnt remove anything other than a rug, my bedding, and my dog beds. We reached out to Kyle to get an explanation and he said one of the workers was stung by a scorpion and had to leave. Ok, no problem, I understand. But the job still needed to be finished. We reached out to him several times in the followings days to get an idea on when his men would be able to return to finished the job they started. He gave us the run around for several weeks and flat out lied to us about where they were at in the process. He finally stopped responding to emails. I imagine he ran out of excuses. After 3 weeks from being damaged, the house remained untouched, and the handful of things he did take, have still not been returned to us. Still no word from him. The debris that he was supposed to remove sat in the yard long enough it killed large sections of my grass. The tarp job they did had holes in it and bugs were in the house. Just a complete and utter failure on their part. We had to reach out to HOI to get them involved as well as the bank the mortgage is thru to get a response from Frontier. It wasnt until after that they assured us they would make it right. No thank you.

I worked for 6 years in the insurance industry and we always recommended ServPro for water damage remediation. But now that it personally happened to me, and I called them (ServPro) they wanted to wait a whole day to come out and stop the water damage from spreading! So I immediately did some research and found Frontier and had a person on the line immediately and out in less than an hour! Yawl were the 3rd mold remediation group plus we’ve had 2 contractors, 2 roofers and a masonry company, to our home since 2013 trying to get this problem fixed.Everyone told us we didn’t have a problem.Oh!! And the fireplaceman in houston is here now on their 3rd trip this year.Monday their tech HAD NOT sealed mason on top.They are fixing it now.So...next rain we will know if we need to have yawl back to rip our our walk.Thank yawl SO MUCH!When you have a child with a terminal lung illness, it really means a lot for you tech to not only look at our fireplace but make the extra effort to check our attic.Blessings,Cherry Sears

VERY IMPRESSED from the start. After calling another restoration company and waiting over 24 hours, I called Frontier and they were there with equipment within 2 hours. The Project manager provided and introduced me to the onsite supervisor for any questions or concerns during the mitigation / dry out process. The thought of packing up my kitchen was an overwhelming task, but Frontier stepped in and packed everything up in a very professional manner as well as protecting the rest of my home with floor protection and barriers . I was updated every day at the progress of the mitigation. Highly Recommend !!

Frontier did a great job recently in our home that was flooded from a washing machine. They were out to our house within 2 hours and had water remediation completed within 4 hours including setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They came daily to check on the equipment and gave us updates on remaining time. They were very responsive when we reached out with any questions and even took our rugs and cleaned them for free.

Frontier Services Group provided first class services for my family and me. They had an amazing team who displayed the utmost professionalism. They were prompt, organized and efficient. We are truly grateful for the hard work and exemplary services they provided in our time of need.

Several years ago when we were on an out of state vacation; disaster struck. A toilet connection broke loose under one of the upstairs bathrooms. We’d already been gone a week. We got a phone call saying water, lots of water was coming out of all our doors and garage. Fortunately, we knew Dennet Vera and Greg Autrey, as friends, but also from a previous water restoration accident from a hot water heater in the attic.We made ONE call to them; they were at our house within the hour.You can not imagine the horror and relief knowing we would be taken care of, even not being home.Unfortunately the water had already collapsed our kitchen ceiling, causing cabinets to shift, and knocking a photograph off wall of the powder room next to the kitchen, severing that toilet water line.More water, but this time it covered the entire downstairs!Move forward 5 months, Frontier had moved, dried what was salvageable, packed up all our belongings, thoughtfully documenting each box and moved them to a temperature controlled storage facility nearby.They began the amazing process of air drying the interior of our home, removing all the wet drywall, damaged wood floors, tile floors, and carpet!When we returned after a total of 10 days later, our home was empty but well on its way to be restored.Their organized process helped us choose new upgrades, redesigned our kitchen, and worked with our insurance company every step of the way.Our 4000 sq ft home looked brand new when the work was all done. They listened to all our questions, offered cost saving changes, searched for all new appliances for us, paint colors, carpet, wood flooring, granite, took down and reinstalled our undamaged window blinds, fans etc; a few unscathed things in our home. They helped us itemize our losses, food, clothing, shoes, toys, bedding; you name it, we lost it. But their quick response saved our big Furniture, antique furniture, and many big items that weren’t affected by the five inches of water.When friends come in our home, even years later, they compliment the amazing work they did.We still are so appreciative of their professionalism, detail to perfection and ease they put us, while we were facing a scary time in our life.If you find yourself in need of restoration or remodeling, you won’t be disappointed working with Frontier!We always recommend their services!

Wow, I cannot possibly say enough good things about Frontier! When we found out there was mold in our home I went straight to the BBB website to look for an A rated company WITH reviews. I found several A rated companies but none with RAVE REVIEWS like Frontier. I wanted to be sure that the company who handled this delicate situation, we have a 2 year old, would be first class.FromThe first phone call, I called around 8pm, I could tell it was a very professional organization. The person who answered was off the clock but immediately contacted another person to set up an appointment for me. The next morning I was put in touch with a young man named Justin Payne. I won’t easily forget Justin bc he’s surprisingly patient, knowledgeable & articulate for his age. Justin is an outstanding communicator, he also does what he says, when he says he’s going to do it. I wasn’t sure what to expect during the process & I had A LOT of questions & concerns. Justin was extremely patient & forgiving of my nervousness & very respectful of my concerns. Justin speaks very respectfully when he communicates & essentially held my hand through the process. At times third parties were involved & he coordinated those efforts beautifully. The job was completed in a timely manner, all elements of the dictated protocol were followed & we were on to the next phase - reconstruction.The process for the reconstruction was very similar to remediation. Bret set us up for success with a quickly scheduled measuring appointment, then a speedy quote. Bret was quick to respond when I had questions & had a crew begin putting our home back together in no time! The reconstruction on site manager & crew were again, very professional, articulate & over communicated, as that was my preference. The reconstruction was completely perfectly - the wall & ceiling textures were matched perfectly, the paint jobs were spot on & the details were not overlooked. They did such an amazing job, giving us time to check their work & provide feedback. The construction manager even came to our house on a Saturday bc that’s what worked better for us. Their service is WORLD CLASS!I honestly had no point of comparison & wondered if all remediation companies were this professional & detailed, until a few weeks later. Unfortunately, due to a separate issue in our home, we discovered the need for remediation in another area. My insurance company pushed a different remediation company our way to handle a new water problem. Long story short, I fired them within 2 hours. It was then I realized what an awesome operation they have at Frontier.We are incredibly thankful that they also have FANTASTIC financing options. Bc when disaster strikes in your home, it’s not just inconvenient, it’s expensive and I’d venture to say most people do not have the extra just laying around. Frontier’s financing options relieved some of that stress & allowed us to get back to our lives without a black cloud hovering.I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND FRONTIER for any type of remediation need. I am truly GRATEFUL for their outstanding performance in such a difficult time for my family.
