This last time we used the franchise based in Houston Heights and they did an exceptional job as compared to the other franchises. They went the extra mile to make us very satisfied customers.Jorge Reyes, general manager, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable of what was required by FEMA flood insurance. His team quickly removed the wet sheetrock and insulation and immediately started the drying process. His follow-up was frequent, taking moisture measurements thoroughly, and did not remove the drying equipment until the moisture readings were well within limits. Additionally, he provided the drying report and remediation estimate within only a few days, so that the flood claim could progress quickly.The other Servpro franchises did a good job, but the Heights franchise did a much better job in all aspects of remediation required when your house floods. If you want a super job done in the event you flood, you would be making a mistake if you don’t choose the one based in the Houston Heights.
