SERVPRO did an an excellent job! My house was left with some severe damage and SERVPRO handled everything. Im not too savvy with housework so I was naturally anxious about the whole process. They did a great job and made me feel at ease in the process.

We have been reaching out to serve pro for months. Twice we have been a put on a wait list and received calls or text everyday saying they have not forgot about us. After the recent unprecedented Houston freeze, finding help was almost impossible. The representatives were quick, moved/replaced items blocking access to the walls, explained the process thoroughly and rid me of the fear of mold in the walls. Joseph came to my house quick on a concern I had about some mold growing on the walls in my closet. They analyzed and did not overlook anything. I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were. SERVPRO of Katy/ Cypress is who I will forever use whenever disaster strikes. I had a fire sprinkler line bust Friday at 5pm. After speaking to their office manager I knew I was in great hands. They were able to mitigate the damage the same day! Their field supervisors customer service was spectacular throughout the whole job. They had to do a full pack out of the home and their attention to detail and careful handling of the belonging was amazing. As a Custom Home Builder I would recommend this company to everyone.

An upstairs plumbing leak overnight did a significant amount of damage to our home. We had not had experience with this type of event before and werent sure where to begin. We contacted Servpro Katy/Cypress on a Sunday. There were out right away to remove wet materials and set up fans to prevent further damage. They came back daily to check on the drying process. We opted to continue working with Servpro for the reconstruction and really couldnt be happier. We had zero problems working with them! Our Servpro contact person Chris Bosley stayed on top of everything to make sure work was progressing and to our satisfaction. The contractor they used checked on the work daily. The quality of the work is perfect (and Im picky). There were no gaps in the work time-wise. They were there every day from start to finish. We couldnt be happier and grateful that they made a bad situation easier.

Recently I experienced water damage from a broken hot water tank that was stored in my attic. Servpro came in and packed up my belongings taking great care. After the repairs were completed, the Servpro team returned my belongings in excellent condition. They cleaned the items as they returned them to my home. That was true from the largest piece of furniture to the smallest trinket on a table. I never had an issue that we could not work out professionally. They treated my home like it was their home. I recommend this company to the fullest. Great quality of work and very professional. When we needed to talk with a representative, they were very responsive. My representative was Diana and whatever time she said she would be at my home, you could set your clock by her. She was very timely, kind, aimed to please, and very professional. I recently used this ServPro for a carpet clean at my mothers house here in cypress. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail! We had normal stains here and there but the guys were able make the carpet look BRAND NEW again! They were very courteous from the scheduling to the end of the cleaning. I have already recommended them to all my family and friends!

I could not be more pleased with the job they did. They were fast, thorough, and above all, kind and helpful. We were out of state when our AC unit flooded 2 rooms of our house, they were at our home within an hour of me calling with fans and dehumidifiers. They checked on us daily and gave me a full report without me even having to ask.

I had severe smoke damage on the ceilings, walls, and furniture, etc. due to a gas fire place issue at my house. The project manager, Joey Lewman inspected my place thoroughly and dealt directly with my insurance company and they came up with a fair estimate for the repairs, I just payed my deductible. The work was then completed in a timely manner and my house was back to normal in a couple of weeks. Definitely a great experience.

Our washer machine started flooding our house yesterday. The water was pouring out FAST. Fortunately, my son discovered it quickly but the water still made it to our formal dining room and down the hall. We had to use large cups and a few buckets to scoops the water out of the laundry room. We used almost every blanket and towel in the house to get the water off of our wood floors. The water even leaked through the wall and in the master bed room closet. So I pulled up part of the carpet and deployed fans everywhere.Howeve, I was concerned still concerned about the moisture in the walls.I called Chris at Servpro and he said they would come at 9AM. Chris and HP showed up exactly on time. They thoroughly tested every wall and part of the floor that was touched by water. They have a device that test for moisture content. Chris and HP were very detailed and careful and delivered the news that our walls and floor were OK!!! I am so appreciative of their honesty and integrity!!! And I will sleep peacefully tonight and not be worried about mold!!

My home flooded due to a burst pipe on September 30th, two days after my grandfather died. My husband and I had gone to take our uniforms to the dry cleaners. Hes a firefighter and Im a paramedic. My grandfather was a Captain with the Highway Patrol and Narcotics Team and we needed our uniforms for his funeral. We had been gone a couple of hours when we returned to six inches of water throughout our entire home. Over the next week we would meet Hendrick, Alejandro, Ramiro and Nikko. These men were amazing. They were beyond professional and helpful. They were very friendly and even took the time to console us over the loss of my Pop and to reassure us that everything would be okay. They walked us through the process step by step, took their time to look for water and damage that may have been missed and treated our home with respect. I laughed when they took the time to clean up after themselves, considering the whole house was destroyed. These guys were awesome. Over the next few weeks I spoke with Taylor on the phone, trying to coordinate the insurance process. There was a miscommunication between myself and the adjuster. Our rugs were not going to be covered like we initially thought they would be. Considering the financial devastation this disaster had caused us, I knew we couldnt pay for the rugs and had told Taylor to keep them. In the conversation I had mentioned to her that our large area rug had been an anniversary gift from my husband and it was really the only one that was difficult to part with, for sentimental reasons. This young lady took it upon herself to have the rug returned and delivered to us FOR FREE, as an act of kindness given what our family had been through. She was an absolute sweetheart to talk to. They all were angels sent to us when we needed them. I cannot recommend this service enough. Their work was outstanding but their hearts were what really shined through. The staff at SERVPRO Katy/Cypress helped us after Hurricane Harvey. They did such a great job and their customer service was top notch that I recommended them to all of my neighbors that were impacted by the flood.

ServPro came to the rescue when the hot water heater in our attic malfunctioned dropping 80 gallons of hot water through our ceiling then continuing to try to refill for hours filling much of our home with water. The technicians arrived within an hour or two of our initial call. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They came daily, working around my schedule, to take their readings. I was notified via text when the technicians were on their way, which was very helpful. They were very thorough on every visit, monitoring as the water moved through the interior walls of our home. They would move the fans and dehumidifiers around as needed. They did an excellent job keeping us up-to-date on the drying progress. Taylor helped us with everything insurance related. She was knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. Joseph was especially helpful when it was determined that we must vacate our house while repairs where made. Carla and Dee and their amazing crew of ladies packed up our house with extreme care and respect for our possessions. It was especially nice to have a detailed inventory (and pictures) of everything that was packed. Every box was numbered and I could see what was in every box using the inventory list. When we needed something that we had inadvertently packed we simply called Joseph and asked him to deliver “box 235” and they would bring the box the next day so we could collect what we needed, then the box was returned to storage. When it was time to move back home, Carla, Dee and their crew came back and cleaned our house thoroughly. Their work was beyond my expectations. After the post-construction cleanup, the same ladies who initially packed our house began the tedious process of unpacking everything. Everything made its way back to its original location. A few items were broken, as you would expect with any move. Joseph documented the damaged items and I was reimbursed for replacement items. I would use ServPro again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone needing any remediation work to seek their expertise.

The team at Servpro of Katy/Cypress is top notch. My wife and I came home from dinner to find water throughout our down stairs living room and kitchen. Today was a new experience for me. I have been a home owner for 11 months now and I am sure like any person would freak out knowing their house had to be torn up because of a water leak. I called my insurance company around 515pm to file a claim and since the company is based in Eastern time zone I was not getting any answers. I have seen them fast in action at a house down the street after they had an incident and I work weekends at Topgolf and there is an advertisement there as well.Not knowing what to do in this situation I called ServPro and they arrived in about an hour. I was so glad they could come out so fast as I was scared the longer the water sat would cause more damage.Alejandro and Nico came out and walked me through what they would have to do. I was not happy to hear that my brand new floors would have to be torn up, but it had to be done in order to get the water out.They stopped mid way through to walk me through what they assessed and showed me the water spots on the concrete. I will just say I was in a major dis-agreement with some cowboy house inspector over a moisture reading that he did during a home inspection he did for a buyer while selling my house. This inspector said that there was active moisture in a room and gave no other credible information as to what the Active Moisture meant or any other credible information to backup his claim. As would be expected, the buyer what freaked out, I was in a major panic, as I just left the night before and was also out of state at the time. In my moment of crisis, I called Servpro, and asked them to take a look at the problem, and fix anything that they would find. They quickly came to my house, my wife showed them the area in question. They inspected the area in question and approximately 400 Sq. Ft. around the area. At this point they pretty much could have said anything, and I would have had to pay and would have not known the difference. They could have easily made a quick buck ay my expense. but what they did shocked me, they used all be proper moisture reading tools and found EVERYTHING to be as it should. they took pictures of there finding and made the issue go away. They saved my house deal. If I could give them 10 stars I would do that. Just their honesty alone was worth 5 starts. I will suggest anyone use them for any possible restoration needs. Houston NEEDS more companies like this.

The French drain system that drains the patio and in back of the house stopped up completely during last Friday nights rains. This caused flooding into the back of the house which affected a living area, master bath, master closet and master bedroom. We called ServPro Katy/Cypress on Saturday morning and they had a crew, led by Hendrick, out to the house by noon. Excellent service from Hendrick and crew to assess the damage, rip out the necessary wood and carpet, then set air movers and monitoring equipment. They returned each day to monitor the drying process and were satisfied with the results enough be Tuesday to be able to remove all the equipment. Very professional.After the fact, we found out that our homeowners insurance would not cover the damage as it was not caused by plumbing that was part of the inside of the house. In discussions with Taylor at ServPro, she understood the situation and was willing to work with us to relieve some of the financial strain. Overall, ServPro Katy/Cypress helped to make a very bad situation bearable and provided an excellent experience all the way around.

My bedroom ceiling came crashing down, creating a 6 ft. x 4 ft. hole, caused by my AC overflow. My first call was to my Home Owners Insurance. 2nd call was to SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress. They were at my house in 30 minutes, cleaned up in another 30 minutes, and had the dryers set in another 15 minutes. They have continued to keep in contact, arriving each day in the evening, based on my time schedule, not theirs! Fast, Professional and Proficient! They have made a bad situation turn into a good experience with their customer service and support! I highly recommend this company!

I had a water disaster. I called somone on the advice of a friend, I got a quote I felt was high, luckily before I agreed my insurance company said call Servpro they will come right out you wont have to worry about payment until its all over. I did! I called at 6:30pm they were at my house by 8pm the same night. They placed the same amount of fans and de-humidifiers as the competitor said they would, they were prompt on time to take readings every day based on MY schedule, and when I got the bill it was much less than the competitor had quoted for the exact same service.

Servepro did an awesome job cleaning up a huge mess made by my 3 year old who left the water running in the tub. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
