That is the experience I had with Legacy Reconstruction when I went through a house fire.The day began with a line of companies that started approaching me before the firemen were done (I mean this literally). They all had their brochures in hand and a ready spiel to tell me why I should sign with them, even though I was still in a surreal trance from the whole catastrophe. I was polite, but standing outside my house half dressed and in slippers, this was rather resentful.But not Legacy. They too approached me after things settled down, but they were earnestly only interested that I was ok and that I did not make any foolish decisions until my head cleared. But that was not all.Over the next several weeks, they provided me sound information that helped me with decisions when working with the insurance company. This help and care saved me well over $10K in needless expenses that I would have endured from being unfamiliar with the whole process. Additionally, they help me understand costs and options with the reconstruction beyond any other company.They are more than a vendor. They are more than a consultant and friend. They are the only one in town to work with. And they helped me learn what “The Very Best” really means.I am sorry I am limited to 5 stars.

Legacy did our covered back patio in Magnolia, TX. We wanted something unique and oversized and we got every bit of what we asked for- I think it’s bigger than what I originally thought. My wife loves it and even more importantly I had a family friend who also knows framing and he mentioned how impressed he was with the quality of the structure and the right materials were used with zero shortcuts taken. He even told me my patio may last longer than my home itself 😏. Great work and great communication throughout the project!

We had a garage fire in January of this year and hired Legacy Reconstruction to perform all structural related repairs to our home. Their knowledge and processes made what was likely going to be a headache easier to deal with. My insurance adjuster quoted us 4 months for repair time and Legacy completed in 3. We had them build us a patio that was an extra project because we liked their work and trusted the team. Ed was a delight to work with.

I want to let everyone know how helpful Legacy Reconstruction has been to my friends in Onalaska, TX where the recent tornado destroyed this town. Although the logistics of Legacy performing the work was not possible from Houston, they have guided and continued assisting via email and several phone calls to our friends who were in need and lost their home and everything they own. Legacy Reconstruction was referred for our hail damage loss in Cypress, TX. We had many roofers swarm our neighborhood but we chose to go with our neighbor’s recommendation. I had severe storm/flood damage during Harvey and was displaced for quite some time-longer than most of my neighbors.
