We discovered we had a leak in our kitchen less than 24 hours before we were due to board a plane for a 5-day vacation. Matt was kind and courteous enough to arrive an hour before we needed to leave for the airport so that he could begin to diagnose the issue and immediately begin mitigating the damage. He helped us begin the process which eventually led to an insurance claim and by his recommendation we also found a plumber to accurately diagnose the main cause. Then, Matt and his colleagues wrapped all of our belongings in the kitchen cupboards with care and moved them to the garage so that they could tear out the back wall’s drywall and set up air blowers while we moved ourselves and our pets into a hotel due to mold. We also took his advice and found a mold remediation company that properly diagnosed the type and level of mold present. Finally, when Jimmy took over, he helped us find a secondary issue which was an improperly graded backyard. That explained why every time it rained they found increased moisture measurements along our baseboards. Jimmy helped expedite the drying which resulted from that secondary issue and he and Matt coordinated throughout the whole period communicating effectively with our plumber, the mold remediation folks, our landscapers, our kitchen reconstruction contractor, and our insurance company. We could not have gotten through this complicated ordeal without the help of DryMore. By far, among of all these companies we had to deal with throughout the 2 month-long process, DryMore’s folks were by far the most responsive, accommodating, professional, courteous, and kind. We are so glad the Google reviews for this company were so right. Thank y’all from the bottom of our hearts.

We discovered mold in our house and were, of course, horrified! We called DryMore, and they had a technician out to the house that afternoon. We hired them, and they came out a week or so later. The same technician who first came out was there, along with another person. We have 3 dogs -- the guys were very careful when going in and out of the house, to be sure we had no escapees! The guys worked tirelessly for several hours. They took pictures as they went along (we received copies), and explained things to us as they progressed! VERY happy with DryMore!

I hired DryMore to do odor removal on a rental property. Stephanie was always prompt and courteous with their responses via email and phone as was the tech. He called upon arrival at the house to explain exactly what would be done to make sure I was fine with proceeding. I went to the property once the treatment was finished and there was absolutely NO TRACE of any of the previous odors. Everything was done exactly as explained and the process was seamless. DryMore is such a great company. I arrived back from vacation to a home with water damage that all started from a crack toilet tank upstairs. This was my first time experience this so I didn’t even know were to start. I called my father first and explain to him and he immediately told me to call a company that deals with like water/fire damage ASAP. I googled a few companies, and I saw all the good reviews about DryMore. I decided to give them a call and I’m so, so glad I did! Stephanie explain the process to me over the phone and within one in half hour a crew was at my home. Nick was great he showed me what they would do and what would take place for the next 3 days. Nick went as far to talk to the insurance inspector because the inspector wanted DryMore to remove their equipment saying “his reader was showing everything was dry”. Nick informed him that our moister reading is not showing that and they would not be removing the equipment until it was completely dry. Karen had to reach out to the insurance adjuster on my behalf as well as they wanted more information about my floors being damaged. Dealing with the insurance has been pure HELL, but I must say DryMore has been an Angel! I want to thank each and everyone of you for all your help and compassion. I hope damages like this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN! However, if so I know who to call DryMore 😊

Dry MoreThe whole package! This company A1 professional, on the phone, equipment, and technicians! I asked many questions and Luke answered them all and more. I knew Luke knew what he was doing. This is how service is supposed to be. We found mildew, which we thought was mold in our vents. I called Dry More expecting to wait a few days to see a service tech with all the flooding we just had here in Texas. Luke Morgan showed up within a few hours and investigated the issue and put us to ease. We made an appointment to have our system cleaned and Dry More showed up exactly on time and spent over 10 hours cleaning and disinfecting. Showed before and after photos. Two years earlier we had a company clean our vents and that is all they did they did not disinfect or open up the exchanger which is where the real issue starts. I have three grandchildren that are here all the time, the best money I have spent in a long time! Thank You Luke very, very professional.

Drymore is a Very professional company. Nick and the other professional workers came very quickly and helped me get the water out my home and minimize further damage. Great service. Very HONEST people. Louis explained how the other vendor that inspected my place was trying to rip off and my insurance company and myself. Louis advised me that there is no need to involve my home owners insurance as the damage was only minor. Louis and his team set up the necessary equipment to dry out the wet ceilings and dry walls and did it with minimum damage to the existing structure. He even provided me painters patch to patch up the minor holes left behind from the drying process. I am extremely satisfied with the service that they provided. Sunday morning is not the time to wake up to a broken hot water line that had been running all night. DryMore was recommended, I called and in no time they were at my door and got me cleaned out and cleaned up, removing nasty reminders of my flood. Three days later I am DRY. EFFICIENT. We had an attic water heater leak and the carpet below was flooded. Called DryMore and Louis came out in less than an hour to help us extract water and to dry the carpet. The next day the water was everywhere coming through the ceiling. Called Lois again, he was there within an hour. He was able to help us file a claim with insurance and dried out our house in a three day process. He then was able to help us find a contractor to help us with repairs. I have been impressed with the companys response to our situation. They truly are making us feel like a priority. Our next step is to meet with the insurance adj. Louis is making it his priority to be with us and to help explain exactly what was damaged and needs to be repaired/replaced. He is going above and beyond our expectations to have someone help us. We are very impressed and would highly recommend this company to friends.

My kids flooded the second floor and I needed emergency help. I knew I didnt want to call one of the large restoration companies because of how they treat regular people. A quick search on google came back with a 5 star rated Dry More. I called them up and no joke they were at my door within 45 minutes. Fantastic Setvice! I had a flood last year and got a company that was very bad. I was looking for a new one this year when my house flooded again. They came out as quickly as possible for a flood in the area but it was the same day. I saw the owner of the company every day that they were here except the last when they just came to pick up equipment. They were very nice did exactly what the were supposed to and MORE!!!! They would be the first call I made if forbid i ever have a flood again. All of the workers were very nice something else I didnt see in the other company. I love they are BBB A+ for four years now. We had a washing machine leak a substantial amount of water into our home. We woke up at 6am to water soaked into our carpet in a 15ft circle around the machine (including the wardrobe other side of the wall from the utility room).I had never been through anything like this so wasnt sure what to do. I hit Google looking for a damage repair company and found good reviews for DryMore. I called them about 6.15 am and a friendly lady answered the phone. She said she would send someone out right away.Sure enough less than 45 minutes later Tracy was at our door ready to help. He took control of things from there. He started by doing a thorough inspection of the house including special cameras and equipment for measuring dampness. Then he called his crew, telling them what equipment to bring. In the meantime, he took a lot of time to talk to us and explain and show us where the problem areas where, what they planned to do and what we could expect from them and the house insurance company.Tracy and his crew of two others worked hard from when they got to my house before 7am until about 2pm, and in that time pulled up carpet, removed padding, removed baseboards, drilled holes where needed to dry behind drywall, sprayed anti bacterial spray, set up fans and de-humidifiers which they left running for several days. They checked in each day to inspect and update us on progress.The team that worked were very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They were happy to take the time answer any and all questions we had about the damage, the recovery process and dealing with the insurance company.Although I obviously know very little about the damage repair process, the insurance adjuster who came out to the house said he had 15 years experience in assessing claims and he commented a couple of times on how good a job these guys had done. Among other things, he mentioned that he rarely sees a crew who are so careful in removing baseboards. He normally sees damage on the wall above the boards, but these guys had taken the time to remove them properly.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys, they are friendly and knowledgeable.

We dont have a lot of experience with this type of company, but our house flooded and we werent sure who to call. After reading reviews, we gave DryMore a try and were very happy with the company.Our house is now dry and we can start repairs. It was great to have a company so friendly, willing to help and flexible in an already stressful situation. I hope our home never floods again, but I would absolutely use them again if the situation warranted.

Dry More was a great business to work with. We had a water leak in our kitchen that flooded our whole downstairs and Dry More came in and did an amazing job drying everything out. When your dealing with such a stressful event it is good to work with a company that is very competent, trustworthy, and friendly through out the whole process. Rick and Tracy were both great guys to work with and their crews worked really long and hard hours and somehow kept a good attitude and smiles on their faces. Its business is run professionally by people that truly care about providing excellent service and the people they are providing it to.My own personal experience came about after the water supply line to the master bathroom toilet cracked and flooded half of my first floor in about 15 minutes on a Saturday night at 9:47 p.m. We were awake and at home, but it didnt matter. Water flooded so quickly that there was no hope for us to clean it up. After the first hour of pitiful attempts between me and a friend, I called in the professionals. They made me feel relaxed and like it was completely under control. While remodeling our master bath an electrician accidentally stepped on a pipe in the attic. Water came rushing down the ceiling and walls in the master bath, closets, and bedroom. Absolutely Fantastic Service! We came home from a dinner outing on a Friday evening to discover that the supply line to the sink had burst, and we had water gushing out all over the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Dry More was recommended to us and I am so glad we called them. These guys were amazing and REALLY on top of our home flood problem. The staff was in our home within a couple hours ready to start. They were professional and thorough and answered all our questions clearly. And they also took the time and care to educate us about the hows, whys and potential issues we were faced with addressing. Thankfully they even took care to make sure that my Mom, who is in a wheelchair, could get around their drying equipment machines. Super satisfied! Felt like my home was in a hospital...these guys came in and immediately removed all carpet, padding and lanolium from my affected floors. They set up dehumidifiers to all affected areas. Water that could not be seen, they have a little device that shows EXACTLY where water had traveled in my home...it was heart breaking to say the least. They came every day to check and clear affected areas. The entire crew-including in-office staff were extremely responsive (thanks Valerie) and explained the process every step of the way. Had some water leakage from an AC backup on the 4th floor while away on a trip. Got the bad news that it was going to cost $3,400 to $1,700 depending on how bad it might be from one firm. Of course, it was less than my deductible, so I scheduled two more estimates, one from Dry More.So Robert from Dry More came out tested the affected area and some other areas since I had him there and he confirmed four or fives times because I kept asking that the area had dried on its own with no residual moisture.What a frickin relief!! Truth be told Robert could have given me an estimate of $1,500 and because I was resigned, I would have moved on it. But he didn’t, so damn fair, I couldn’t believe it. So do your pocketbook and your peace of mind a favor and give these guys a call if you ever have a water leak. You will not be disappointed.

Very professional company. I was impressed with the quality of the service given that this was the first time i have experienced water damage and did not fully understand the remediation process. The technician left his equipment for an extra day because my walls had not fully dried versus sticking with the original plan which was to dry the walls for only 4 days. I highly recommend this service.

Rick with Dry More did a great job eliminating the smoke smell from the residence. The homeowner was a heavy smoker (3 packs a day) throughout the entire home for years. Trying to sell the home has been difficult due to the odor, and all of the initial responses from interested buyers indicated that the smoke smell was a huge letdown. After four days with Ricks Ozone Generator, the 3,000+ sq/ft home is odor free. Even the furniture and window treatments are odor free. I highly recommend Rick with Dry More for anyone seeking to eliminate odors from their home. Great job and thank you very much Rick!

We had a broken pipe in our shop that flooded the office, we called DryMoreand they took care of the entire clean up. They are very professional and thorough had the job done quick.

I highly recommend DryMore for any water damage problem. I awoke to the ceiling in my kitchen area completely soaked and broken from a broken pipe in the attic. Everything was a mess and not knowing what to do, I immediately called my insurance agent, who advised me to call a plumber and a water restoration company. To my surprise, I couldnt get a plumber out till 5pm that day, but when I called DryMore, within the hour I had Louis Estrada from the League City office at my front door. I was highly impressed with his concern and professionalism. He immediately had his crew removing all the wet sheet rock & wet insulation. He was able to reassure me that he would take care of the situation, and he has. It is amazing to know that there are good people who genuinely care and are ready to help! I know if I ever have a problem again, I will definitely call DryMore, and request Louis!

Two gentlemen showed up and professionally advised me on how to proceed with drying out my wood flooring. They came prepared with tools and equipment to start immediately after the diagnosing the issue. After about 15 minutes of set up they had the fans, de-humidifiers, and pads running. Dry More Water damage is an awesome company. I have had to use them twice. Once at my house when it was up for sale and a washing machine connection came loose flooding my laundry room, garage and half of my bedroom. They were there within 2 hours had opened the walls where necessary and started the drying process. The second time was in my current residence where a line from the hot water heat developed a pin hole and flooded the laundry room and into the dining room. This occurred about 10:30 at night and they were there within about an hour and stayed till at least 3 am cleaning up the water, opening the wall as necessary and setting up drying equipment. Both time they were sure to clean up what every they needed to from the damage. And after it was dry, other than the necessary repairs needed to the wall, they left the room back the they were, less the water of course. Rick and his crew conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism an make every attempt to make a bad situation less painful for the homeowner.

I had the unfortunate experience of walking into my Chiropractic office and the floor was filled with 2 inches of water. I called Dry More immediately and they were out within the hour and told me that they could dry everything out. I was skeptical, but thats exactly what they did! I didnt lose sheet rock or carpet. Even the paper files that were in boxes on the floor in the storage room were saved. After a horrible AC leak from the attic down into the theater room, everything was soaked; walls, carpet, couch, ceiling. We were afraid everything was a total loss and going to have to be replaced. Louis Estrada and his team at Dry More came out and saved everything. Only a couple of sections in the ceiling need to be replaced, due to water damage, but they managed to dry everything 100%. I was extremely impressed with their equipment and professionalism. Great group of people from office staff to crew. I highly recommend them!

DryMore was extremely helpful in the drying out of my floors and packing out my furniture. Every single person that I talked to was very professional and knowledgable in answering any questions that I had. I highly recommend DryMore.

We had water damage in and along some walls after discovering a pipe had developed a small leak (which had gone unnoticed for about a week). The affected areas were sprayed for mold and thoroughly dried out with air-movers and dehumidifiers. After three days it turned out not quite everything was fully dry. DryMore let us keep the equipment running for an extra day at no additional charge, and this took care of everything.

Came home from work to find a flooding disaster that was building up behind a wall had finally leaked its way through our ground floor wall and floorboards. Of course, this was a day before we were set to travel for a three day weekend. Called at 5:30pm. The DryMore crew was at my house by 6:30pm. Water was removed, blowdryers installed and work done by 8pm. They picked everything up 4 days later. The two gentlemen were professional, straightforward and hardworking. We recently woke up to about an inch of water on the entire left side of our house due to a plumbing problem. We confused and unsure of what we needed to do. We had a couple of companies (including DryMore) come out to assess the damage. Both companies assessed the damage and came time for us to choose who would do the job. What set them apart from their competitor is that Luke came in immediately and started explaining things and answering questions (we didnt have to ask or knew we had, for that matter). Rick and the guys from DryMore saved us!! They were at our office within an hour of calling. They removed all of the water (4 inches deep, 800 square feet of area) and had the dryers in place by the end of the day. They kept an eye on all and saved us from what could have been a complete disaster! They even helped us locate a POD that could be moved to our location the same day. Thanks to DryMore we had minimal loss of furniture and equipment in a major flooding situation. They also saved our landlords building from being completely ruined. Their drying techniques kept worked so well that although we expected to develop a wet smell... it never happened! We were in a two story building and both floors were completely flooded, and the first floor had complete ceiling destruction as that is how the water got to the first floor. It is completely amazing that they could dry the place out fast enough that no mold or smell developed at all. We will call on them any time we ever have a problem with water or any other building damage! I am a young home owner and after coming home late from work, I discovered water damage in my home for the first time. The water had leaked from my attic, through my brand new hardwood on the second floor and into the garage. Even though I called late at night, Drymore was very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had over the phone. I elected to wait until morning to get Louis out to my house (which was a mistake - dont let the wet floors/walls just sit there!) but he arrived on time and was so helpful when he got there. His guys had the equipment out within the hour, had everything set up by the end of the morning and I was back at work by lunch time. Nick stopped by the house every day to check the progress and updated me daily on how everything was looking. I cant recommend DryMore enough - it was a great experience!!!
