The initial response for water remediation was great. There was a crew out quickly and the house was dried out properly. Everything else was terrible. I made a huge mistake in hiring them for the rebuild. When they did my pack out they stacked boxes poorly and they ended up falling and crushing the lower boxes. They dont follow proper covid safety protocols, especially in making sure their sub contractors wear masks. The work was schedule to take 4 week, but took over 3 months. I had to get the construction manager to come to my house before they got serious about completing the job. Almost everything they touched had to be redone, and they showed blatant disrespect for my property. The picture of the bookshelf shows how they tried to just paint around a bookcase instead of moving it to paint the whole wall. Like I wouldnt check!

I had a ton of questions and they took their time to ensure my concerns were answered before beginning their work and upon completion. I found them highly efficient and respectful of my property as they went about their work. I would highly recommend this company and specifically using Lorenso and Simon to anyone.

Promise the moon, but dont deliver anything. Way over priced and understaffed; what people they do employ are about as incompetent as they come. Claim they aim to meet and exceed your expectations, what they dont say is that they trust you have no expectations. Gave them our expectations from day one and never met any of them.do not use them.

Had a pipe leak and had a plumber come out. He referred Roadrunner to me. They were very helpful and even helped me when it came to getting my insurance involved. They guys that came out were very professional, and explained the process of how it would go. They even helped me when it came to repair and replace it all. Roadrunner helped and explained everything ahead of time to let me know what the next step was. If I ever have another disaster, Roadrunner is who I will call and request my insurance company to use.

They were contacted February 16th about water damage at my home due to ice storm in Houston, TX. I was told contact would be in 24-48 hours. I received call from my insurance on 18th, and they said company might be little backed up...which I understood.Received call on February 22nd by someone from company who told me my number would be passed on to project manager and I would receive a call within 48-72 hours. On February 25th, received another call from another person at RoadRunner who essentially told me the same thing...but now it was 48-96 hours. On March 1st, I contacted the company RoadRunner and was told everyone was in a meeting but someone would get back to me. March 2nd, I received a phone call from someone who told me they just got my name and would come out to assess what needed to be done. They came out that day, they were very pleasant and told me that a crew would be out..probably Friday or Saturday. Then on Thursday I left messages about when they might be arriving...no response. It is now Tuesday March 9th, I have yet to hear anything. My house had water damage and mold due to length of time before someone got out there. I have compromised immune system and ended up in Urgent care due to the mold. I am currently stuck in a hotel, with my dogs in boarding. I realize they received many calls but it has now been 3 weeks....

I am so impressed by their team. I felt very safe and taken care of in a very frustrating situation. Very good job.

I called Roadrunner when my home flooded from a broken toilet and needed a contractor to repair the damages. I was referred to them from a neighbor who used them a few years back when her kitchen caught fire. The Project Superintendent was so accommodating to my schedule, having to juggle kids and a new puppy, around getting my home repairs done before Thanksgiving. I look forward to walking into my home and enjoying the beautiful work that they did!

Called Roadrunner when I went to a service call this morning and walked in and saw that the carpet and drywall were wet from the toilet that was leaking from the upstairs bathroom. The crew arrived an hour later and worked with my customers insurance to get the job started. If I ever walk into another customers home and see that drying services are needed I will call Roadrunner because the were quick to arrive and helpful to the customer.

The Roadrunner crew is the best that I have ever seen.Brenda met me at the door with a beautiful smile. The rest of the crew followed. They knew what to do and did not bother me at all.They worked very hard and long. Every time I went to the back and checked everything looked better and better. When they finished, everything was in place. My bedroom looked so beautiful.I have never seen that room looked that good. I asked them what kind of magic did you use. My mouth flew open and I could not believe my eyes. Brenda asked me, Do you like it Mrs. Hollie? this is the truth I closed my mouth and said, Yes! Yes! I told them that I liked it very much. I went to clean a home and noticed that the kitchen, dining room and living rooms were flooded. I contacted Katie with Roadrunner for restoration services for the home owner. I knew of the company when my own home had water damage. Katie showed with her crew on a late Sunday afternoon and took care of the home owner. I was happy to help the home owner and refer a great company. I will refer Roadrunner again if I come across this situation.

I have been to and seen repairs done at the Sunbird Condos in Panama City Florida. The repairs are shabby, not finished, wrapping new cardboard over wet cardboard which will cause dangerous and deadly mold. Unbelievable that they can get away with this. There’s no way to give a good review on such shabby poorly done construction

Unfortunately, I can’t say one good thing about this company. Our condo is STILL not completed since Hurricane Harvey over two years ago. With the exception of Ron, who no longer works there, every encounter has been unprofessional and rude. Run far, far away from this company. I have to give 1 star to post this review but they don’t even deserve that. It takes a lot for me to post anything but raving reviews but I feel that this unethical company should be outed.

I barely even knew they were in my house fixing things. The crew was just so pleasant and hard working that you almost forget they are there!They cleaned everything before they left as well.

Overcharged for dehumidifiers that were never used in my home . overcharged for fans. didnt get the records needed to provide to insurance company. roof still has a leak that their sub was supposed to fix. my point of contact quit the company and now Roadrunner doesnt even have my records. One person in the company who seems to care is Tony.I do not suggest you hire this company for anything insurance related

I can honestly say they went above and beyond to help us get our house on the market by the scheduled time we wanted. Sadly, we flooded after a rainstorm and had to get the damage fixed right away. When our home flooded due to a water filter bursting overnight we were devastated. But when Clint arrived at our home he gave us the assurance that we could depend on him seeing the project through and completed to our satisfaction. He took his time explaining to us what had to be done and in a manner that we understood. Clint also made follow up visits to ensure that the contractor was on schedule for completing the job in the time promised. Clint was very personable and professional in his handling our concerns. After completion of the work, Clint did a final inspection to make sure all work was done to our satisfaction. We appreciated his dedicated concern. In 2015 my house burned and my insurance company USAA called Roadrunner Restoration out. They were able to pack up all my belongings and rebuild my home with beautiful results. I am so happy I choose them to for my contractor.

Very professional. I have no complaints. A main water pipe burst in my upstairs laundry room while I was at work. The water ran downstairs, damaged lots irreplaceable items, I have had for many years. I had lots of items I was ready to consider a total loss. When I received the call that they had saved over 90% of my things, I could not believe it. Thank you so much guys. I hope I dont have to make another call, but if I do, you guys are definitely at the top of my list.

I had severe water damage resulting from a break in my AC condensation pipes and the runoff that had into my bathroom drainage system. Clint and his team did a great job in telling me what to expect in terms of drying up the water and humidity on 2 floors and then showing me their estimate on repairs and then performing the repairs themselves. Clints team members were courteous and did a great job every day cleaning after themselves. Each step along the way, they told me first what to expect and then they lived up to their estimates. When I wanted to make adjustments such as changing the plans for replacing the carpets with hardwood floors, they were very happy to make the adjustment and leave the areas ready for the floor contractor to come in to do his work. We found an additional leak due to a small roof problem, and Clint was able to find a roof repair guy who fixed the problem the next day at a reasonable price. Clint and his assistant did a very nice job on building a new vanity for one of my bathrooms, designing it according to what I told him that I wanted. When small items were identified requiring attention beyond their scope of work, they identified these for me and made recommendations on how to get them resolved. Clint and his team also made clear at the end of their work that if I identified anything that wasnt perfect, I could call them and they would take care of it. That happened once with a small caulking break and they had it fixed right away, even though they had to drive across town to get it. Also, I should point out that when they installed the vanity that they had built, Clint didnt feel that the fit was perfect, so he had the team work on it and they got it right. All in all, I think the areas they worked on ended up in great shape and I would highly recommend Road Runner Restoration to anybody in need of their expertise. One more thing -- all this happened while RRR was handling projects a couple of hundred of miles away (residual Hurricane Harvey projects) and at the same time that another hurricane was ripping through North Carolina. RRR had projects there too. But they never cut corners to finish my project so they could move on to others. I always felt they were giving me priority attention. So thanks to Clint and the team. You guys were fantastic.

We are writing this for the outstanding work on our home in Cypress, Texas in January 2018 by Roadrunner Restoration. We had a fire that accured in our home in Jan. 2018. The fire chef told us after they put the fire out that we would need to call a restoration company to out. Our daughter was there and had heard about Roadrunner Restoration from a friend and they highly recommended Roadrunner Restoration. The fire accured around 4am. We called Roadrunner at 5am to come and assess the damage and clean out the house. Katie A. was the representative that came to assess the damage. We were overwhelmed and thankful how fast Katie arrived. Katie had a wealth of information to share with us. She instructed us on the steps we needed to take and explained everything so we could understand, even if we asked the same questions over and over again. Katie was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Katie had Roadrunner employees at our house that morning boxing up our belongings. The employess worked diligently and expediently. They handled everything in a professional manner. Katie had all the contacts we needed to handle our electronic, clothing, etc. The restoration employees were at out house everyday cleaning out our house and stabilizing our roof and securing our home. Katie was there and answered all our questions. If she didnt know the answer she would find out and get right back with us. Katie gave us peace of mind, and we are so thankful for her. Having a fire at 4am has and is life changing. We were so thankful that we had Katie and her knowledge in restoration. She stayed in constant contact with us. She was there the entire time overseeing the crew while they did their job. Katie would call us with updates, and she guided us on what we would need to do next. Roadrunner Restoration took our belongings (furnishings, household items) to their warehouse where they clean and pack them in containers. They are storing our belongings in their warehouse until our house is completed. We thank Roadrunner Restoration and the employees for their expertise and job well done. We would recommend Roadrunner Restoration to anyone that is in need of services.

We had an upstairs bathroom leak that our plumber made worse repairing. He asked us if we would like him to call a restoration company and being that I had never dealt with something like this before, I said yes, please. Katie Anderson dropped everything and came out to my home immediately to assess the damage and had a crew out to mitigate within minutes it seemed. The crew was very professional and did a great job isolating the area and being sure to clean up during the whole process. Having 3 kids, we were very happy with the process and it didn’t interrupt our day to day process too much. Katie was very professional walking me through the whole process, offering to come and meet with the insurance adjuster and offered to find errors in the insurance companies adjustment. We didn’t end up going with RoadRunner for restoration since I am in the home building industry, but I commend their team on a seamless mitigation process. Katie was really great to deal with as well.

These people packed up my flood disaster household goods. They packed my items and broke or damaged almost everything they touched. What had survived the flood did not survive their handling or storage techniques. E.g., they DROPPED my box of hand-thrown pottery bowls, about 30, smashed every single one, did not return the pieces to me. My 3 damp oriental throw rugs were left to molder into unrecoverable mush in their storage rather than being dried out. They taped shut the drawers of my heirloom Wurlitzer dresser so the finish was removed along with the tape. My oak computer table and top shelf were literally picked up by the feet and torn away from the tops. The list goes on and on. They had made a contents list of the numbered boxes when they packed, but upon delivery they simply tore open box after box without consulting the list. I have no idea what was delivered and what never showed up again in my possession. They should be renamed Road Runner Destructors. Oh, and the end kicker? They charged my insurance company over $6,000 to move/store my stuff. BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID.
