I used Xtrac for mitigation services and rebuild following the freeze in February. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. Michael handled the insurance issues, Frank oversaw the operations, and Carlos was very responsive with his work crews. They did everything from repair walls and ceilings to installing hardwood floors, painting, carpeting, and a complete new shower. They worked patiently with me throughout the process and were very flexible in accommodating my work needs. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to use Xtrac again in the future.

House flooded due to frozen pipe. Xtrac Restoration removed and replaced all damaged flooring, walls, doors, trim, insulation, etc. They also converted a closet to a bathroom. All work was done on time, on budget and with good quality. I would use them again if I ever had a similar need.

Took 10s of thousands and disappeared on us. The drywall they did was not to code(not secured correctly) so within a week it started to sag and eventually fell. Huge gaps nothing but mud compound and many panels only held by mud and luck(no screws). Not a straight corner or edge in whole house. The fur downs (structure boxes commonly seen above kitchen cabinets) were not even secured to anything and boards screwed together twisted (not straight). It wasnt even done at right measurements (they were just taking old damaged down and rebuilding to exact same specs).For some reason they gutted a header, studs and a footer from a wall then drywalled the wobbly remainder. Then argued that its suppose to be that way. No corner bead anywhere. Tape not even used in many places. Requested them to fix and all was done was cover ups. Demanded It be done to code and done right, argued that it was fine and just some cosmetic. After we had numerous inspections of it, it was confirmed defective poor work (the worst many have seen) and unsafe. We demanded a refund in writing a month ago and they disappeared. Not a response or word since. Also, they double charge, fluff their numbers(sqft of materials, hours, clean up/removal), stalled and dragged feet, late, and damaged other building property not related to project (windows, window sills, pipes, etc). So weve been out of our house 9+ months and they left us(and took the repair money) with a house still not habitable(water damage).

We had storm damage and had to have our roof replaced. Xtrac replaced our roof. The roof looks amazing, they were quick but efficient in replacing the roof. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed, and they truly take every step to insure customer satisfaction. The installers were really good. The owner Frank Lara was very responsive to any questions. Carols the foreman on the job was amazing, and kept us informed throughout the process. Catalina who works in the office was in ongoing contact with us via phone and text to make sure the job was progressing as scheduled. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

Xtrac has been a pleasure to work with from the first call to the final elbow bump. Frank (Director of Operations) was quick to respond to our request for help and was easy to talk to. Michael (estimator) pointed out other issues he found when inspecting the damage without trying to upsell. Carlos and Roberto were on time, friendly, creative in finding solutions, craftsman-like in their attention to detail, and thorough. The whole experience was painless. The quote price was honored and was a great value for the work performed. My wife and I highly recommend the company in general and this crew in specific.

Michael was our initial contact person. He came by and after inspection of our roof, he felt it needed to be replaced. He contacted my insurance company, made all communications with them, making things much easier for me! The job when completed, looked amazing! Coincidentally, I had home inspectors scheduled 2 days after the job was finished. They noticed that the gutters that had been installed when the house was built had a drainage issue, a downspout needed to be switched to the opposite end to prevent overflow. I called Xtrac to see if they could help with this problem ( even though it was no fault or doing of theirs) They came out, looked at it, saw the problem and sent a crew out days later and installed new gutter and downspout ( AT NO COST!) We have extensive landscaping that we take a lot of pride in and the installation crew took great care to not damage anything, cleanup was topnotch, as well! great job by a great crew! I would recommend Xtrac to anyone in need of roof replacement!

He’s patient and reliable. Be prepared to do your research and be knowledgeable on what you want too. Carlos and the crew were also attentive to my suggestions and concern. I hired Xtrac to complete a rebuild of two wooden framed chimneys on a steep two story house. The removal of the old siding and trim was not only removed and lowered safely but all the garbage materials were stacked in a clean orderly pile every night before leaving. The new material was professionally installed and painted. My backyard was left in the same clean condition with all scrap material removed as promised. Didn’t try to do a lot of extra stuff that wasn’t needed and very upfront with pricing. He sent pictures as proof of what needed to be repaired on my roof. Over the years I had issues twice in 2 different houses, after the excellent work done on the first House when i had issues the first thing I thought was lets call Xtract restoration. Xtrac did a terrific job on my house. New wood all around on the trim and soffets (sp) Painted the house, new roof. He did all at a very fair price, work was on time and done well!
