We’re no strangers to flooding at our businesses in Houston. We have had to hire a few different water damage restoration companies over the years. Bionic has proven to be the most reliable. I recommend them to any business owners in the area.

Worst contractor experience in 30 years! They promise the moon and deliver the dirt! Shane the owner is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever experienced. He should of never accepted our smaller residential water restoration job under $15,000! Promised to complete the job at our investment property in 10 days and took 5 weeks sending highly incompetent very young workers. Consistently showed up late and tried to work late in an HOA managed community that required all contractors finish their work daily by 4 pm! When trying to speak to him all he could do with both myself and my wife was make excuses. Additionally his painters mixed toxic paints in our condo with high VOC = volatile organic compounds which went through the AC vent systems and had nearby residents getting sick due to the toxins. Don’t believe all the great reviews here, this company failed us in every way possible!!! They are unprofessional, dishonest and they should rename their company ~ Believe It or Not I Can’t!!!!

I cannot say enough about the promptness of the service. They found the water with infrared equipment and sensors and were able to direct drying equipment towards the wet areas. They also left dehumidifiers to speed the process up. They came everyday to check on it. Just worth it to ensure that mold doesnt grow in the home.

I was having some terrible allergy issues so I called Bionic and they found a ton of black mold in my home. They took care of the problem quickly. I highly recommend them for mold remediation!

I cannot say enough about this company. We had a water damage at out home. They responded right away after our agent contacted them and set up a time to evaluate the damage, and they were here right on time. I was treated with respect from all the employees that worked on repairing the damage. The quality of the work was fantastic they took great care making sure that it was done right the first time. I must say it looked better than it did before the water got to it. Everyone treated us like we were family and assured us that everything would be okay.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. They are dishonest and unresponsive. We had a kitchen faucet fail and leak water under flooring and into walls right before Christmas 2020. BIONIC came out and ripped out sheet rock and wood flooring and left fans and evaporators. They estimated the total cost of their services would exceed my insurance deductible and asked if would pay about half up front so they wouldnt have to wait to get paid by the insurance. So, I did pay more than half of my deductible. Then when I tried to get reimbursed by my insurance company, they contacted Bionic and were told by Stephanie Mallace at Bionic the actual charges were a little over $900 less AND that they had reimbursed me for the difference. This was absolutely a lie! It has been over two months now and I have yet to be reimbursed. Everytime I call Bionic they say the only person who can handle this is Shane Dodson, but hes never available. I have left countless voicemails for Mr. Dodson and sent him two emails detailing the issue and requesting a refund. It turns out, hes the owner of the company, so I reachef out to him on LinkedIn, but have yet to receive a response. My water leak occurred on December 20th and here it is February 28th. Still no refund. This business is shady, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. Use them at your own risk!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable company. They never cut corners and inform you exactly what needs to be done without extra added costs for services not required as some companies may do. If I ever need this sort of service again, this is the company Id call!

Dont believe in all these fake reviews. Jordan, supervisor in our area, lied directly to our faces. Said they will send samples of damage material in, never did. The owner Shane, verbally abused my girlfriend on the phone. Screaming, swearing, so loud the people next to us at the store asked us about the company and we gladly explained to NEVER do business with them. This is a company we paid thousands of dollars to help us and in the end all we got was screamed at and we are losing money from our insurance because of their LIES.

There was a leak in one of my main water lines it caused damage to the bottom of my walls,carpet,tile and some furniture.Bionic removed and replaced the damaged drywall and used a dehumidifier for 3 days to dry the rest of the damaged things. They did everything they possibly could to help me in every way. I pretty much laid back and watched they did everything from cleaning it up to even letting my insurance know and then billing them.Thank God for everyone at Bionic in office and in services!!!

My husband and I just move to Texas from Iowa. We were unable to move down after closing due to my husband’s work schedule. When we arrive the house had water damage to the entire front guest room. It even leaked outside into the garage and by there front walkway.We called Best Choice Plumbing and they recommended Bionic to us. We were told that water mitigation was recommended right away to reduce further damage to our home. Sheldon came to the house around 10 pm. He worked into the hours of the morning while we stayed at a hotel. (He even recommended sending hotel invoice to insurance because they may cover it). He removed the flooring and drywall that was affected. It took 3 days of having dryers and dehumidifiers to get it dried up to an acceptable humidity level.I hope to never have another water emergency like this but if we do, we will definitely use Bionic.
