This staffing location is a bit skeptical. They posted an online job ad which I responded with a resume (and was well qualified for it) but no calls or email were directed towards me. 3 hours later they post the same job ad again but this time they included their business email in the ad for immediate consideration. So I went ahead and emailed them my resume, and still, no calls or emails. Not sure why they havent responded back, would give these guys another try but Im not sure anymore.

Mrs. Ashleigh Kraatz is one of the nicest operations managers that you will ever encounter. I was in between jobs and I went looking for work. She was really sweet and helped me get some work. The process was very fluid. When she say she will find you something she definitely will. I definitely recommend this location. If life gives you a hard punch and puts you on the mats.. I went here to get a job. They said I need resume. I ain’t never need one before. They explained why I needed one told me were I could go get help to write one and gave me a paper of how a resume should look. I will go back. They care.

In all honestly I have never even read a review nor have I left a review. I didn’t know there was such a thing until my wife started talking about her job reviews. Basically it’s a hit or miss, you either believe what the person is saying about the company or you don’t, regardless, I personally will see for myself, which most should. All staffing agencies are good, for someone to consistently help you find compatible work, that’ll always be considered good but for a staffing agency, Carlton Staffing to be exact, to stick by your side, wanting to see you succeed and is actually active and walking around in the warehouse, greeting their employees and conversating with the managers about the work we’re doing, that is a staffing agency that can’t be overlooked! Carlton staffing put me on with a growing company named Visual Comfort. Working for the company on only the third day, I got an assignment done for listening to music on my phone without knowing I was not allowed to. I didn’t even get to finish a whole week. I called Carlton staffing immediately, frustrated, explaining the miss understanding and was told just to “calm down” and they’ll “handle it.” Two weeks later I started working at the same company but in a better position. Four months later I became the lead of the shipping and got hired on with the company! Six months later, I’m blessed to say I found a home in Visual Comfort with great benefits! Moral of the story, it’s 2019, it’s easy for someone to give up on you now, just as it’s easy for people to speak negative like a lot of these reviews but unlike Carlton Staffing, Stephen to be exact, looked out for me and didn’t judge me by my first mistake but continued to have faith in me. It all boils down to looking in the mirror, and asking yourself, “how’s my work ethic, am I responsible enough, do I show integrity?”P.s come get your chandeliers and lighting fixtures from Visual Comfort, it’s not cheap but it’s most definitely worth it and I just might let you use my discount, ha! I love this agency they got me gd job two years ago I got hired on well I got sick last year I had to come back to Carleton northwest and they got me and even better job closer to my home and the pay and shifts were much better the employee in this office truly care bout finding u employment and there jobs choices are 👍 Mrs.ladonna is amazing and sweet I recommend if ur trying to find permanent full time are career work plz come to this location 4real they also hire my friend who couldnt find wk brad and he is so pleased as well with the job they got him

I can’t say if this was a good place to work I just kept getting run around a over the phone sent my resume over to 2 people Shawn and Bridgette never got a follow up,call back I don’t understand these staffing agencies out here obviously if you call and seeking employment you are willing to work....

Submitted resume infront of them and they said they will give me a call, three days later i see an ad they posted and called them. They said they have a potential candidate already testing....two days later i get a call from another agency hiring for the same position, a day later these lames call me.,,,i said No and hung up.

I couldnt find or get a job anywhere with all the experience i have but thats to Carlton Staffing and Ladonna the team recruiter for Carlton Staffing i finally found a job close to my house without having a car.

Currently employed,, wen nobody else would giv me a chance bt i was willing to WORK,, they gave me a job
