Ms.James gave me an opportunity when I was at my lowest. She saw a mom trying and filled me in on little jobs to do. I was with 3 way Staffing for close to 3 years before finding something more permanent. The work is there you just have to be prompt and ready to work. They were never once rude or unprofessional. I miss this company.

I wish i could give this company a 0 star. Very unprofessional and poor quality. I called a few days ago; to asked if i could make an appointment with an agent to assist me in getting a job. I was told to just walk in. I did exactly that and when i got there i was told i have to fill out the application form and that a agent will called me later that day at 2pm. I filled out a few forms along with a tax form and have my social security number written where necessary. Later that day, no call. The next day i called and remind the secretary that i was told i would recieved a call yesterday. Again i was told they will have the person call me that day at 2pm. Still no call and the next day no call as well. So i called back the following day and asked why i havent received the called like i was promised. The reply was, we only have positions available for drivers. Which i made very clear the first day i went there. That i dont drive and neither do i have a drivers license. So it seems as if you cant drive in Houston or have a drivers license you not entitle to work. My advice to this company. If you cant assist a person in getting a job. Stop having them fill out all this unnecessary forms and having them putting there social security number out there.
