Took my wifes phone to get her screen repaired on a North 10 plus they were very professional it is excellent job and price was perfect. I recommend them to anyone.

Initially good impression but my device was not fixed in two days as promised, nor was there any communication from the store about updates. More than a week later I had to drive up to the store to get answers because they were not answering my calls. They did not fix my device so I retrieved from the store to take somewhere else.

You wipedout out the entire data from my wifes phone without asking me, including recent messages. Now she never stops telling me about data (both personal and work related)from 4 years ago all gone. Short of words for how terribly unprofessional this is. And I guess this is why you did not pester me for reviews this time?? Last time you delayed my service receipt till I gave you reviews. Terribly unprofessional!!!

Horrible service kept my tablet 10 days only to be told well call u when replacement screen comes in. That was almost a month and a half ago..

I wanted to pay with my debit card but he insisted on me paying cash which I refuse too because I don’t carry cash on me I had bought a charger cable there with my debit card literally five minutes after decided to come back with my wife and he just wanted cash and made a face because I didn’t want to use cash.!!! Very unprofessional wont come back again.!!

This is the worst place to go to fix anything. I’m so upset. I took my phone there to repair the back camera. The guy before he plugged my phone saw that it was working perfectly. Then after he opened my phone, fixed the camera my phone would not charge again. He then started arguing with me saying that my phone had a battery issue before which we both knew was not true because he himself plugged it before opening the phone. When he saw me getting very upset he then told me to come back the next day( Sunday) that he’d send the phone to the lab. He went back the next day for him to tell me to come the next day again because it’s sunday and there labs are closed. I took it upon myself ( time wasted again). I went back on Monday to find his brother there. I explained what happened and he started telling me that i’d have to pay for them to fix what the other guy did to my phone or I have to wait to talk to his brother in question who he said was on vacation for a week. When he knew I was so upset and wouldn’t leave without them fixing what they did to my phone, he then starting lying saying that his brother was coming the next day and I could speak to me. Guys that’s been 3 days of me not having a phone. I told him so many times that I wasn’t working due to Covid 19 and I do deliveries now for a living which I couldn’t do without my phone. He didn’t care at all. Told me that’s all he can do I pay for their fault. I almost cried because there literally is very few phone repair places open at the moment and how was I gonna get the money if I wasn’t doing anything? I just left. I didn’t want to argue with scammers. All they want is your money no matter how bad they fix your device. I will never go back there in my entire life. I’m very upset I had to be treated this way by these people.

If I could give the zero stars I would👎👎Dont bring your device here got the screen fixed and the same day it goes blank.Bring the device back now he saying the phone has water damage when wasnt nothing wrong but a crack screen when the phone was brought to this store. What a waste of 85 dam dollars.

Theyre service is horrible & if I had the option for 0stars thats what Id leave! I have had to bring my sons ps4 to them 5times now and the issue still isnt resolved. I took it just to have the USB ports changed out but now my sons game sounds like an airplane. Its loud & wasnt prior to us taking his game there. Im not sure if theyve switched out our original parts which is causing this issue but they definitely do not have qualified techs working. This has been the worst experience ever & you would think since theyre inside of Walmart that they wouldnt try to get over on their customers but they are & this is very unacceptable. I have tried filing a complaint with Walmarts corporate office but due to the holiday Ill have to wait til tomorrow. Ill also be reaching out to BBB as well.

We got to this place around 9:50 and it said it did not open til 10 so we walked around Walmart and the we went back around 10:15 and they still weren’t open so we went to go shop came back at10:45 they still weren’t open they website says 10:00 don’t come here if you want to wait for 45. Minutes for them to open

Took my phone to get fixed only had crack and the screen was purple. The lady told us she can fix it in one hour so we went about our day and came back and she put a new screen on its off my actual phone. I had to buy a case just to hold together. Ridiculous never recommend.

I dont know if they actually fix stuff. We had to keep calling and bugging them about a diagnostic. Communication with the customer is extremely important.We finally got our item back after a week, but it is still broken. We missed the return date on our games bc one was stuck inside the console.

I took my tablet to fix the LCD on Saturday was told they will call when ready .he called and said its ready I went and my tablet was not there he told me they could not fix it but he will sell me a tablet I said no wheres my tablet he said Monday I week later I take my husband and my tablet was there with in 1hr and completely destroyed he said my screen broke because fixing the LCD dont ever go here total scammers than he gave me 20$ as that covers the damage they did
