Desmond Montoya came out to my school and was very professional. Explained the problem and now my hp printer/scanner works well. Even showed me how to use drawer 1 which is not even a paper drawer but use it to print labels. No one showed me this when it was set up, now I know. Super friendly. Highly recommend them! Cant answer to the Good value part because the school received the bill.

A tad difficult to locate this place but the service and follow-up were well worth the patronage. Estimates are generally provided within 24 hours, if not by the end of the same business day. The technician(s) onsite provide a full synopsis of the problems and potential solutions without steering customers down any costly rabbit holes, and the admin/support staff are pleasant to coordinate with.
