After a few failed attempts at finding quality hardwood in our budget at other places we were feeling a little defeated with flooring selection for our new home. Our installer referred us and we met with Steven. Hes normally the tile & stone guy apparently but he made the process painless and easy. He told us which products to look at based on our budget, pick some colors and wed go from there. Once we did, he jotted down the products, stepped away for 5 minutes and was back with costs. From that we narrowed down to two and he had us take the samples outside to see in natural light, answered our questions and we were on our way with the samples feeling accomplished. The place has a nice variety of wood, LVT and wood-look tile and didnt feel overwhelming like some other places. The large room with space to lay out samples felt like a private showroom. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I drove over an hour to see samples and was dismissed when I got there. Management agreed to allow me (the consumer) to see what I was about to spend money on because my installer/distributor were out of town. The receiptionist spoke on the phone as if I was not in the room. I was told that my contact was in a meeting and could not see me. I wasn’t given the option to wait or come back or anything. I wound up finding a much better product at a much better price at one of their competitors here in the Houston area.

Guys in the warehouse WAAAAY TOOO SLOW, always spend atleast an hour hear.Im talking about thats when there not loading no one else at all, literally the only truck at the bay for pick up.Inside is great, great friendly service, have all supplies needed for flooring.Please T&L fix the warehouse people this is ridiculous!
