Check in early and you will get out early. Only downfall is that the yard is tight so be careful when backing up. If your parking overnight please do so at the back or in between the two warehouses. Other than that quick in and out.

DO NOT BACK IN FROM GATE.was told twice by rec staff to not do so, so be advised.Also MASK required in office, only 1 person at a time.Its OK to turn around after you enter gate though,so max out your skills and tandem setting up front for an easier turn around so you can set for your back.2-4 hour unload time, proffesional enough people at receiving.You can enter trough either entrance marked by YELLOW dot, then have to line up on direction of RED arrow.Can only line up in front of that building that the red arrow is at, seems they have an understanding with the owner of that building.If you park in front of the other building to the west, the guard will make you move.Park as close to the curb as you can so you dont bother truckers using those docks then walk to rec office marked by the purple dot.Guard is a cool fella so dont be giving him trouble, he is just doing what the asshats in the office want him to do.After getting unloaded, you exit only through the automatic gate to the right, gate will open when you approach it.Have your tandems all up front, cuz construction workers on that road have barely left room for a semi to pass.Decent rec personnel 2-4 hours, but their lumpers fees are massive. Mine was over 1k.

Directions as of 08/11/21: Esplanade is currently under construction. It is now a 2 way street on the w-bound lane. Once you turn off of Esplanade drive straight between Vistar and the adjacent wearhouse to the end turn right. *Trucks now line up behind the adjacent wearhouse*Walk to the gate of Vistar and halfway down the docks to a door marked Receiving Office to check in.

Absolutely the worst place Ive been in a long time #1 lumper fee of $338.00 for 22 pallets paid up front before they will unload you I paid 3 hours ago and Im still sitting here truck hasnt been touched yet now my next delivery appointment is late that will cost another $225 and then I wont make my reload appointment so Im stuck in Houston and will have to find a back haul the parking lot is tight you have to back in off the side driveway because the lot is small and the company trucks are parked at the far end so you cant turn around......place is a joke

The money is great but the hours are very long and grueling. But it will make you a lot of money on the long run. Just be prepared to work very long hours everyday.

Receiving staff excellent !! Checked in at 5 for 5 am appt. Used common sense and didn’t just drive into location. A little planning goes a long way as drivers. In and out quickly ! Tight parking but we get paid to drive. You can park overnight between the two buildings to the east of loading area. Quit believing all the reviews. Common courtesy gets you a long way. We all have jobs to do

6 am appointment. Arrives at 4:50, checked in at 5. Its 8 am still no dock. Said the night crew was behind 2 hours. Will update this post.

Most horrible place I ever selected. Orders are split into sometimes 6 orders on one pallet. You use a scanner that goes out most of the time which ruins your production. Which the supervisors act like they no nothing about. Plenty of better warehouses to choose!

This a terrible olace. Our appt was on 3 am. We spent there 8 hours and they said that they have been cleaning their warehouse for 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! try to avoid to work with them

Parked in the street just like you all stated got there around 5am my appointment wasnt until 8am walked all the way to the office handed in my papers and they stated we will call you by the time I got back to the truck they called me. I was late cause my 1st stop took them 5 hours to unload, they still take me but charge $500 dollars for been late my company paid it plus $175 lumper fee but I was unloaded in about 2 hours give 4 stars cause blind side backing they need to open the black gate on the west side, park on street and check in, the receiving girl was cool

It is one of the worst places to park this Don is designed for a real 18 wheels, enter in reverse because the entrance is where the exit and exit should be at the entrance. just want to park on the right side. also the woman who attends the reception office has a very bad attitude, to believe that because he is in an office is more than everyone, by God if it is for the truck drivers that he has that job he should be courts with us since by our She and all the other employees of this place can earn money with dignity.

When delivering here make sure you park on the street and walk in to check in fast unloading my appointment was 0630 I was out by 0730 the reason for the 3 stars you have to blindside in if the lot is full I figured next I go I will go up the driveway and back into the facility

Typical food warehouse..as others said, yes, enter in reverse. One look at the fence on the perimeter, you will see why.If you know how to back up properly you won’t have too much trouble. Did spend nearly 4 hours getting unloaded, and the lumper service was expensive. Tip: don’t give the shipping clerk a hard time. She was nice to me.

Park on the street, go check in. When you get a door pull in and go to the right and back in through the gate. Its tight but you wont have to blind side back. Receiving and security were very nice.

Well, many of the reviews are pretty much accurate. Very nice and polite staff, BUT yes a little on the slow side to get in and out. It would be great for management to address this issue since it makes it very difficult with elogs and next appointments.

Ive read all the bad things drivers said about Mrs Naddy Longoria! Listen Ive been delivering here for about 8 months now, tell me wheres the disgrace, disrespect or just being mean. Ive NEVER experienced ANY of that, shes a very nice person once you get to know her.

This company sucks never ever come here again I been here since 6 oclock this morning is already 2 oclock still waiting. They left one pallet in my truck because the one pallet was expire now they want me to return to the shipper and take it back .because of this mess I lost my next load.

This place is the slowest i have been so far, this is my second visit here and is the same s**t, it takes 2 hours to get a door, they unload fast but they take for ever to give you the paperwork back, so be prepare for spent more than 6 hours minimum here to get unloaded.

If you follow the rules be on time not be bossy and not use profanity you will get excellent service. If you treat people with respect you WILL GET TREATED WITH RESPECT. Remember that everywhere you go. I have witnessed some truck driver barge in the recieving off demanding and with very bad attitudes. Well if you walk in there like that you should be treated the same way. Ms. Neddy has always treated people with respect.

Unloaded on a monday. Starts receiving at gate at 05:00 almost on the dot. The intercom works. For the whiner crying about the dock 138 is for frozen loads where cooler is located. Blindside backing. Be courteous and polite and you get the same result. Its trucking people. We deal with all sorts.

I arrived early with an 5am appt. They do not open til 5am. I did not get a door til 740am and I got done at 1127am. You have to park on the street and walk up to check in. This place is blind side backing, unless come in entrance n swing wide n back up thru gate to the door. They do not have overnite parking. There is a lumper fee.

Truckers:You have to pay lumper fee, there is a PLS CHECK CASHING Store at 8min walking, pretty tiny space to backing in... plus dont piss off the lady at front and be ready to spend some hours here! If you go nicely you may have a good day!

Tight backing in, dont pi$$ the receiving queen bee, you might get door 136, it will be three hours before you get into that door, the door at the intersection is the exit door, the entrance door is at the side of the building, stop there, use the broken intercom, or she would kick you out, and you have to come back again from the entrance door.Late fee mentioned on the board is 25$, per hour, lumper extra. DONT use garmin to get here, use Google maps for the last miles

If i could give this place a zero i sooo would.. Worst place to ever work at.. the only upside the check .. the hours of work are crazy & disorganized management has no clue of what going on overnight shift. Place is never clean . . Freezer & fridge need major cleaning .

Park outside the gate and walk up to the call box to check in due to very tight space. Back in through the entrance when they call you to a door unless you a blindside pro. (Look at the damage the length of the fence)

Place of little space for parking, if you find it difficult to park on your right hand, better go into reverse, use the intercom to check your entrance, turn off the engine and have your PO # ready to tell the lady who will speak to you, She speaks Spanish and English and is very friendly, the Lunper almost always takes an hour or two.
