I went my first time on a Saturday didn’t realize they were closed, but the man was nice and allowed me to shop didn’t rush me or anything.

Prices change depends on who you spoke with. Same products bought 2 different times different prices (not covid related).

I visited this place In February 2020. Terrible customer service and rude, very unsafe on inside with boxes everywhere!! Do NOT waste your time at this place, go to Sam’s Nail Supply in next parking lot, sooo much cleaner and friendlier. This place was horrible and deserves zero stars.

I am a beginner nail tech and as soon as I walked in there was at least 10 employees in front and nobody wanted to help me. They had a good selection but I just needed a bit of assistance and I got looked at crazy when I even attempted to ask them. Will not be shopping here again.

Wide variety of nail salon supplies and accessories. Pricing is very competitive and some items the prices are lower than many other surrounding nail supply stores. Their customer service is good and they are fully staff to help fulfill any clients needs very quickly. Highly recommended this supply store.

Terrible quality. They dont even have the best prices. Competitive but doesnt even make up for the poor quality.Liquids/chemicals kept probably out of temperature or old.First time I ever went there they tried to sell me YELLOW antiseptic cool mist (checked the date it was a YEAR expired)Second time bought OPI Dipping Base - thicker than wax! they were okay with returning and exchanging it. But still how could it be like that anyways?Third time (today) bought a single bottle of polish remover, it was a quarter low at least, argued and showed me the other bottles are all the same. Took it back and saw there was polish remover all over the bag. Surprise the bottle is leaking from numberous spots.I shouldve known better than to give them all these chances. I wont give them another one. Yall shouldnt either. Save yourself the trouble.

Great Price its a little messy and customer service is poor but other then that its a Great Place. O definitely will go back again soon!!! Thank you!!!

Everytime I come in here, they do not even look at me or greet me and ask if I need any help. Fine. It’s more organized than some other nail supply stores but definitely could be better organized. Once I was ready to check out, they didn’t even acknowledge me as they continue to talk amongst themselves. I told them I was ready and they looked at me as if I was burdening their conversation that consisted of nothing but back and forth joking in Vietnamese. Even when I asked for something from the counter, they didn’t even say “okay” but continued to talk amongst each other then went to grab it later. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, I only come in here when I need that ONE thing that Sam’s Nail Supply or Nationwide Nail Supply didn’t have. At least those businesses know what hello, how can I help you and thank you is!

They are so rude went in asking about some products they ignored me the whole time and then sent someone else to attend me a follow me around they wouldnt show me any of their drills or led lamps said they were too expensive for me went down the street to another location spent almost $1,200 there their loss. Never going back to us maxim nail supply.

I would give it a 2.... The quality of their nail polishes sucks! Lots AND lots of expired/separated nail laquers. At least I wasnt followed the whole time. And I liked that!

Expensive!! I noticed i walked at the same time as someone else, they were greeted, i wasnt! I bought alot of things trying this place out, i dont plan on going back. I normally go to Super Nail or Nationwide and buy almost twice as much, and theyre nice!! They do have alot but its messy, over priced and just rude!! Even my boss who is Vietnamese said they over charged me because im not one of them.. So sad, lost my business for good!

Unorganized, rude I asked to see a product and had my hand out the item was placed on the counter in front of me as if I wasn’t to be touched. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked inside. I will never be back
