I normally dont write bad reviews for companies, but I would like to share my experience with dealing with Hisco. I was looking to order some specialty tape. I received 2 different quotations which had misleading information. When I asked the customer service rep to verify that the item I want to order was in stock they assured me that it was and will ship out by the end of the week. After I sent the order a day later I was contacted by a different Hisco rep stating that there was a 12 week lead time on the order. How could this be? Especially when I sent and email ( which I wish I could attach to this review) specifically asking if the product was in stock. I would give them no stars if I could.
