I had a standard hard drive that was accidentally formatted with a fresh copy of Windows 10 and my wife and I thought all 10 years worth of photos and videos were gone! Within a week Flashback Data recovered the data and sent it back. Communication, customer service and the whole process was a breeze and very professional.

No help, just said texts cant be undeleted after about 4 hrs.This is total BS I found out else where

I am amazed at the recovery process that Flashback Data has provided. My portable hard drive was flooded and damaged due to the hurricane. However, THEY RECOVERED ALL MY DATA! Even though I may have damaged the disks due to trying to run it, they managed to salvage everything. They are professional, courteous, speedy, and have an easy process to follow. I was really impressed by their simulated file structure of what is recoverable from the hard drive (for your review convenience). I would definitely return if I have any recovery needs in the future.

Flashback data did a wonderful job recovering the data I thought I lost. We had a massive water leak in our office and lost thousands in hardware.
