PLEASE BE CAREFUL TODAY IS MAY 8TH. I’ve been living here for a year and lease is almost up. Within my first month there was a roach infestation with thousands of roaches nested behind my refrigerator and stove. I got that taken care of by hiring my OWN exterminator because nobody could do anything about it at the office. Now the water NEVER WORKS. Hot water is literally off every other day. It’s hard to even keep up hygiene here because they are sending out emails saying that the hot water isn’t working so I definitely have proof. I’m definitely sensing a law suit coming on if this continues. I’m a super lenient person. I’m definitely at my wits end.

The water in these apartment complex is HORRIBLE, I am always out of hot water almost everyday. It is May 30, and I have been out of hot water for 3 days, this is very inconvenient because I work everyday. The water is like being in prison. I have never been to jail before but I am pretty sure the water unit inside of jail is the same water unit in these apartment complex. I been out here for 2 years and nothing has changed. Patiently waiting for this lease to be up, wouldn’t recommend to anyone that I know.

Lol dude... these apartments were cool for a while. Decent. Definitely not the best. Now the hot water literally never works. Also the new people at the office seem to enter YOUR apartment without notice which is very annoying. I’ve been leasing here for about two year. I was late about a day or two on my rent a month ago. When I get to my apartment they’ve entered and locked me out also left ALL of my lights on WITHOUT NOTICE. it was literally the 5th of the month and I’ve been a tenant for 2 YEARS!!!! For the past 3 days I have had NO HOT WATER. It’s always we’re working on it. Never it’s fixed.

Please do not move here i currently lease here and they are taking advantage of me and not fixing the proper things that need to be fixed so i can have a proper living environment for me and my small child leasing office never answers the phone one leasing agent a female very very!! rude and disrespectful trash all over the apartments people constantly breaking into the vacant apartments trash trash!!

These apartments are not great but they are cute. The area is not the best to live in but the complex is gated. I just cant see myself living here because I want something more upscale.

Have been living here for 1 and half year.Pros:Good price (~800 1b1b)Nice services (if I make a request, they usually come on the same day)Cons:Poor sound insulation (Creaky floorboards. Dont choose 1st floor if you are a light sleepers)Roaches........... (which I believe most 2 floors apt will have this issue)

Its a nice place to live. Most of the neighbor are hispanic. Office people are good. They fix any issue related apartment, sooner. I am happy to stay in here.

Do not move to these apartments never fix anything and there in the office are not batman or superheroes is the answer they give to everyone when youre going to complain about something. The worst apartments !!!!!
