I lived here for four years as a resident, went to Boston for my fellowship training, and knew I wanted to move back to Venue since I was going to be working in the Texas Medical Center. Ive been back here for the last two years and love the amenities, convenience off the Light Rail, and proximity to job (Memorial Hermann Hospital). Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and the complex recently underwent a renovation. Quiet, affordable, and great location!

I’ve been staying here for 4 months now, and it’s been pretty great! They keep the place pretty clean, and I’m always seeing them sanitize everything constantly!!! My apartment is pretty quiet and spacious for me. I love the amenities, and how close the apartment is to everything I want to do. The staff is also great, and Miriam is phenomenal. She has made this temporary move so much easier!

This property is very well kept and in a great location. The employees here are very professional and friendly. Shawn gave us a tour of the place, including several floor plans, and answered all of our questions. They also wore masks properly! Highly recommend these apartments!

We lived at Venue for 4 years and it was a genuinely great experience. Its impossible to beat the value and location of Venue. The staff are excellent. Its really a quality place. Would be happy to move back some day.

Venue at The Museum District Apartmats are absolutely fabulous! The location and amenities are awesome; not to mention, their staff is always so nice and helpful, Miriam provided excellent service and answered all our questions. I highly recommend to anyone looking in the Houston area. I plan to move here in spring.

We called many times and they promised to call back...never did and full of lies. I do not believe the good reviews I saw here, they are most likely to be the people who work for this company. Avoid this place unless you have tons of time to wait for their reply. so shady...

This is an A+ property. I lived here for about a year and my father has lived there for three years or so. The employees answer the phones promptly, the maintenance team is very friendly and competent, they get work orders completed same-day, and the construction materials and craftsmanship make this place a true luxury property.As soon as you walk into the office, you can tell the property is nice. When you walk the halls, the air even smells great. The gym has everything you need to get a full body workout and the pool is gorgeous.The only downside is that the property is on the cusp of a very upscale part of town and a very impoverished part of town. You will drive past panhandlers with regularity and there is a charity project down the block that feeds the needy. These folks never cause any problems though and they mind their own business so it’s almost not even worth mentioning. The well-to-do community seems to do good work lifting up the surrounding areas. If you have any concerns about this, I call tell you from experience that the property has incredible security with gated parking, fob-entry elevators, and 24/7 concierge staff overseeing the grounds. And for that, I give them 5 stars. Museum district is truly beautiful and they do everything in their power to make this a safe, well-maintained, and enjoyable place to live.

I have been in Venue Museum District for a while of time. I have had a wonderful experience. The building is very modern, well-maintained and safe. Amenities are amazing. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. in particular I want to mention Momo and Miriam for their incredible work, and availability to quickly help me for any kind of request. The 24 hour concierge is really amazing and useful. They also offer you a wonderful service to receive and keep safe all packages and groceries that I have ordered online. The position is also very strategic, very close to Metrorail, so you can reach Medical Center and Downtown Houston easily. I recommend this complex to everyone!

Venue Museum District is perfect. Staff is great, units are built with great quality, secure parking too. Activities available and they have a monthly get together. Exercise room is first class. Hallways are wide and doors to units are inset so you dont get off the elevator and see door, door, door, door like the new places in town. Ive been here 6 years and Im staying forever.

Ive been living here for a year and a half and cant say enough in praise of the staff. They are always friendly and responsive. The building is stylish, well-maintained, and well-soundproofed. Theres a good mix of tenants of all ages, and the common facilities would be good for a building twice its size. If you work downtown or in the Medical Center, your commute will be a breeze. In short, Id recommend Venue Museum District to anyone.

My husband and I are a young couple that have lived here for over a year and we have nothing but great things to say about the Venue!First and foremost, the building is SAFE!! Unlike all the other apartments buildings in River Oaks, Montrose and nearby areas, including Gables West Ave, your car is safe and there are no reports of apartment robberies. The building requires a fob for security everywhere you go, and Concierge is also very good in monitoring visitors that go in and out of the building.Concierge is top notch. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and always providing great customer service.The building is very nice, modern, and well taken care of.It is a very pet friendly building.I read somewhere that somebody complained you can hear your neighbors through the wall- we have NEVER had this problem.All service requests for our apartment have always been dealt with in a timely manner. All of our packages have always been received to concierge and given to us- no problems with theft of any sort.We really love this building and hope to renew our lease for a third year!

We are in our second year here at The Venue and have had a wonderful experience. Environment is friendly, quiet and peaceful. Any issues or repairs are handled in a quick and timely manner. The residents are friendly and were very welcoming when we first moved in as we were new to the area, offering advice of things to do and places to go. The staff is always friendly, available and helpful and are always offering great opportunities to meet, greet and have fun with residents in both towers. Very positive experiences and am thrilled to have chosenThe Venue!

I have lived here for a little over 5 months and the management and staff members are hands down best of the best. If there is ever a maintenance issue, the issue is fixed SAME DAY! The property is always clean and the location is awesome. The interior of the apartments are beautiful and spacious! I love living here. If things stay like they are, which im almost positive they will, I will be renewing the first chance I get!

I have a couple friends who live at Venue and I have to say I absolutely love visiting them every chance I get. There is not one specific reason why, but everything I experience while I am there. The style and decor is stunning and the amenities are great too. I always srecognize new art on the walls each time I walk through the hallways and I love the pool and the vista lounge. What makes it most enjoyable is getting to see all the smiling faces in the front office. All of the concierge I have met are great! They are all very attentive and polite. I have also met everyone who works in the office and they personally greet me every time I arrive. Peggy, Jenn, and Megan are a breath of fresh air each time I arrive and are always more than courteous. I cannot wait for my current lease to end so I can move to this beautiful complex

I just moved in this January but I LOVE living here. Rainier was the person who helped get us into a unit we were happy with. They are so accommodating and nice here, also the 24 hr concierge is really nice.

The building is very nice and extremely well maintained. The management is some of the best Ive ever had. Service requests are promptly taken care of. The community app is really good too.

Some of these people didn’t even live in the building! Jennifer Curcio worked for management. So shady!

If I could give the customer service 0 stars, I would.My roommate and I met with a leasing agent and we viewed the complex / available floor plans. After viewing the property, we sat down with the leasing agent and requested that we be sent the information, so we could lease the unit. My roommate and I left the property at approximately 5:30pm: 30 minutes before the office closed. The very next day, I clicked on the customized link that I received (via email) and the unit was no longer available. I called and asked for clarification, and an individual - who had not communicated or visited with a leasing agent - had reserved the apartment unit that we had discussed and confirmed with the leasing agent.Overall, the leasing office/management does not give precedence or priority to the individuals who directly speak and confirm units with the leasing agents.From my experience, it seems that they are not concerned with customer loyalty/care.

I’ve lived here since December of last year and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are really nice and roomy and very well-kept. The Finishings inside the apartment are very nice as well, hardwood floors, granite countertops, marble tile, etc. very nice having a year-round heated pool. The staff have been very nice to me also always a smile and very helpful.

I would move back in in a heartbeat. Super clean, excellent concierge and business staff (Rotlhe was very attentive), stylish amenities, beautiful working pool all year around. Close to work. Downtown rail. Miss it!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!We moved from a nice house in the Galleria area in April 2017 into this apartment complex and LOVE it. It was a scary move going from a house to an apartment but we’re so glad we did this and that we moved to VMD! We looked at MANY apartments and we chose VMD for several reasons: We felt very comfortable with the staff. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained with nice floor plans, large bedrooms and large walk-in closets (larger than anywhere we had looked), resort-style heated pool with grills that are cleaned daily, clean and well-equipped gym, gorgeous clubroom (free for residents), business center, and 24/7 Concierge services. The location is superb – within walking distance to Hermann Park and the Medical Center, 1 block from the light rail train station, and the traffic is much better than the Galleria area especially now that Post Oak is under construction.So what keeps us here? We’ve met some wonderful neighbors (all ages and backgrounds) at the monthly parties hosted by VMD. It’s very quiet and we rarely hear our neighbors. The complex is so well maintained that friends who visit us think the complex is brand new and it’s actually 7-8 years old. Last, but certainly not least, the staff is the amazing! They are all professional, yet fun. Their communication with the residents is outstanding. I could go on and on about the staff but suffice to say, they are TOPS in our book!Bottom line, we love it here!

After moving here over two years ago due to the great location for access to downtown, highways, and jogging around Rice University and Hermann Park, I have been very happy with my decision. I work odd hours sometimes and have never had a problem with noise from neighbors, and the staff is the BEST--always friendly and helpful. The pool area is great and with a heated pool the swimming season is almost year-round. The gym has enough variety to get a good work-out unless you need heavy free-weights. Easy choice between getting on 59, 45 or 288 depending on how you need to maneuver to avoid traffic. Well-appointed apartments with fast response if any little thing goes wrong like a burned-out lightbulb. There are a few places to eat within 2-3 blocks but its easy to get to Midtown or Montrose or Rice Village in about 5 minutes driving or $6 Uber. Great place for quiet and friendly living, with a STAFF that makes it even better!
