The office team here is excellent. Very friendly and if something needs to get done take care of it properly.Really though, yes the townhouses are older but would you rather a cheaper monthly rent in a place thats very, very quiet and safe? Or a fancy apartment thats loud, double the price and trouble keeps recurring? - F. Joseph

The apartment is moded The maintenance Man and does not fix on things that is broken he just patches it up

I am going on about 6 months living here. I absolutely love it. I love the email notifications about things going on the property. The maintenance is on top of repairs. The manager is very pleasant to talk to.

My experience here was awesome when I first got here,but since I been here I tell you things have changed. I seen people fighting in the parking lot,I heard someone got killed on the sidewalk where I lived, the washateria on property stays broke, I have rodents in my house been had them for about 4monthsIf I dont put my food in the ice box then the rats will eat through it.

Great staff! Maintenence is prompt and helpful, need better parking and enforcing visitor parking. I typically have to park 2 buildings over just to get to my apartment.

I cant explain how happy and comfortable ms linda made me. I did an application and somethings happened and we got my denial over ruled to an approval. she stayed in constant contact with me weather it was email or phone call. she gave me the proper websites I needed to pay my deposits. she goes to war FOR her tenants and I cant thank her enough.

Love it here, very nice, and the staff is professional and kind!

Worst apartments ever manager is HORRIBLE and rude.

I have been a resident of this apartment complex since April 2014. Very grateful for the kindness, and help the entire staff has shown me through my breast cancer journey when I was diagnosed in 9/2014. The management and maintenance have always been helpful. These apartments are older, but beyond comfortable and cozy once you make it your own. If at anytime I have ever had an issue, they take care of it as quickly as possible. When you meet people who are genuine, it shows in there customer service. Thank you Timber Run and staff for all youve done.

They should REALLY do some upgrading for the price they want to charge. Simply entering and exiting the apartments is a headache since the concrete is worn so you feel like your driving over a curb: You’ll probably have to fix your car’s alignment eventually. MINIMAL cleaning and prepping was done before I moved in I don’t know who they pay to clean and paint. Very poor maintenance of dumpsters so you’re driving by a landfill. The laundry room is disgusting with smell of sewage. Staff is friendly but good god couldn’t live in these conditions any longer

I have lived here at Timber Run since 2001. My husband & I have found a home here. The management is kind and supportive yet professional. Any maintenance problems are handled in a timely manner. The grounds are tended and attractive. The community is one of friendship and mutual respect.

Linda is awesome I’ve been here since October and it’s been great quite plenty of parking Linda cares about her residents and make sure they are well taken care of rent is perfect price dog friendly and gated complex I highly recommend these apartments

I love it hereMoved in a couple months back and I have no complains; everyone is quite and minds their own business. Almost everyone I’ve spoke to are long time residents. Anytime I put in orders I usually hear about them coming to fix it or ordering things within 2 days. Parking here is not a hassle unless you’re more near the exit. Even then with the parking sticker(they provide) or the 24 parking it shouldn’t be a big deal to find parking. Very calm and family friendly compared to the other apartments I’ve rented this ones an 8/10. Also the floor plans are so affordable compared to apartments just down the road. Heard they weren’t even effected during the hurricane which is a big plus since many apartments nearby were. Also, Lisa is so nice she made the moving in process easy and overall shows she cares about her tenants 👏🏽

Ive been at timber run for about 2 months or so.. so far its a really good first apartment for my husband and I.. its near to my workplace.. the staff is very nice and make you feel welcome.Its quite here for the most part and I havent had any bad experience except with my dishwasher which they took care of after I called them up. Maintenance guy is really friendly as well the Bianca at front desk. Id recommend this apartment for anyone who is starting out and wants a decent place at a decent price.

Got my apartment broken into last month. The Landlord knew there were guys breaking into homes but never sent out a warning to all residents. My son and I almost got hurt! After filing my claims the landlord lied to my erenter insurance there was damages to my apartment. So they deducted me $$ to paid for “damages” and automatically took money out of my account. So I lost $500.00 less than two hours. I confronted the landlord she swear up and down she didn’t spoken to anybody about damages, because there wasn’t no damages. But once I showed her the papers. She was quite, and told me to pay certain amount on my rent and she’ll take care off it. In 2 days she was gone. There was a new property owner and she never fixed the problem. The new landlord is throwing threats about evicting me even though I showed her papers Work of the damages I paid. She was explaining to me there wasn’t no notes that was left from the previous Landlord about my situation. They believe I was lying. So now my baby and I have to move into a woman shelter because I don’t have no place to go. I lost all my moneys. I’ve living here for 3 years and this the first to happen to me.

Ive enjoyed my stay at Timber Run. The front office ladies have always been so helpful and friendly. Its a comfy quiet place to settle into.

Timber run is good but sometimes the light does not work

Fantastic new management and maintenance as of September 2013. The place is looking better nearly every day with all the stuff they are doing around here.

Dont move here, you will regret it. Washer and dryer dont work, never any parked when I come home from work, it smells like weed all the time, and they refuse to fix stuff properly.

Actually pretty quiet, nice place to stay and privacy is a big thing for me! plenty of parking space and management and staff are awesome!

My experience is a lot like Kaninis. My fiancé and I moved here temporarily while we were in search for a home. We found a place and gave verbal notice in November of 2017 and the current manager of that time told me she needed a written notice which I sent via email on the 12th of December and we moved out on the 12th of January 2018. The previous manager told me to pay for all of January’s rent and she would mail me the pro rated amount for the month back to me in couple of weeks. The early move out fee was 675.00 which would partially be paid for by the deposit and pet deposit (450.00) and the remainder owed would come from January’s rent and we would get the rest in check.Nothing comes in the mail and it’s February 22 now so I call and there is a new management. They inform me that I owe 1590.00 for insufficient notice and 675.00 for lease cancellation. They also have no record of me paying for the whole month of January. They also failed to notify me of any of these outstanding balances of 1332.75 which they said have been sent to a collections agency even though they have my new address.I feel for those being treated this way, luckily I have documentation of emails showing when I put in my notice and bank statements of when I paid them. The miscommunication between new management is not the responsibility of the tenants and is not legally acceptable to take money or put others in financial hardships for their customer neglect. I am a law enforcement officer, transported a neighbor to the hospital and even brought a baby who drowned back to life and this is the thanks I get. Lawyers are not cheap and civil suites take time but please people save all paperwork and agreements cause it will save you time when you get to court.

Very happy with my apartment, office management is awesome and new management is great and very professional.

I lived in these apartments for a year and they are run down. There were fleas everywhere and I do not every have pets. My apartment also had a lot cracks along the wall and a big gap under the door so a lot of weird bugs would get in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Worst place to live they turn the hot water off without notice I have a newborn and Ive been without hot water for 2 days they say there working on the problem but nothing has been done but when the 1st comes around theyre bugging about there rent payment theres also never anywhere for the residents to park I just cant wait to get away from this place !

Stove has been broken sense day one, bathroom is a hot mess, management will tow your vehicle of you park on the line, prices are outrageous for what you get, i could go on and on

I recommend Timber Run apartments for people who are interested in getting a quiet, quiet place with good attention from Managers. I have lived for more than a year and the experience has been excellent.

It is very bad the behavior of one of the managers has a character of the devil, they never want to have anything fixed, as it is free that one lives there, and they are full of cockroaches, do not rent there, hopefully change at least one of the manager 😈😈
