Loved the service! My husband just broke his screen that day on his Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and within two hours of scheduling our appointment, we were in, helped and explained the process. His phone was finished in one hour and looked completely brand new. This place had some of the best customer service ever and were super knowledgeable and nice to boot. Dropped my phone and the whole screen went black! My heart just about stopped when I could no longer access my phone! My dog passed away a few months ago and I had TONS of pictures I wanted to save! Wasnt sure if anything could be done. Fortunately, I found this place and Sam assured me that my pictures could be saved! What a relief! All he had to do was replace the display and I could finally get to see all my pictures again! He even went the extra step and showed me how to backup my data so it would be nice and safe if anything were to happen! These people are a godsend!

Paying to have a phone repaired is never a fun way to spend money, but they made it as painless as possible. My phone looked way better than I imagined possible and the service was top of the line. I went through my cell phone insurance company initially, but the prices seemed very reasonable even without it.

These people are amazing! I REALLY COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. I brought them a phone to fix that was older, dead and wouldnt charge. There was a lot of unknowns going on with my phone. They kept in touch with me as the situation changed. My phone soon became a priority to them so they could get it back to me as soon as possible. It ended up not being worth it to fix in the end, but they transferred all my data to a new phone and made some adjustments per my request.After a couple days of working on it, I was afraid of the bill. They were more than reasonable. They are not only very knowledgeable in their work, they have outstanding customer service. I dont why you would ever go anywhere else for your electronic needs. In an era where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past....this was a wonderful experience.You will not be disappointed.

Needed a battery replaced, went to Best Buy and they wanted to send my phone in to Apple, 3-4 days without a phone. Walked in here, they said they could have me a new battery installed in an hour. I left and came back, they asked then if I was having any charging port issues, I said I had been sporadically, but not enough to consider it a problem. They suggested charging port might be failing, I agreed, so got it replaced too, another 45 min or so to do it. So Best Buy make appointment to show up and find out no phone for 4 days or Celltronics no phone for 2 hours, everything fixed. Seems a no brainer to me. ‍

Smashed on the concrete the horror my dual screen phone case was broke i tried many other remedys and to no prevail I went looking online what it would cost to fix . was distraught at the price I called everywhere in town but Celltronix was the only. Place willing to work with me i brought in my case and they fixed the screen hinge free of charge i even offered to throw them cash for the parts and they said we wont charge you for something like that my phone is fixed im happy and this place is honestly amazing.

Wonderful shop and service. My iPhone XS Max had been plagued with ghost touch issues and Apple recommended I replace my phone since it was out of warranty. After a recommendation from a friend I brought my phone in to see if Celltronics Phone Repair - They take a look. He replaced the screen in less than 30 minutes at a very fair price. He even included a screen protector for a reasonable additional charge. My phone has been working better than it has in months and I couldnt be happier with the replacement screen.

I went to this shop and I didnt know what do with my iPhone X. I couldnt unlock it anymore. I tried at home to do the recovery but didnt work. The tech told me that it was the screen, she changed the screen in less than five minutes. Since I was there I asked her if I could change the camera glass since it was broken. I gave her the new parts. This is a very delicate job nobody does it in town, not even the apple shops. Tech did it in 1/2 hour. I did some shopping in the market when I went back my iPhone was like brand new. Thank you very much for you great expertise !

My iPad needed a new charging port. Found them on a google search and took a chance. Called and asked a few questions, stopped by later that day to drop off device. Turn around was quick, less than what they told me. My device can now charge and I thought the price was very reasonable for what they had to do. I would go there again for fixes.

I paid lowest in the market for it but it was well worth it for the excellent service! Technician did a great job on talking me through the process and explaining what needed to be done. Went in to get a laptop for school. Went in expecting to pay about 300 dollars as that is what I had found for what I wanted spec wise. I was able to walk out with a nice Sony for only $180. Been using it all night and it has no problems. I will likely check em out again once I get done with school to try to find a gaming pc :)

The dude was transparent about my battery problem and informed me of all the potential reasons why I was experiencing this issue and was honest. Great place to have your phone repaired. Very quick and competent. I had another place try to fix my phone but they said there was a screw that could not be removed. I took it to Celltronics and they removed the screw and put all the screws that had been placed in the wrong place in correctly. My phone was promised the same day and they delivered just that! Fair priced screen replacement and on time, you cant ask for more that that.

I had a 2 year old Motorola Z3 in perfect condition, but the battery started to expand and the screen was bowing out. I called Celltronics and they were able to work on my phone the next day. They did a fantastic job and fully explained how to maintain my phone for the best battery life. They were very professional and communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services!

Gotta reward good and honest business. Without getting too lost in the weeds, I was having issues with my iPhone battery that, through diagnostics seen on my own phone, could have easily warranted a brand new battery and $50 visit to this store (which still would have been a very reasonable price in my opinion). I came and talked to Sam whom opened up my phone immediately to take a look-- all the while, answering other calls and never missing a beat in totally gracious and personable customer service. He popped open my iPhone disconnected and reconnected the battery and told me how to trouble shoot on my own, and to come back in the next day or so if it didnt work. I never had to come back because my phone was completely fixed just by unplugging the battery and plugging it back in. Sam could have easily taken my money, but he didnt charge me a dime. Really honest business, and that shouldnt go unnoticed or unmentioned.

The frame of the phone still flexed and at the power button, caused the screen to crack. These guys were a lifesaver. My kid dropped her phone yesterday morning and completely cracked the screen. Shes been getting into photography and loving taking pictures with her old iPhone that she now uses. So its very special to her. As a lot of parents can probably relate to, when her phone broke, it was as if a part of her broke as well. It was really sad to watch. And Im not one easily moved by feelings over material things. But I saw how much fun she was having with the phone and could really see how hurt she was that she made this mistake and dropped it. So I decided to buy a new phone or get it fixed. I found someone in town who said they could fix it and were having a half off sale. But it was a long drive. So I called around and found these guys. They were able to do it in 15 minutes less time and though it was a little bit more in terms of dollars, I think it was worth it. I highly recommend them. Some other places that I called told me it would take an hour and a half because it was really difficult. I felt like they built it up in order to charge almost double the price. These guys did it in 1/3 of the time for about 75% of the price. Well worth it.

This place had the most affordable quote for my cracked iPhone screen! When I got to the store they actually diagnosed it as cracked screen protector, but they also gave me better price than original quote for cracked screen and were extremely quick and knowledgeable! Easy to find location!

Do not go here under any circumstances!! I went here to have a screen replaced on my iPhone XR.They ask for your passcode for your phone and the passcode was supposedly to be able to test the new screen after it was installed. They took the phone in the back to do the repair which took about 20 minutes.They return to the front with the phone and everything checked out no problem. The following day the screen starts to flicker on and off consistently at the most in opportune times. But the real kicker is apparently when they had my phone in the back they went into the phone under my Google account and actually left a review on Google under my name giving themselves five stars and made comments about supposedly great service for fixing my phone.When I realized what had happened I was livid. Not only is my phone not working properly that is a total unethical invasion of privacy and against the law in many places. I went back to the store and confronted the manager who told me that the tech Sam supposedly worked on my phone in the back and he would have been responsible for the post He called Sam several times on the phone in my presence to confirm this but no answer I don’t even believe Sam exist. Had to argue for 20 minutes only to be able to get back a refund of the labor. They would not even give a full refund . They offered to fix the screen flickering f but I refuse to do busses that’s with them and you should too. Think about all the sensitive stuff people have in their phones from baking information, private photos, and stuff that can be used to steal your identity. Don’t go there under any circumstance!!

These guys are great! They fixed a problem on my logic board inside my iPhone, and my cracked back glass and front screen. Honestly, Im shocked they found a way to revive my phone at a very affordable price. It feels just like new, and they were always kind/communicative too. Also, while I was waiting for my iPhone another guest in front of me had the same experience and was saying something like Im in awe that you guys got this to work again. Yet again, you guys astound me... making me feel like I was in the presence of an ... actual... genius.
