I saw they had 76 reviews and averaging a 5 star review and I was a bit skeptical at that, but I am here to tell you they are legit and worth every bit of that 5 star average. Provided excellent service to my first gaming pc as I needed help. Very reasonable pricing for tech. I drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back twice and I would do it again for any tech difficulties. They do provide onsite services but mine was for a gaming pc build so that was understandable. Could not reccomend them enough they are legit and hard working.

I hired Positive Tech last week and it was a great choice. I took my laptop to Positive Technology to get the fans replaced and the tech was so professional and explained what exactly needed to be done. My experience....... My laptop is a few years old I got it as a graduation gift from my Mom /grandma. So for the past few years no issues until about a few weeks ago, it was not able to connect to the internet and also it’s a touch screen where every time I turned on my computer it was coming in and out. So I went there this week Well the guy there I don’t remember his name 😔 I explained to him the issues with my laptop he explained to me a few things that can be an issue, but he did say it was fixable and gave me a estimate time. It was done sooner then I thought. He told me what he did, so I left and I must say he did an awesome job my laptop is working properly, connect to the internet quickly, screen working and etc, If I can rate this company. I would give them 10 stars. He was knowledgeable, professional, work ethic is awesome, provided estimate time and the price is very affordable I would highly recommend. Plus my Mom/Grandmother passed away this year so this laptop means a lot to me so I was so grateful he was able to repair it! Thank you sooooo much!
