Cant actually repair anything, only swap parts, business really only caters to big business it seams. Doesnt buy from the general public yet only has general public grade parts on its shelfs. Giving extra star bcc of the easy availability of wires.

I built my own PC about 5 years ago and it blue screened on me I troubleshooted it as much as I could. I finally decided to come here because of the reviews and I was not wheres many years years of experience day was able to help me in areas that I was not experienced in. these guys are super affordable and informative talk me through every step with the what they did and how they fixed it. If I have one gripe is that is too far but the service is worth it.

Bought a custom built PC from one of the many custom builders.I had brought my brand new custom built PC in to PC parts and service as I had a couple of questions about hardware and cable management, since this was my first custom built computer.Gary was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and it helped me increase my knowledge on various subjects.All in all, this was a very positive interaction and I would not hesitate to bring my PC here in the future (Once my warranty from the custom builder expires) for repair.

Very knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my new computer running slow. Came in to the shop and was told what the computer needed and how to install the part. It worked like a charm. I was really grateful for the knowledgeable and friendly service I received. I highly recommend.

My computer’s usb ports went out and had a feeling my motherboard went bad. They found out in an extremely timely manner that my drivers were just out of date. Didn’t try to upsell me and replace unnecessary things, just fixed the issue. Could not ask for better service, will go to them with my computer issues from now on.

We love this computer repair and phone repair store. Very honest and fast. He gives free diagnostics- We always come here first for any electronic repair. He will tell us whats wrong and is very reasonably priced- We took our home computer for hard drive repair- he backed up everything and reinstalled- all ready in less than 2 days, he fixed my wifes samsung phones charger port was damaged- fixed in 2 days- everyone else said we had to buy a new phone- but he fixed it, we will take all of our electronics to him. The owner is honest and very fair and knowledgeable. We will keep coming back everytime something electronic breaks down.

Dexter was extremely helpful and exhausted all options on fixing my issue before we both had a bit of a simpler solution. Hes very friendly and straightforward.

These people were so gracious with me. I called about wanting to look through a selection of 500W Power Supplies they had and I told them Id be down in a jiffy, but in reality I dawdled a bit before heading to them and by the time I got there they had already closed and locked up! However they saw me holding a power supply and so they knew that it was me they had been talking to on the phone so they reopened the store to let me purchase! Their computers were offline at that point so it had to be in cash but I had enough on me so it was ok. Very nice guys!

I took in a failing NAS storage drive to PC Parts and Service and Jhon quickly opened it up and diagnosed that the hard drive had failed. He couldnt do anything to save the drive but he was super nice and didnt charge me a dime for his time and efforts. I will definitely come back if and when I have other computer issues.
