Ive worked at Aldridge for several years and love it! The work is generally fast-paced and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. The value they place on their employees is reflected by the benefits offered: company-paid medical insurance, generous PTO policy, free snacks, casual attire, myriad social activities for all personality types. Leadership makes sure the companys finances are transparent, our salaries are above standard, and really lives the core values. Ive always felt heard, valued, challenged, and respected here.
I have worked with Aldridge in several capacities throughout the years, most recently as a referral partner. I know firsthand the value they bring to clients and referral partners alike. They lead the pack when it comes to outsourced IT firms and they are easy to work with and for. Whether you need them to be your complete IT department or you have clients that could benefit from their services, they are the best there is in Houston.
Such an awesome place to work! They truly value their employees. I can’t say enough good things!
They are quasi-criminal. Make it impossible to transfer web-site from their server and will hold on to it to ensure their revenue. They are nothing but a bunch of criminals. I am warning people about them and hope that Ken Paxton will do his job as Attorney General to protect the consumer.
We have worked with Aldridge for a number of years and they deliver what they promise! Bruce Fyfe is their CIO for their Seattle office and he is always very responsive, provides a high level of support and goes above and beyond to support his customers. Chad Hiatt, their CIO in Houston, has a very strong understanding of complex networks, Internet cloud services, business information automation, and corporate IT processes. Let them be your outsourced IT department as we have and be assured, they will let you sleep well at night!!
I am very disappointed in Aldridges service and billing. Used them to service my old computer/server. They came out multiple times and $4,000 later, I am told my problem was a bad drive in my server, which they repaired satisfactorily. I am upset at all the times a tech was dispatched only to put a bandaid on the problem. I had the SAME problem existing from May until July when it was finally solved. And as to their billing, I never receive a timely invoice. I receive an aging report showing X amount of days old. And, the aging report only showed the outstanding balance - there was no mention of the nearly $600 credit I uncovered myself. So, in closing, I will never use these people again and I certainly will warn everyone I know. These are the supposed experts, so why did it take so long and so much money to uncover my problem?
I have always received prompt courteous service. They go out of their way to help resolve problems.
The reviewer talking about websites has his information incorrect, Aldridge does not host websites, that is another company altogether, Servergrid. Aldridge simply provides the physical hosting of the servers for Servergrid.
Unfortunately this company has gone down hill.
Great place to work!
Meh.
