Adnan is THE BEST. He spent 3 hours on my computer, then left a total scan running all night, and offered to come back. Way above what was expected - terrific service, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, just the best one could possibly ask for.

After a fantastic experience of having a major upgrade to our home network system, a recent power interruption effected our Security Gateway and Cloud Key. This happened right before the schools closed for COVID concerns and everything would now be online.Tomotechi technical support desk quickly ascertained our account information and put us in contact with the technician who originally worked on our system. Brandon then returned to the house, patiently listened to our issues and methodically reviewed the equipment and software set up. He was quiet in his work and respectful when speaking to us. He did not use a lot of technical jargon. He also was able to reach back into the Tomotechi staff to collaborate on the complex issues we were facing.Most importantly, when speaking to my wife, he was able to explain issues, concerns and possible resolutions in words she understood and could make decisions based on the facts.Brandon and the rest of Tomotechi team are to be commended for their efforts. I keep a running list of Apple computer/device issues (small to large), and then--every six months or so--have Tomotechi (specifically Karen Paradis) come to my house and go through each issue. Everything is always fixed perfectly, and--when we cant seem to resolve something (usually a third party application issue)--I always get a follow up email from Karen with the answer. I was having an issue with my external drive and hadnt been the most diligent about keeping up with off-site storage as well as keeping multiple drives :/ I have a huge desktop and didnt want to haul it all the way to the Apple store and deal with that hassle.I did some research and stumbled upon Tomotechi. The productivity of a network consultant varies enormously. The difference between knowing what to do and not knowing can mean a few minutes of effort or a days work--or a clunky and unreliable system. The fellow that helped us knew exactly how to implement a pretty sophisticated system. And he was a pleasure to work with.

I have a bourgeoning architecture practice that has my focus split in every direction imaginable. Delegating tasks to a reliable collaborator is very important in these early years, which is why I’m writing this endorsement. In 2011, I bought a domain name and spent a considerable amount of time trying to set-up a very simple website to showcase the firm’s work. After weeks of effort, I was able to get the simple website to kind of work. It was frustrating work and the result was embarrassing. That’s when I knew that investing in professional help was unavoidable. I reached out to my college friend, Samantha, at Tomotechi for some advise and she convinced me that they could solve the problems I was encountering. And they did!TOMOTECHI FIXED EVERYTHING! My website, email, contacts, calendars… Samantha was even capable of producing a custom website that was tailored to my exact specifications. They are also very friendly and responsive to my problems. I hear that tech services are notoriously bad at customer service (I have never used another tech service, so I don’t know for sure), but the guys at Tomotechi usually reply to me the same day.And to really drive it home for Samantha… The custom website she built for me was based on a Wordpress theme. Computer people seem to understand Wordpress, but I couldn’t. This is a problem because updating my website with almost anything meant emailing Samantha for help. She never seemed to be bothered, but one day suggested I transition to a more user friendly web CMS (ExpressionEngine). This was a more expensive option, but she assured me it would make everything easier and I would be able to use it without much assistance. I said sure and she worked hard to custom fit my site. When it was finished, it worked beautifully! Without Samantha, her knowledge, expertise, and patience, I have know idea where my website would be. For all of this, I plan on working with Tomotechi for as long as they’ll have my business and highly recommend this company.
