There when I need him, knowledgeable and professional, I refer him to all my clients when were in the middle of a mess and no one else even answers the phone. He can do more remotely than most IT guys can do on site. His rates are reasonable and hes always keeping me informed about new technology that might help me run my business better.

Horrible experience with them on our Maximo integration project. Lack of knowledge, lack of planning, lack of communication and project management. I would not recommend this vendor at all.
