Zack at ECS quickly resolved issues as we came up with them live via a phone call. If there was anything he was unsure of he quickly had the answers from his coworkers (sounded nearby). Excellent remote IT support!! (Texas -> Maine)

Great people and very responsive service. If you’re a small/medium sized company not ready to hire a full time IT employee(s), ECS is a great alternative. We’ve used them for server space, computer software/hardware support, fraud control, and even ERP/MRP implementation.

The company I work for used ECS for all of our IT solutions for 2+ years. They helped us transition from individual Microsoft Office licenses to a move secure business Office365 setup. During that process all the technicians were very helpful and ensured that our offline time during the transitions was minimal. ECS support was always available to handle any issues that came up and typically had everything resolved the same day. From the technicians to the CEO, ECS always took our calls to discuss any concerns or upcoming IT projects. I currently work at an urgent care and wasnt able to log into any of the computers. I called the number left a voice message stating the issue, and someone was able to call me back within 30min fixing the issue. I highly recommend this this company.

We outsourced our IT to ECS and we experienced a great service. Before we always had issues but since we switched to ECS there was no outage or downtime. All our workstation are working great and the support team is always there for us. The price structure is clear and understandable even if you have no knowledge about IT. My company has been using ECS for over a year now. They have been the best lifesavers that ever exist versus any other company we have used in the past. We have had major projects completed by ECS from switching servers ( very scary) to currently switching over to Office365 and the entire process has been very smooth and each technician is very knowledgeable when asked questions and allows you to feel confident during the process as well. ECS is a company that will allow your business to feel as if its their only customer.

ECS is the IT vendor for my place of work and they have been incredibly helpful during COVID quarantine when many of us had to start working from home. They are able to troubleshoot remotely and have made the transition process quite seamless, in my opinion. They can usually solve issues very quickly and do the necessary work to understand any additional underlying problems. 100% would totally recommend!

We contracted ECS for all of our IT management. From the very first meeting to the very last day (company went out of business) ECS went above and beyond. We were not always the easiest customer. But no matter how stressful a situation the ECS team was always professional and very nice. Anytime we needed help they were there to fix the issue. Every tech we dealt with was very polite, responsive, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of IT knowledge and my hundreds of question. In addition they kept us updated on new technology, reviewed our existing technology and offered recommendations on improvements. I highly recommend ECS!

ECS provides IT services including cloud assistance, network monitoring, work station maintenance, software updates, and even hooking up printers when we get new ones.. anything and everything IT related for a flat monthly fee. ECS responds to service requests as per our agreement, or immediately if we call with an emergency. I highly recommend ECS if you are looking for an IT management services company!
