Mike Bartlett is always friendly, Knowledgeable, and very Helpful to me. I have reached out to him many times for help on our Mitels HX Controller. He explains and shows me how to do things for my customers. I am very appreciative his commitment to helping our organization.

I was in a critical situation where I needed to find a solution for my Mitel system and started calling the list of dealers published on Mitels website. The ICS salesman I spoke with got me connected with one of their engineers (James) and 2 days later we had a complicated solution in place and working. I am totally impressed with this company.

Chris always takes the time to help in a very professional, patient and prompt manner. He is very good at troubleshooting and getting us where we need to be.

We just started using these guys for our IT support. I cant say that things went as smooth as they should have; when they reconfigured our server we were down for nearly an hour and they said it would probably be up to an hour. Having said that, weve been up and running for a month now and not a single problem. Ive also been very impressed with the way they handle our support calls. Our previous support guys always made it feel like it was a hassle to take our calls and sometimes they wouldnt get back to us for hours at a time, but every time weve called ICS theyve been quick to answer the phone, quick to solve the problem and generally nice people to work with.

My company had a big IT project that we needed to get done right away and none of the IT providers we looked at could get it done in the time frame we needed, except for ICS. They came through for us when no one else could and the work they did was really amazing. Now they are managing our network full-time and we couldnt be happier. Glad to post this review, and would recommend.

While i was in Houston last year on a business trip, I had to request the services of ICS due to a Laptop failure.Steve solved my issue and at a very good rate.I am ever in Houston again and i need support i would for sure contact ICS again.

Pablo works hard to keep me updated on the work being done and issues they are having.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the work that ICS did for us. We used them when we decided to switch from our old phone system, we called it the Monster because of how huge the actual phones were. We switched to voip, which at first seemed like a bit of pain because we had to hook it up to our network and add additional cabling and a few other things, but actually it ended up really saving us a lot time, because its now a lot easier to program in new employees and set up new phones for them, or delete old employees extensions and add new voicemail. Everyone in the office is happy with the phones and thats probably the best part of all of this...no more complaining. I have ICS to thank for that.
