RE: David Whitaker. I am employed at Moody Neuro-rehabilitation Institute in Galveston. We recently had all of our printers and faxes upgraded by 3i International. With the changes, we have had a few kinks and growing pains. Let me tell they have a serviceman named David Whitaker who is absolutely AMAZING! David knows copiers and fax machines like the back of his hand. He can hear a sound or see a light and KNOW what the trouble. David provides quick yet methodical work, excellent customer service and a wonderful knowledge of Xerox machines. I am thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend David for any/all of your 3i service needs.
I have had a great experience with 3-i international, their machines are great in 3 years I have called them twice and they were fast to respond and one of the times was to guide me though a difficult job that need special attention.Mr. Guerra Account Manager is great he checks on us to make sure we are happy with service. Very rude soliciting calls! Lady didnt let me get a word in to tell her were under contract with another company so I just hung up. All for her to call back and yell into the phone Did you just hang up on me. Saying it was rude. Like talking over me and calling back a place of business like that isnt. I suggest them get some more professional phone reps who can handle getting their soliciting calls denied.

Scam artists stay away. They are not authorize resellers.Update:Dont lie Ive spoken directly to xerox. You are not an authorized reseller. You buy the printers in large quantities, some even end of life and well outdated, then try to sell your version of managed services trying to come off as a xerox partner. You are not. You are more like a sleazy used car dealer, buy here/pay here. The devices may or may not be pre owned.This applies to the rest of your inventory. Ive called cisco, they do not recognize you, neither does HP.I acknowledge there is a market for your type and you are not the only ones. But you love to rip people off who do not know better.

Kyocera printers are confusing as they are overly complicated. Service on the call for help sophomoric and unhelpful. Seemed they were more concerned with getting me off the phone than helping. They do not listen. Ill fill out a ticket and you can wait for someone else to call you, is not service. It is avoidance.
Prompt, meaningful responses are the norm with 3i. They find solutions that properly address our business needs.
