Ray’s is wonderful. I got to meet Ray Senior and now work with Ray Junior and the experience was wonderful. If you want the local feel, for a fair price, come in... they will get you what you need.

Had some shirts and shorts altered at Rays. Prompt, professional service, with competitive pricing. Will continue to use Rays over the other guys for all my alterations. Would recommend to others, as well.

Dont waste your time. Stopped by, store front had open sign up. Ray Jr was rude and had an attitude. Said they were closed till later but couldnt do a hem cause he was busy. Why have your open sign up? Very unprofessional.

I brought in a formal dress the weekend before Christmas that I had to purchase last minute for my daughters wedding and when I called to see if Ray was available to do the alterations his answer was “nothing is impossible maam!” (I had called a few places and they refused to even see me due to my short time frame) He not only made me feel welcomed and was so kind during my visit-he had the dress ready the very next day!! (A floor length sequin dress at that!!) I cannot recommend enough this business-my dress fit beautifully and I am so excited to wear it for the wedding. Thank you Ray!! You’re a wonderful man and awesome tailor!! It means so much to me that you went above and beyond to make sure I looked beautiful for my daughters wedding day.

I went to Rays inquiring if they could sew some patches onto a Yeti tote bag. A special project for sure, I would have understood if they could not have done it. Ray (I think) said he would give it a try. After a month and 4 calls all from me to the shop, he finally said they could not make it work. While the lack of communication was annoying, the project was unique so I get it.The 1 star is because they LOST one of my patches. They of course were extremely apologetic and said they would definitely find it. That was two weeks ago with no update from them. My property is lost...no getting that patch back.What makes it worse...it was a military patch that was worn during a 15 month deployment to Afghanistan. Cannot be replaced.Unacceptable. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Completely terrible. I dropped 3 items off to be hemmed (paid $20 x 3 items) and yhis guy completely botched the job. I picked the items up and there were holes where he used a seam ripper that tore through the fabric. Literally go anywhere else!

I took two work pants here to get taken in at the waist and they turned out great! The prices are so much better than every other alteration place Ive gone to (I paid $36 for two pants).The only downturn is that they dont accept card so I had to leave to get cash and come back so make sure you bring cash when you are picking up your clothes!

Talked with Ray had a bunch of long jeans to be made into shorts...told him I was disabled and my leg had issues and could not buy regular shorts off the shelf....gave me a great price and all the jean shorts look great..thanks Bruce .....Back again this September took some more pants in to be made into shorts...got a great price, fast service, and a great job...thanks again

Took a pair of slacks here for a simple hem job. Was trying to find a length that would work for both heels and flats. Waited nearly 30 minutes while Ray waited on 1 customer, then Ray refused to make the pants longer than his initial measurement, saying they would be too long, when they fell nearly an inch from the ground in flats. I said that Id rather have them too long than too short, and he told me that he couldnt work with me and walked away, leaving me standing there, in front of other customers. The next place I took the pants to got it right immediately.

Really pricey for mediocre work. Hes did such terrible work on my clothes I took it back and asked him to fix it( which he tried to charge me for again) Im all for supporting local business but this place is a pit. AVOID
