I should have known the professionalism I was dealing with from the looks of the ratings but because she was cheaper than the others I went with her anyway. Bad decision on my part. I was there to pick up my items at the time she gave me however they werent ready and she wanted me to come back tomorrow but that wasnt possible. When it was all said and done she was ready to call the police because I refuse to pay for shabby and incomplete work. She was supposed to hem and press a pair of pants and take-in the waist on the other. She did not have time to press either pants but still wanted to charge me full price which was the price she initially quoted.

Inexpensive dry cleaner but you know the ole saying, You get what you pay for.

Wish I could give 0 or negative stars. They ruined 3 pairs of dress pants by washing them, denied they did it which is impossible because I had not taken dry clean clothes anywhere else, then refused to provide any compensation. Do not take your clothes here, they will ruin them. Pay a few extra bucks and take them anywhere else.

I had stained my blazer badly and was pessimistic about it being able to get clean. They managed to clean everything ironed my jacket too for 10$. Will return here.

The lady speaks poor english but her body language states she wants to help very friendly and helpfull she even sew bottoms in my shirt
