Our service Techs came out today (Kevin & Kevin) came out today & I can honestly say Im happy with the service! I do not do google reviews or really any reviews for that matter. But i felt this one was well deserved. My wife and I were already in a bad mood and feeling down since our AC as having issues and causing leaks through our ceilings. But these guys came out and their positive attitude and professionalism really made light of our situation. I want to say that Kevin Wilkes, Crew Chief with SERVPRO Was amazing in response to our flooding from an overflow of water coming from our A/C thru a sink upstairs thru to our dining rm downstairs. He provided prompt, professional assessments and quickly moved to remove wet debris, Sheetrock, wood and carpet all while thourougly explaining it step by step to me. He was reassuring at a time when I needed that most. He and Augustine quickly set up the proper equipment and did thorough anti- microbial service to prevent further damage. In review, he let me know what to expect going forward and followed up for 3 days!!
