I set our appointment up entirely on-line and wasnt even home when the couch and rugs were cleaned. The technician of Carpet Cleaning Houston and representative were extremely responsive and kind and I was able to conduct the whole thing over text and cell while traveling. They walked me through each part of the carpet cleaning by verifying where and what to clean and then sending me follow up photos. When I finally arrived home everything was cleaned exceptionally well using steam cleaning . They took great care to be excellent and as a very neat person I cant say enough about how much I appreciated it. With two dogs I will absolutely being using Carpet Cleaning Houston again for any home carpet cleaning. Thank you Carpet Cleaning Houston!!

I called twice today to get a quote on cleaning two little bedrooms carpets. The man who answered the phone, before I even asked the question, he said “No quote” and hung up on me very quick and was speaking with a very ride tone. As I thought there was miscommunication as I had a bit of a hard time to hear him, I called right back again. Again, on the second phone calle, I tried to speak nicely letting him know I could barely hear him, he handled the call very rudely. I asked if I could get carpet cleaning for two little bedrooms, and he gave me a 200$ price. Surprised as one can be, I asked whether he asked for 100$ or 200$ For two tiny bedrooms, he said 200$ and hung up the phone. I have no idea how this business shows five stars on google and is ranked as the top one on my area, but I sure would even close his business never mind having him clean my house’s carpets. In the end of the day, no one is forcing you to clean a carpet, nor have that business if you don’t want to do it. No decency at all.

First I absolutely love the online booking system. Im not really a people person so miss me with the long sales pitches. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way and arrived 20 min early. The high traffic areas came out beautiful. Im a customer for life.

I was told that I was going to get 10% off for the van running late to my home. Well the carpet cleaning look so dang amazing that I decided to pay an extra $40 as a tip to both of the technicians. You can totally tell why they were late because they take their time on every job and their work showed me that.

The technicians were very professional, and polite, and explained the treatment they were performing on my air ducts. I truly appreciate that I received a courtesy call to give me an approximate time of their arrival (this is especially helpful on Saturdays, being a popular errand day).
