I was called by a solicitor while registered on the do not call registry by this company or someone that associates with them. However, I was interested in the air duct cleaning special that was pitched. $159 to clean air ducts and dryer vent. The technicians were about an hour late outside the scheduled window. When they arrived they were quick to inspect the AC and furnance. Upon inspection they found some mold that had started to show, after an explanation I opted for the mold treatment. Nearing the finish of the job I was informed that the offer I accepted on the phone was to either clean the dryer vents or inspect the unit. Since I agreed to the dryer vents over the phone I wonder why I wasn’t informed of this until after the services were completed. Feels like the bait and switch to me. The technician asked if I wanted our single room of carpet cleaned while they were here to which I agreed. The services were completed. The crew emptied the dirty water in my driveway which I don’t agree with. They did the job but the sales and disposal tactics are questionable. There’s other companies that would be more upfront and professional in all areas of the sale, delivery of service, meeting expectations, etc.

This is the best quality carpet cleaning available. ABC Carpet Cleaning Houston shows up on time and does a wonderful job that I am proud of. My pet stains are gone and my carpet smells brand new. I have used two other small companies and ABC Carpet Cleaning Houston is by far the best!

This company will take your $$$ and run! We hired them to clean our lobby and stairs at the office. They did a half ass job and admitted to it after they put their tools away. I had originally asked for an estimate to clean the upstairs at our office, so Gili said he would redo and clean the missed spots when he comes back. I was not at the office when he cleaned, otherwise I would have had him clean the spots he failed to clean the first time. Im not sure what he used to clean our carpets, but they now smell poorly and they did not smell like this prior to him cleaning. I called his office two times requesting Gili come back out. The first time I called he said he would be out on Wednesday at 3pm per my request. He never showed up. I called back and let the lady who answered the phones know he never showed up and she said she would call him and have Gili call me. I have yet to hear anything back! Come to find out... My husband paid him with cash rather than a check or credit card, so we have no repercussion and Gili knows it.
