Called to get my rug cleaned and they told me they can clean my pet stained rugs in my house. Well thats not going to do anything. They do not have a plant or a location to wash rugs (fake pictures on google). They might be good for wall to wall carpet but thats it. Do not let them wash your valuable rugs in your room..I was foolish enough to do that once and they smelled like wet dogs for ever.

They did a good job cleaning my basement carpet. I had a cat pee in a few spots so they cleaned, sanitized and deodorized and I cant smell any residual cat urine. Seemed like courteous, hard workers. Price was reasonable, Id use them again.

They were very reliable, efficient and pleasant and did a good job of cleaning. I highly recommend them. I called on a Monday and was scheduled for Th between 9-10 am arrival to steam clean and deodorize the one flight of common stairs for a condo building. It smelled like stinky wet dog and had piles of dog hair.

Used Them to clean my sofa. They did a great job! Sofa like new, and they were reliable and didnt try to sell me anything extra (something I experienced with other companies in the past).

They were very friendly and assured us that our rugs would come out looking brand new. We were very happy with the results and amazed by the speedy cleaning. My mother had a few rugs that she wanted to clean but she was afraid to try and wash them because they were from my grandmother. I called a couple places to see if it could be done and Houston Rug Cleaning was the friendliest and gave us a great deal so we decided to go with them.

Im so happy i found Soho carpet cleaning i got my new carpets for my house and had a big party so they got dirty quick, but i was go happy these cleaners came to my house and did an awesome job. They cleaned the carpets like professionals and my carpets even smelled much better. The came out ready to work and everything was as expected.

I gave Rug Westchester my beautiful silk oriental area rug with color bleeding issue due to my cat urine… it came back so vivid I couldn’t tell where the stain was... very happy with the results!

The bedroom in our new apartment has a large area rug. We also have a dog that sometimes urinate leaving a terrible stench. Not only there, it lingers in other rooms as well. When Houston Rug Cleaning used the cleaning solution, it left a pleasant fragrance. When he urinates, the smell is not as strong. I know I will have to contact them again. Theyre fast. Reasonably-priced.
