Car hasn’t been driven in a year. Got it detailed to surprise Retired Veteran Husband now that it’s been fixed to finally put it back on the road. He’s extremely happy with it considering how it looked before. If you need any special details done, they have no problem meeting your needs. Took 2hrs since I went last minute 1.5 hrs before closing. Yes they were packed but that shows how much in demand they really are for the work that they do. Great family business. Will be back again! Been here more than 5x’s with different older model cars. They always make it look brand new again. ❤️THANK YOU!

Been coming here for 8 years now. Very personable. State inspection employee saved me a lot of time with info about my missing a lug nut on one of the wheels. Corrected it and passed with flying colors. Kudos to the whole team.

Used to be a great place but service has gone down terribly over the years. First time I was informed the didnt have my filter but the shipment would arrive the following week. Went the following week and called ahead and confirmed the filter was available but when I arrived they stated the shipment never arrived. Went multiple times to have my car inspected but was informed every time the inspection guy left 20 minutes ago. Very frustrating overall, especially because I used to come here all the time.

Great family owned business in the Houston area. Needed a Royal Purple oil change, and received the service PLUS $15 Rebate for next time... The cherry on top was my Free upgraded wash for buying a synthetic oil change service.

Took my truck in for a wash & interior detail & emphasized that there was dog hair involved. I was told that their very experienced staff would clean every nook and cranny. After sending it back, twice, Im still cleaning hair off the seats. As for the wash, tailgate exterior and lower truck side edges werent even wiped down. $122 later Im home cleaning my truck.

Ive been going this car wash for 25 years... Very disappointed with the service the last few times. Appears they have changed some help. When I pointed out the dirt all around the wheel wells on my truck they told me the only way that that could be cleaned is if they did hand wash! It was no more than normal road dirt! I also had an inside detail done Im at home now cleaning the door jambs....although they did offer to take my truck back through to do a rewash, they had already had my vehicle for 4 hours as I had dropped it off.I did not have time to spend any more there today...

A few weeks ago I brought my car in for an oil change, and the Tech told me that my oil pan plug was cross-threaded. Apparently the “Take 5” guys who changed my oil last time stripped it out, and now it leaks oil. John the service technician over here did a great job of brining this to my attention, and then was able to correct the issue without additional cost. John asked me to bring my car back in a few weeks to follow up and ensure the new oil plug and makeshift gasket were holding. And thankfully it does. Everything is good to go now. Thanks to John for going above and beyond to fix my problem. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else from now on to have my car serviced. And I get a free car wash after each oil change too! How great is that?!?!?!!

Paid $209.00 for complete Detail service on my 2017 CRV. First day 4hrs returned with dirty windows, dirty tire wells, trash between seats and visiors dirty, and my center console. Manager said to bring back next day she would personally do it. HAD MY CAR 10HRS 2nd attempt. NO THIS CAR STILL STREAKS ON WINDOWS NO CAR MATTS RETURNED, garbage still Between seats! 14hrs having my car 2017 Not a OLD CAR hoping for a miracle... This is UNEXCEPTABLE.All my money should be refunded!!!!!Dont go there!!!

Went to this location today, it was a horrifying nightmare Customer Service was nasty the computer system don’t work right I asked them not to wash my car my car was still in the vacuum area they put it in the car wash anyway then stop the car wash back my car out now I have scratches all down the right side of my car. If you pay a lot of money for your vehicle and you value your merchandise don’t take it to this location they don’t value you as a customer and they don’t value your vehicle it’s being worthy

Decent job on the outside but missed a lot on the inside wipedown. Also left wet dirt on all doorsills and mediocre cleaning of rims.

Went for an inspection. New owners, seem to be trying to get everything in order. Much slower than before. Incorrectly listed the engine as a diesel, then argued with me when I said it was wrong, after 9 yrs I should know. A simple sorry, which I did not get, would have been nice.

First timer here..... I needed an oil change and full detail.Last timer here........ the oil change was great but I am beyond disappointed in my detailing service. First off my wheels weren’t clean at all the seats still have crumbs/lint. The inside of the windshield wasn’t touched(cleaned) the carpet were soaked and my car now smells like dirty socks...... this was an awful experience. And oh want a friendly face? Like maybe a host/cashier that is semi interested in giving you a smile. Whelp you better keep moving because this chick didn’t want to stand out of her seat.

Been a customer here almost 20 years. Always get the synthetic oil change and filter for TWO vehicles. Always got an upgrade on the free care wash to the next level. Paid $125 for the oil change last week so I felt they appreciated my business. But now the rules have changed! The free wash now has a 30 day expiration! What the hell! 6 months I could understand, but 30 days??? Also, wash upgrades only if I ask.Furthermore, the oil change team used to be somewhat professional in appearance but this last time, no two employees even looked alike. One team member was even wearing shorts! The free drink has also disappeared. The fans that blew cool air on you during the oil change were both out of commission, as well.They’ve quit doing machine wax jobs and use a spray on wax that wipes off my hand. It’s not the same thing!Sorry but I need to check out other local options that I see people talking about on Nextdoor.

Visited this Car Wash with my RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I wanted to share some pros and cons:Pros:1. Professionalism was great2. Customer Service was good. It was really busy, but tended to customers with care.3. Timing was great considering what I paid for (hand wash, wax, Interior clean and detail).Cons:1. Quality of work needs to be better - As stated above, I paid for these services and I shouldnt have to point out several spots on the vehicle that were obviously not clean.2. Timing - considering the job, I feel like it was too fast especially for a detailing job. This may have helped with the spots that were missed.3. Vacuuming - Inside the vehicle, there were spots that were missed that needed to be vacuumed.4. Interior protectant - Really spotty and not properly applied in different areas.5. Bed of truck - Was not dried and left all dry spots in bed of truck6. Wax - It was wax left in different spots with left water drips from mirrors.Overall, my truck was clean, but for the price paid and services rendered, i could have gone to a different location, paid less and received better quality. If you are looking for a wash and go, this may be a decent spot. If you are looking for a detail, please consider this list and look at different options.Just giving you some things to consider in your search!

This place is awesome. Friendly staff that definitely know their regulars, the car wash crew do a phenomenal job despite any weather conditions, the gift shop is amazing, and the ATM doesnt charge a drop of human blood to take money out for the tip. Not to mention, the facilities are ALWAYS clean!!! It is one stop shop for car maintenance. I love it here. Havent found another shop like it.

We use this location to get our vehicles detailed. We gave them FIVE stars becuase: 1.They do a fantastic job on your car. 2. When I had my Porsche hand washed and detailed, a button was damaged. The management team took 100% responsibility and paid us immediately once West Houston Porsche quoted us a price. I would highly recommend their establishment.

Wow I seriously cannot believe how bad of an experience I had today at the line center. I have been bringing my vehicles here for oil changes for over 7 years! When I arrived the young lady attending me right away said that the prices had gone up since my last visit. I got worried Because that was what they told me the last time I was there (3 months ago). Ok so Now I am already a little concerned. Then they drain my oil and add the 8 quarts of the Mobil 1 synthetic oil and then the girl tells me that it’s going to need more! Another quart! What??!! Never had anyone said that to me previously. I asked why and she said the other staff had been doing it wrong and that’s why I was never told. This place is getting more and more overpriced! So then apparently the new owner (according to the young lady) tall young Asian guy says “fine just make a note” with no care at all. I was like really! They are seriously lacking in customer service and they are pushing this place to the ground with no doubt. I really miss when the old owner Kristen and managers Lonnie, Craig, and Tran were there. I will not be returning ever again. Taking my business right down the road.

I took my truck for a wash. I wanted something quick since I had to go to work. I was told my tires was to big to go thru the automatic car wash but I went to a smaller car was and went thru the automatic car wash just fine. My tires are not big but I felt like I was told that to get more money out of me. And on top of that places on my truck was still dirty even tho I got a hand wash. Place is over priced. Need to pay more attention to detail. Won’t see me back there.

Sophia was very rude and unprofessional. She did nothing, but joke around and cuss at other employess. She is obviously not qualified to work at a good place such as Mr. Detail. She does not uphold the valuesof Mr. Detail. I have visited Mr. Detail many times over the past ten years and never had an issue until today. I thought Mr. Detail hired better people....

Great if you only go for the oil change inspection and free car wash the lube center is always quick and efficient.I decided to get the car detailed and its not worth it at all. They left the car smelling of wet car, the product used to shine and condition the black dashboard was splattered on the gray trimming and steering wheel and is now impossible to get off. The car seat shampoo is good but not I have gone to other detail shops that do much better and I can still see some of the old stains.

A great perk (complimentary car wash) when getting your oil changed here. They hook you up pretty good, even with only the basic wash.

Love the people love the business. Had my oil change completed there are they got me in and out with no issue. However they did not change the oil light on the dash after it was completed. Over all they were great. Awesome job yall.

I went in there and told one of the guys that I had just taken my dogs to the vet so I needed my car fully detailed, I was charged $134 only to pick up a car with hair on the roof, dirty spots on the interior trim and dirty bumper. I talked to a manager they pulled the vehicle in again and this time it was supposed to be clean... they cleaned the hair that I pointed out but I had to take out my cleaning wipes and clean everything else that they didnt notice. Very low attention to detail which is not very good for a detail company then the girl that saw me cleaning it said that they just needed to change management... not something a customer who just paid for their service wants to hear. Will never go back there again.

I never had a problem with Mr. Detail, the workers there that do the oil change/inspection are always willing to help me. They take their time to help me as well even when my car can be problematic. Everyone there is so nice and understanding. I really cannot praise and thank them enough.

Don’t purchase any services ahead of time to redeem later! This is something they try to up sell when you say you don’t have time to do it now. Their system for redeeming these prepaid services is very poorly managed. My husband purchased a wax detail and when he went back to redeem (with his set of the paperwork showing it was paid for), they would not honor it because they couldn’t FIND their record of it!!! We have been using this business for oil changes, inspections, and car detailing for 20+ years for the entire family’s vehicles. We were very pleased with their service until the recent change of ownership. This situation was the last straw. We’ll be taking out business elsewhere!

Nice and Friendly and quick service and very affordable

Ive been coming here for 15 years - no joke. They have their good days, and their bad. Lately, however, the bad days seem to outnumber the good. While everyone here is polite and friendly, the quality of service has really been going downhill.Take for example I went there Friday and paid $45.00 for the wash and wax. They left a bunch wax on our SUV. Ive attached a few example photos.Still, theyre less expensive than competitors, and if youre feeling lazy, its worth it.

I recommend Mr. Detail for car washes, oil changes and state inspections. I found out yesterday they inspect motorcycles, too. Jana is a wonderful manager and Kristen runs a tight ship at Mr. Detail. They also offer hand washing and waxing for your special baby (car or truck).

Im so disappointed with the car wash/interior detailing I received today. I spent $85 for an exterior wash and seat/door panel detailing. When I got home I had to go back over most of it myself (at 8 months pregnant). Some areas were not even touched and I was able to clean spots with one swipe. The door jambs were not wiped and neither were the areas around the window/lock buttons. The exterior glass was streaked with an oily substance and the seat headrests were left with a similar residue smeared across. The display screen and buttons had spray marks all over. It was a poor, rushed job overall. And I tipped on top of that, which was a big mistake.

Friendly staff and left my car super clean. I waited a little over an hour but I can see why. They really paid attention to every detail in my car. Definitely recommend!

Fine for lube or quick car wash. Dont waste your money on the detail wash and wax. 154 dollars... Grime on all the wheels, lots of spots not cleaned...door jams etc. Pay for a real deal, not a half way job. I spent 30 minutes finishing up thedetail.

Great service to my vehicle just that cashier is changed every single time I go and the professionalism seems to get worse last time I went one employee was screaming and laughing with another in front of all the guests and talking about a previous customer that they had in a very disrespectful way. I had my truck washed, waxed and the leather conditioned. They did a fantastic job! My truck looked beautiful! Im new to the area, so this was my first visit. I definitely plan to return in the near future.

Asked for the WiFi password while I was waiting on my vehicle to get done and one of the ladies said that they don’t have it anymore, something about moving to a hard line. Come on now I spent almost 50 on my car to get cleaned and I can’t even enjoy WiFi for a quick 15 mins? Smh and very disappointed!

This place is awful! They do not clean your car. I just got home and I had to wipe down the inside and vacuum it myself. I have one more free wash and I will not be using it. There is no point in wasting my time. Do not take your car here. This is not rocket science and they don’t even live up to 3 year old standards of car washing.

This place is a ripoff. Do not go there at all costs. First, the man tried to lie and say I had mold on my car from being in the storm, so I needed my car waxed. I wasnt in the storm, I left Houston before it hit. Secondly, they broke the key to my car with no apology and the jerk of a manager had the audacity to say I could call back on Monday but they would probably not do anything about it and that things like this happen and acted as if it was my fault and became very belligerent with me. I will never go here again.

Terrible customer service at oil change/inspection. Twice I have been there an twice the service was horrible. Directed by hand signals to move to a line. Never approached to ask what service was needed. Waited 20 minutes. Signaled up to lift then told to go park up front and go inside to sign in for inspection. Really? You couldnt ask the customer what they wanted when they arrived? Piss poor. Jiffy Lube comes right to your window and asks how they can help you. Never going back...

Good car wash with wash and vacuume while you wait inside. More attention to detail could be used when vacuuming out the interior and doing the final interior wipe down.

I have been going to this car wash for 26 years and have never had a problem. Sometimes things werent as clean as Id like, but Im not terribly picky and I knew the workers were working hard in the heat. Today, however, when I returned to my car, one of my AC switches looked as if it had been melted. I know this is due to something caustic being sprayed on it. I returned and spoke to the manager. Indifference is the best I can say about his reaction. He actually said that my type of car suffers from these problems and claimed that the interior people never sprayed anything on the radio or even WIPED IT DOWN. This is untrue, because in the numerous years Ive been going there Ive watched them wipe down the AC area many times. Additionally, I KNOW what kind of condition my car was in when I brought it there because I drive it every day. I didnt want them to fix it, I just wanted a refund, but we didnt even discuss that because he wouldnt take any responsibility for the problem to begin with. He said I could come back and speak with the general manager about it, but the way he casually said it, and after reading the reviews here, Im not hopeful anything will come of it. Im angry that my loyal patronage was rewarded with denials and avoidance of even a modicum of customer service. I will NEVER return here again.

Went to have this car wash, but I ended up leaving when I was told the wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down would be close to $50! I was then told my headlights were foggy, and that faint scratches on my hood needed to be buffed out because this affected the value of my car. My car is not brand new and has some mild cosmetic issues, but I did not ask for any “advise” which sounded more like insults.Went to another nearby place, and got all I wanted done for under $20.00.No thanks, Matt!Will never go back.

Been coming here for decades but was quite disappointed this time. I was not given the proper free washes I should have received after purchasing an oil change and state inspection (should have been one basic wash and one deluxe wash). I received one deluxe wash only and the interior cleaning was less than descent with the cup holders uncleaned and several pieces of trash under and in between the seats. In addition, many of the interior surfaces were not wiped down and were still layered with dust. The wheels were cleaned in a hurry and several spots missed and the tire shine was applied quickly and unevenly at best. Seems a lot of the staff left 30 minutes prior to close leaving only one person to finish the job.

Unfortunately this location has really declined in both service and satisfaction. This last trip was unfortunately my last! I’m not a picky person but when the personnel washing your vehicle stain it that’s not service. I had my 2017 Camry washed and waxed and found it returned with a huge stain on the backseat. My guess was a dirty elbow from vacuuming the backseat. I had to complain to management to get it cleaned off as I never had my interior soiled. It took them 2 times to remove the stain and added another 30 mins to my wait time. I remember this once was the go to location, however that’s no longer the case. And yes the sales guys will always try to upgrade your service which gets annoying after a while! Also the 3-day wash guarantee that’s promised is very subjective. You have to prove to them had service with a receipt’

First time here and the oil change experience was excellent. Fast and affordable. As for the free car wash that you get with an oil change, really wasnt expecting much for a free wash but the attendant couldve been more polite. Seems like the type that doesnt like the word NO. I understand the whole upselling but if I just want my free wash theres a reason. The simple free wash took longer than the oil change. But overall it was a good experience and Ill be coming back.

They do amazing work on your car. They clean your car so well, the cashier inside is so nice and helpful, and the give you your money’s worth. I would of given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude guy who stands at the gas station pumps to check in your car. He was so rude and even insulted my car just because I asked for a hand wash. This car wash would be perfect if he wasn’t there. I didn’t catch his name but he’s the rude inconsiderate guy always sitting by the gas pumps when you first pull in. Once you get past him and his attitude everything is spot on.

Love this place. I change my oil here. And they have drive thru oil change. They even offer a cold complementary drink. Is very convenient for me as I have kids and have them get down and wait can be a little crazy. I changed my oil while my toddler was taking a nap in the back seat. And you get a free car wash

Took my car for basic cleaning plus Armoral interior dash, etc. They ruined the surface of my glove box somehow. Victor, the manager, basically called me a liar, took no responsibility and offered no refund. I’m wondering now if the reason they took 1 1/2 hours to do the job was because they were afraid to show me what happened, or were trying to fix it. It was not fixed. The resale value of my car is ruined and the manager is wholly unprofessional! Taking to small claims court.

I have been going to Mr.Details and oil change for years, They use to take pride in their work and take care of their customers. Lately the quality and cleaning of the wash has been going downhill, also Price has increased on the oil change.It’s time to find a different establishment to give me business to.

I paid about 110 dollars to detail the interior of my car and also to shampoo the seats . My only complaint was that the radio area and steering will were still dirty . For that price it should’ve been spotless. I’ve paid less for better. If I knew how to post the pictures on here I would.

Really quick. They did a good job.

Went near the end of the day. They seemed to rush through the pressure rather than do a good job. They took change out of my car. When I return to have the problems fixed from the rush job done, they still only did a halfway job. Parts were done okay, but I will go elsewhere from mow on.

The QUALITY of the works are missed. To me, as being a regular customer, this place used to be the best in Houston. Now, doesn’t matter what package you pick, you STILL have to clean on your own afterwards. Disappointed is all I can say

They changed my cars oil and filter super quickly, not expensive... and offered me a complimentary beverage, which did then actually proceed to compliment my tattoo. Such a nice coca-cola.
