Dont be fooled by their multi-point inspection report. They did not disclose any problems of the vehicle that they found, which costs me almost $3,000 to repair. This fishy dealership will never earn my business the second time and will lose many more customers in the future. Dont waste your time and money at this dealer. I recently bought a new Lincoln Navigator here and recived good service and price up to the purchase of the vehicle...I have been told multiple times that someone will call me back to let me know how the transference of my plate works since I live out of state. I have called on 4 different occasions and written multiple emails and know one calls me back or answers emails. Much different service that before you purchase the car.

West Point Lincoln of Sugarland has a very nice facility. Between Christian and Andy the service reps over there are outstanding. The durability of our 2016 Lincoln MKX black label hasn’t been the best in cost and durability that we normally get from Lincoln but that’s a Lincoln issue and not a Westpoint short come. Overall you can always expect a great job and service from this dealership and staff.

Andy Hassell took care of my 2018 Lincoln Navigator issues. Also I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. My loaner’s key fob messed up due to water. Called Andy, and he helped me even if it was after hours. I have received great service from this dealership and have switched it to my primary dealer. I bought my Navigator from Bayway Lincoln recently and had a horrible experience there as they forcefully sold me products that I didn’t want to buy. VIN etching was horrible and GPS sucks! Had no option but to get it from them as I liked the car only. Andy, keep up your great work! Companies usually dream of hiring great employees like you. Thank you for all your hard work.

She even allowed my friend to use her personal cell phone charger while we were waiting. Harold answered all of my questions via phone and email which helped me to make the final decision to purchase the MKZ. He even took the time to explain and setup all of the features in my car. Andy took the time to explain the service side of the car and the details as it relates to ever needing service, loaner car etc.I love the fact that I did not have to stay in the dealership all day to purchase a vehicle.

Updating my review. Before I gave them a 1 Star when my brand new Lincoln SUVs battery went dead for no reason. Dealer brought me a loaner hauled my SUV back to dealership replaced the battery and then returned it to my home. They did go out of their way to fix the issue. Although I am happy with the ride of my new vehicle I am becoming concerned that the electronics in it are not up to par. My apple play becomes disconnected and will not come back up at all. Hope to get this repaired soon as well.

Best dealership service experience I have ever had! I dropped in with engine trouble while in Houston on business and the team here quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged other transport for me while they made the necessary repairs. Sammy and Andy treated me, and my 11 year old town car, as if I had just purchased a new car from them. When Im ready to retire the TC, I plan to make the drive back from Oklahoma to purchase my next Lincoln here.

I have to share a super positive experience with you car shoppers out there. I recently purchased a car from Carvana for my mother (74). Seamless process, but the car just didnt have the features she wanted. I set up the return, end of that story.I knew the car I wanted for her and the features so we did an Auto Trader search that led me here, to WPL of SL. I reached out to verify availability through AutoTrader and within the hour a sales person contacted me via phone (my preference).Shelby Hale verified the car was there, verified the specificities I was looking for and we agreed on a fair price...It was the advertised sales price, which I appreciated. No haggling, no back and forth. Mutual respect. We did the whole deal over the phone since I was over an hour away and have 3 kids to deal with. She took the car to be inspected, detailed, and then adjusted to make it right for delivery. ( new wipers, new battery, two new tires)She kept me apprised of the whole process through text messages ( my choice) and delivered the car as promised to my mother today.It was exactly as advertised and the service was beyond exemplary.I cannot express my gratitude enough for this kind of experience. My father recently passed away and he was in automotive sales for almost 40 years.
