Bought our first ever, brand new car here! Sales people were polite and tried to get us in and out as quickly as possible. We feel we got a very good deal on our CX-9. I bring it in regularly for oil changes. The technicians are very thorough and polite and usually have us in and out in about an hour.
The driver was great. The problem came in when I spoke with the manager, because it was my first time scheduling this type of service I did not know the protocol. Mr. Rodriguez went on to reading the email to me as if I could not read. I tryed explaining to him I miss read the e mail. I did not like the tone he used when speaking to me a customer thats helping him stay employed. Next time you hear a voice of a female and minority, do not talk down to us or be short. I hope you learn from this post treat all customers with respect. They help you pay your bills.
Loved the customer service and their prices. Called up another dealership to have a part installed and they gave me a quote that was three times the price quoted at this dealership. Will definitely prefer to come back to this place.
So, almost 2 months ago now, I called to schedule a same day appointment due to a tire pressure light on my nitro fill Cx-5. Within minutes of going outside to my vehicle it had upgraded to a flat. So after switching out for the spare I headed straight over and was told several hours later that my tire could not be repaired and a replacement would cost almost $300 as my tire was beyond repair. I declined the service picked up my vehicle and went directly to Discount Tire. Within 1 hour my tire was mended, free of charge mind you. Since my service at Discount Tire Ive made my 70 mile RT commute to work and even a roadtrip to Austin with no issues, not even another low pressure light. In addition, After completing a review for Mazda I received a phone call from the head of their service department about their low score. When I notified him that Discount Tire fixed what they said was not able to be mended I was told it was according to their protocol. Well, all Discount does is wheels and tires but they were able to fix it and not try to charge me $300. Im so done with Russell and Smith. Wish I bought my vehicle elsewhere!

I paid $800 for cylinder misfiring of 2012 Mazda 3. Unfortunately this store did not fix it. I wouldnt recommend the dealer shop to anyone.
