Poor parts department. Would not recommend. Find your parts elsewhere.
Terrible, terrible experience with Helfman Alfa Romeo. I leased an Alfa Romeo Giulia in 2018 and throughout the three years of ownership the experience got worse. First off, the car developed a rattle in the sunroof area about a month after driving it off the lot. Took 4 visits (!!) to the dealership to repair the rattle. Not long after, another rattle developed in the passenger door panel. Took another 3 visits to fix that one. All while no loaner vehicles were available and was forced to drive a mini van for a few days every time they “attempted” to fix the issue. Last but not least, they overcharge for all of their maintenance costs. They quoted an oil change for a Giulia at $270, while an oil change at Northside Imports in Spring is $160. Same exact service, no price match. Very disappointed. Do not recommend Helfman Imports to anyone looking for an Alfa Romeo/Maserati. Do yourself a favor and take a short drive to Northside Imports instead.
This was my second time using the service department at Helfmans. I had driven five and a half hours the day before from Louisiana. The following day my Service Advisor, Caleb Greissman, who also happened to be the Service Manager, had already everything lined up with his technicians so that they get me in and out for my five and a half hours drive back home. I truly appreciated that! The work was completed in less than three hours and I was home in Louisiana before 2:00 PM.Thank You Caleb And Staff! Keep Up The Good Work!!

I have a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia that has been in their shop and the closed Alpha Romeo dealership in Clear Lake multiple times for 3 electrical recalls plus general problems like dash board lights mysteriously turning on and requiring resets. Stories were always about bad relays, Alpha Romeo knows about the electrical issues etc, etc.So my dash light comes on (no surprise) saying that the oil level in the car has been exceeded and time for an oil change. I had the oil changed TWICE at Firestone (no charge the second time) since I thought it was something they did. Lights stayed on.Brought it to Helfman and they charged me $175 to reset the lights even though it had nothing to do with the oil level or the need to do an oil change. Side note is that I have been bringing the car to them for out of pocket items like new tires etc. so bad move in my mind.This dealership is the poster child for poor or zero goodwill since this is a leased vehicle and I was planning on purchasing a 2021 Alpha Giulia in April, 2021. I hope Alan Helfman enjoys the $175 he made on this transaction since he forfeited my next purchase and a Maserati Levant that my friend purchased elsewhere after I told him not to deal with these people.Follow up to the response from Helfman.First of all I did not know there was a statue of limitation on being overcharged at a dealership (May comment) especially in the middle of a pandemic.Secondly most responses to negative reviews are to contact them and they will discuss it so I did. I left 2 voicemails right after their reply and I have not heard back after 2 weeks.Quick Update on 12/3.The fault light that I paid Helfman $175 to reset just came back on. It says that the Oil level exceeds the maximum allowed. Funny part is I have not done an oil change or done anything else to this vehicle. Again, this is an electrical problem and should have been covered under warranty. The car only has 16,000 mile on it.Go Helfman!

Let me start out by saying, if you are looking for an amazing vehicle definitely go to Helfman Alfa Romeo and speak with Kelvin Ughaja. I went in a week before my birthday to look around. Kelvin listened thoroughly as I expressed what I was looking for and wasn’t pushy at all. I test drove 2 vehicles of my choice. I told Kelvin I wanted something nice and comfortable for me and I wanted it before or the day of my birthday. I initially did a credit application with one of my credit Unions and they denied me🤬 I was furious. Kelvin spoke with me and promised to do all he can to get me the car I wanted. The day before my birthday, he called me and told me I was approved.I honestly wasn’t sure I would be able to get the car. The day of my birthday, I left in my car. Richard in finance was awesome as well and assisted in making the process easy. Please go and see Kelvin Ughaja if you are looking😊😊😊
Visited multiple times for the Jeep/Dodge parts counter as well as the Alfa/Maserati parts counter for our automotive shop. Always had great service at both counters, especially the couple of guys that typically answer the phone at the Alfa/Maserati counter. On both sides, all of the guys are quick to tell us price and availability on parts as well as providing friendly service and are great to to work with.It seems that all of the parts counter guys in BOTH buildings are awesome and deserve some good recognition. They have helped our shop make good money by providing the aforementioned services and therefore making the sale easier on our end, making our little world go round. Thanks guys, yall are great.

Service department are horrible in customer service we have the car for three days in the shop with Maria ventura and never heard from no one we left plenty of messages no one call us back or respond to our email or text message tomorrow I will probably go pick up my car if they fix it or not I do not going to do any more service with this dealership
As a recent lander to the US, the anticipated horror story about getting to buy/finance/lease a car was on the back of my mind. But I couldnt have gone to better people when I approached the team at Helfman Alfa-Romeo. Thanks to Mike and a bigger thanks to Leo from management for helping to navigate the murky waters of finance (and perhaps twist a few arms on my behalf!). The biggest shout out goes to Jerry Vidal who was a huge help to my wife and I, was courteous, patient (3 months patient!), helpful and dilligent in his follow up. He just sold us a car the way a car should be sold. Straight up, with no big surprises. I felt comfortable in his hands and leaving matters to him. So much so, I even got a second car for my wife! Took my wifes car in for an oil change and normal maintenance that was due at the then current mileage. After the normal long wait on a Saturday morning the service adviser came over and went over what was done. He stated that they did a comprehensive muilt point inspection and found nothing wrong with the car. I found this quite surprising, and asked the adviser to check the headlights..... Oops! My wife let me know the day before that she had a burnt out headlight. And, to add to this, I knew that the brakes need to be replaced. Long story short, they say they inspec you car.... but who knows what they really do.

Used to work for Helfman Dodge. These guys actually care about repairing your car. May be a harsh place to work for as a new mechanic but our pain is your gain. I trust the guys in the service department to be honest.
