Was looking to update my 2013 to a newer model vehicle without being over my budget. My Sales persons went above and beyond to find just the right vehicle to fit my budget plus gave me the most for my trade almost paying it off.

I was a walk-in about 12:45pm. I was waited on quickly and efficiently. I was given the price of the service I requested and after okaying the request my vehicle was being worked on within about 10 - 15 minutes. After the work was finished on my vehicle the service agent even applied a coupon to my bill that saved me $20. The service I received from start to finish was friendly & excellent. Mac Haik North dealership was AMAZING!!!. My Sales Rep. Henry was awesome and worked a heck of a deal for me. He made the car buying process super smooth by commiting to the figures we agreed on over the phone. Therefore, when I got to the dealership I just had to sign docs and I didnt have to be there all day. After closing the deal, Henry, even drove my vehicle to me a few days later once it arrived at the dealership since I was out of town. Henry also detailed and tinted the car so it was spotless when he dropped it off. I couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. I normally hate going to the dealerships but they made it so easy and there was no pressure. Love it and absolutely LOVE my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L.

Mac Haik dodge was great to work with virtually. All things were done via the phone, then I literally I came in to test drive and sign on the dotted line. Henry was a great sales rep and was very knowledgeable when it came to my Dodge Ram 1500. Mac Haik was offering discounts on trucks during a low inventory point in time when no other dealers were offering discounts. I would highly recommend them!

After a terrible experience at a different dealership, we had a great experience at this one. From the time we arrived and were greeted by Josue (Josh) Badillo, we were treated with respect. Dropped my jeep off Tuesday for the ABS & Traction light, received an text starting my Thermostat code is pending, never had my check engine light to come on, but I said go ahead and do the work for an extra $ 500.00, putted my jeep up Tuesday evening, Wednesday the check engine light comes on, so now I’m having to drop my jeep off again today so inconvenient. I will say service guy was nice that’s why I’m giving 4 stars but not sure about if the mechanic know what they are doing. I will give an update. Service departments really professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Technician I was also kind and courteous I’ve known him From previous directions repairs to my vehicle.

These people took an outrageous amount of time to sell me a car. My salesman was unhelpful and communicated poorly throughout the process. He used deceitful sales tactics like asking for redundant signatures to make you feel like you were already bound by a contract far earlier into the sale than you were. They left off a bunch of mandatory additions to the car’s price from what they advertised on the sticker. Tried to give me half of my trade in’s fair value before I called them out, and then finally delivered a car that was on low fuel before my hours long trip home. Will never do business here again.

Gladly please with the Mac Haik sales team, they were empathic with our needs and offered us different options. We ended up with a new Grand Cherokee L.

Bought a truck and purchased there oil change plan from them. Since it’s a Ford they ask that I call a couple days in advance to allow them to get the oil and filters that my truck needs. Every time I call getting thru to the oil change department is a disaster. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. Hard to tell them I need a oil change and give them the courtesy they asked of me to call a few days in advance when they never answer the phone. The service is horrible. I wouldn’t ever purchase there oil change plan ever again especially if your not buying a dodge product from them. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

Complete waste of time with Mac Haik. My wife spoke directly with “Shelbie Hartley” and was told there were several Ram 3500 tradesman models on the lot. We also received an email from her saying the truck is ready for us.We made an appointment at 7p with Jorge Flores but he was busy so we spoke with Armando. Long story short, there was only 1 3500 on the lot and it was a Limited edition short bed.We drove almost 45 minutes only to be told, “sorry.” This dealership is completely unorganized and flying by the seat of their pants. Even after replying to Shelbie’s follow up emails, she nor anyone on the internet side has acknowledged me.Take away: if you head to Mac Haik, have a salesperson send you a photo of the actual vehicle on the lot before heading there.ETA: read the Yelp reviews and you’ll see my review is spot on with others’ experience at Mac Haik.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!I really wish I could leave this place zero stars. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. My car has 59k miles and has a valid warranty but they refused to service my transmission because of “debris” found in undercarriage. I live in outskirts of Houston Tx WE HAVE HAVE DEBRIS IN OUR UNDERCARRIAGE! My service advisor Eric never disclosed a $134 “diagnostic” fee which he later lied and claimed he did disclose. So they didn’t honor my warranty AND they charged me for something they failed to verbally disclose when they said “sign here”. To add insult to injury my car now has airbag light on and it didn’t have any lights on when I dropped it off! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE OUR $!

I finally got up there to dealership and Henry really made the process quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The only one he didnt know the answer to he was able to find the information and relay it to me very quickly. I truly hate the car buying process as many others do but working with Henry and the rest of the Mac Haik team really made my purchase a breeze. Liars, cheaters, and crocksWas told on the phone the truck is available and price is what’s on website. When I go there, they told me that they suddenly sold the car.. (which 3 hours after I called in). They showed me around with other models but I don’t like it. 2 days later and they called me said the car is available, but they can’t honor the price they advised on website. The website price just want people to come in. They told me the MSRP price is the best price ..... what a joke.

I was there to pick up my truck and trailer and load the vehicle I drove there, not my usual job. I was both unfamiliar with the area and also with the loading of truck and trailer as well as tie down process. Call or write an email to Robert Quezada, the internet sales manager. I got great service at a perfect price on my new 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T. We worked everything out online and I drove in from San Antonio in the morning and was there for barely an hour before hitting the road in my new car. My only suggestion is that Mac Haik should open a Dodge dealership in San Antonio! An all-around great experience!

It was a smooth trade-in where I found a very low mileage car of the model I was looking across many sites. Also got a better financing APR than I had been pre-approved by my own bankA bit disappointed to receive only one key and no user manual, but this seems to be the rule these days where people drop off their trade-ins without thinking about the future owner. And dealerships do not remind them to mail in those items.
