Had been a while since I had rented. Dustin has always been great to work with. Found his new location and called him. Not only did he remember me, but was able to access my information and set me up in a hurry with a great rate. His professionalism and attention to detail are why I will continue to rent from Enterprise.
If you rent from these rip off people Dont say you werent warned. First they gave me a junk car with 40000 miles on it and told me it was a full size vehicle which it definitely was not. An equinox is a small sum so they charged me more for that and because I brought it back an hour late they took half of my deposit. $2000 for a week and a half for a pos wind up engine little car. Ridiculous!!! I will never be back to enterprise again.
Every time I have come to this enterprise I always have such a great and easy experience. Dustin is always so nice and welcoming! He makes the process of renting a car so much easier! Right when I show up my rental is always ready! Overall such a great experience thanks to Dustin! Definitely number 1 location is Houston! And they’re also super clean and seems to follow all of the covid guidelines! And all of the cars they have given me are super clean!
I have repeatedly tried to contact this location about a billing error and they refuse to call me back. Ive contacted enterprises customer care team and emailed them only to be told management will call me back, but then they dont. Its been over a month of trying to make contact. Very unprofessional.

Dustin gave me a nice clean car to drive while my car was in the shop and it was a easy transaction! I also like the processes they have in place for COVID so it made me feel comfortable picking up my car. Thanks a lot Dustin, keep it up!

Car broke down in the middle of nowhere on a sunday...roadside assistance would not assist...I have to get my own transportation...branch offered a day and a half credit for my trouble...worst experience ever...
I got into a car accident and I was referred to this particular enterprise. After being in the rental car for about a month. I swap out about every two weeks. They told me I had a balance of $264.24. I maneuvered some money from one account to my credit card. I forgot my card was frozen, so the transaction declined. They told me I have to wait 24 hours since the card declined. One of the reps drove my children and I to CVS. I used some of my rent money to make a payment of $210 on a different credit card so I could pay the $264.24. When I return to pay the balance he then tells me in order for me to put you in another car, I’m going to have to charge your card $528.48 to extend the rental for another week. That would have caused me to take more money out of my rent money. Right now I am on unemployment due to COVID-19. So the best decision was for me to close out the account out. I’ll get a receipt tomorrow (03/06/2021) and it better say $264.24!! Then to top it all they could not drive 8 miles to drop my kids and I off at home. I had to wait for my brother to get off work in order to get home. Then when my daughter had to use the restroom both of restrooms were out of order. I arrived at the Enterprise location at 11:25 am and I did not get picked up until 2:10 pm.I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE TO RENT A VEHICLE AGAIN!!!The funny thing about it is I have extended relatives who work for this company. SMH!!! I even went as far as removing the scuff marks off the vehicle that was reported to be on car before I received the vehicle, before I returned the vehicle to them.Great job Enterprise.03/08/2021UpdateThey charged my credit card in the amount of $674.74 when they were only suppose to charge my card $264.74

The 2020 Hyundai Accent that I received as a rental from this enterprise was very upsetting to say the lest. The vehicle was very dirty from the inside out. All the windows had streaks of water and dirt that was impairing my vision while driving. There was a big brown stain on the inside roof, The speedometer display looked like someone sneezed on it with a mouth full of liquid, The radio display was missing the volume nob which made it difficult to operate the radio and the vehicle had a very pungent smell. The smell was of black ice air freshener and mildew. I took the vehicle back and was told by the sales rep that this was the only car they had at the time for me. If I was not happy with the car I could at anytime trade it out at another location.So I took the sale reps advice and went to the enterprise located on I-45 North and Mt. Houston where Jeff Adkins respectfully took grate care of my issue. Mr. Adkins did not turn me away and lessoned to the unsatisfying experience I had with the enterprise located at Memorial City 10104 Katy freeway Houston Tx 77043. The best advice that the sales rep at the Memorial City location gave me was to go to a more professional location.
The rental ran good and car was nice and clean.
Had to get a rental because my vehicle was in the shop getting fixed from an accident. The truck I received was completely disgusting on the inside. It looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned which is a little scary considering COVID-19 is still around. I would have asked for another vehicle but didn’t have an extra hour or more to wait around for another vehicle and just decided to clean it myself when I got home since I own a detail business anyway. Very disappointed with the quality of the delivered vehicle. Maybe the person should also allow the customer to do a interior check like they do for the outside of the vehicle.
Escalade was delivered to the house and picked up in a timely manner. We took a vacation up in the mountains in NC away from everyone and our drive was a 16 hour drive each way. We felt like we were on 1st Class transit for sure. Our travel was definitely upgraded by our ride and service. Thanks!

Great service, I originally reserved a vehicle online at the Enterprise on the San Houston toll road. I received a call from a Enterprise on US-290 informing me that the location is closed due to COVID-19 and all those reservations are rerouted to this location. I declined but told the sell representative to reroute my reservation to I-10 memorial city location. The reservation was made but I called in advance and found out that the location location was closing in less than two hours. They were able to get same class vehicle prepare it before closing with a less expensive rate.
So I get that theres a global pandemic... but they make you stand in line outside in the 100deg heat with no awning or shade?!?! Car i rented was great and everything worked out fine. just sucks that they dont let you wait under the awning or put up a pop-up or something for people to wait under.
I rented a small SUV from this location recently. I opt out of having the coverage as I always use my personal insurance. During my road trip I unfortunately had a small rock hit the windshield from another vehicle and crack it slightly. When I returned the car, the this other rep approached me with an attitude. He demanded that I call my insurance company and file a claim, he stated that I should not leave until I do so. He also said that there would be trouble if I decided to leave without doing so. I explain that I have to get back to work and if he could give me a copy of the rental so I can contact my insurance company. He stormed back inside and wrote the car information down on the back of one of their business cards. I felt bullied and disrespected. Horrible experience!!! Zero stars for this place.. Stay away from this branch..
I booked a van online, and immediately called the location to ask to have the vehicle dropped off. They were able to schedule and deliver it the same day I reserved it. The service was incredible, and I will be using Enterprise again.
I had a rental from Enterprise for 3 weeks & 2 days. Each week that I got paid, I called Enterprise to extended the rental for another week & they took the money out my account the same day. When I returned the vehicle at a different location, the guy at the front desk told me I was going to be deposited back $1042. The next business day or so I was debited $1042. I called that location multiple times & talk to numerous people all gave me different answers about my deposit back. Still til this day, yet to receive anything. They all have poor knowledge of the company polices!

Jacob and Kyle were extemely helpful when we rented our vehicle. We initially reserved a vehicle at the Sugar Land location on hwy 6, but that vehicle smelled awful. Im pretty sure someone smoked in that vehicle the entire time they had it. I requested another vehcile and they told me that I had to call around and find it on my own because they didnt have anything available. I called the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise and the customer service from Jacob was top notch! He was so helpful and put my mind at ease about renting another vehicle in time for my trip. He had someone deliver the vehicle to my home and picked up the smoke filled vehicle and returned it to Enterprise. Kyle delivered our vehicle and he kept me up to date on when he would deliver the vehicle and when he would return it after our trip. We definitely recommend Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise and we will definitely use them for future rentals.
I picked up a car on Wednesday morning, September 30th. The car was fine and the pickup went smoothly and quickly. The car preformed well on my trip to Lafayette, Louisiana. The car return went just as smoothly and quickly. Ive rented a car from this location before and will again.
The car was great. The service on getting me the car was great. The one issue I have is that I accidentally left my handicap placard above the visor. I called twice to get it back. They found it in the car and I was told it would be mailed back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I still havent seen it.

Having me on hold till closing. Refused to pick up a vehicle because it was the weekend. This company is know to pick up and pick up vehicle. Such lazy employees.
Rude staff on the phone and in person. No courtesy or transparency, the employees wont disclose the increase in company fees in writing for pickup or dropoff. You are better off doing business with a stray dog than the Memorial City location.

The whole rental process was fast and effortless using a reservation. I would recommend this location to anyone who regularly rents vehicles. Exotic cars available for those in need of something extraordinary or just want to show off. Being open through the weekends makes this Enterprise Rent-A-Car my go to for rentals.
I was the first one in line when they opened for the day. I’d made an appointment and put in my drivers license info online so all I had to do was sign the agreement and leave. I was told that it’d be 15 mins for my car to be finished getting ready. Fair enough, I can understand the additional cleaning measure. 45 minutes later and I was STILL WAITING. In the meantime, 4 other customers that had arrived AFTER ME pulled out with their cars, in the same class as the car I’d reserved. When I FINALLY left after nearly an hour, I noticed that I was overcharged on my rental agreement by 25% from what I reserved online and had an agreement for. I’ll be calling corporate to complain and get a correction to the price.
I had a negative experience at this branch. I was told multiple different things from different employees which resulted in a lot of wasted time and frustration for me. The branch manager Dustin had the opportunity to do something to make it right, but chose not to. Definitely did not feel like a valued customer.
My experience here was great! I received excellent service from Jamie with Enterprise Exotics. Everything went well, glad that we also had help from management. They went out of the way to give excellent service to get us in the right car for us.

The location I go to is fabulous. Hard workers, great managers. They work hard to make you happy. Latest technology makes auto rental fast. Almost the best prices available. And I will repeat this, the service quality and attitude at the location on the north side of I-10 between Gessner and West Belt is exceptionally good. They ate always busy. They never disappoint. I have used them dozens of times.

Scoring a 10 is a priority for these guys. Unfortunately they fell short with me.When I picked up a 2018 truck with 3,300 miles on it about almost three weeks ago, the manager walked the truck with me and pointed out a basketball size dent on the right rear fender before I left the rental yard. Apparently the manager did not note anything about the dent on the vehicle records. In fact, it was not noted on any of the prior rental records either.I was asked about the dent by another person at check-in. Assumption being that I had caused the damage.Good news is that I had selected full coverage at the last minute at check-out so there was no cost to me.The disturbing part is what could have happened without full coverage offered to me at the last minute as i was getting in the truck three weeks ago.The manager missed the point today when we discussed the dent. He wanted me to score them a 10 on their survey since I was not being charged for the dent with my full insurance coverage. What would it take?Integrity is defined and determined on an individual basis. I keep thinking about how far the discussion about that dent would have gone under different circumstances.
I was hoping to see an itemization of charges somewhere on the receipt. I know I was charged by the hour, for insurance, and miscellaneous fees, but I really wanted to see precise numbers. I was unable to modify the rental online even after trying multiple browsers. The website should include a sample rental agreement so that the customer will not feel blindsided by the final charges. The cost of my four-day rental was $88 when I first made it. The initial charges on my card were $360 after I picked up the car. I cut the rental period short to a day and a half and was charged $119. Aside from the website and receipt, everything went well. The car was nice, and rental agents were professional.

My second time here. They will make you scare you in order to buy the insurance with their sweet talks. My car was hit and my insurance took care of all the payments. But still they asked me to buy the insurance. I was charged $160 for 3 days . Not fair . Will not go back there. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.I don’t even want to give one star but I do not have any options.

The personnel at this location is great!! They have an awesome attitude of trying to help you. I love people like that. The car I got wasnt the best but it doesnt have anything to do with them. This was the only one they have available in the size I chose. I choose a Corolla when I reserved online, but I didnt know they have different car models for the size you choose and this was the only one available. Other than that everything was great. I even was able to drop the car to a more convenient location (one closer to my home). Thank you guys!!!!
I travel across the country every week and have for years (even during Covid, Ive had a rental car three weeks out of the month). I always return the car and they give me a ride back to the hotel or hospital where Im working. This location is refusing to provide a ride back less than 1-mile. Ive contacted the 800 number and @enterprisecares on Twitter, but no one from the brand is returning my call. Very disappointing from a company Ive used weekly for over 15-years.
Josh is a great manager. He really went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved. It’s managers like him that keep the doors open and the lights on! He’s the best this location has point blank period! If he’s not already he should be promoted to lead cause he leads by example and has a keen ability to adapt to extraneous situations and circumstances! Pay that man!!!!
These guys at this store go the extra mile. They hustle. Almost always busy. Most time taken by potential customers trying to rent car when they have no credit card, valid license or proof of insurance. (Come on people by a clue. Do you really think they are going to say, forget all our policies, drive off in this new car with none of the required docs). People, please! EXCELLENT SERVICE! GREAT ENTERPRISE OFFICE! They move a great deal of vehicles!!!
Courteous, fast, accommodating when they didnt have the car I ordered(online at 12:20 AM that same day!). Clean and top shape cars, too. I witnessed other customers receiving the same top notch VIP treatment I was getting and the place was super busy.
My insurance uses Enterprise for rentals and after my sons accident I had some questions. I called and spoke with Steven who was patient and answered every question and was very helpful and friendly. Later, when I called to see when I could come pick up a car I spoke with Taylor and he was also very helpful. When my son and I got there, Taylor took the time to show him the options and was very considerate. Even though this location is not the closest for me - I will definitely go back!! Thanks !!
Let me be clear that I am VERY PARTICULAR when it comes to renting vehicles. I own higher end vehicles and keep them meticulously clean inside and out. Therefore, when I rent a premium vehicle, my expectations are high.I have rented vehicles from Enterprise Exotics many times when my vehicles have been in for extended servicing or in the unfortunate instance of an accident repair. When Hurricane Harvey struck and all three of my familys vehicles were totaled, Enterprise Exotics came to the rescue with multiple Infiniti QX80s when rental vehicles simply couldnt be found in the Houston area because of my customer relationship.The high-end vehicles Enterprise Exotics provides are always exceptionally clean and maintained. These are not the higher end vehicles you might receive when renting them from Hertz at the airport - well-used and dirty. They are like new, typically very low mileage, and spotlessly clean.The staff, from its management down, is exceptional in every way.Simply put, this is a business with which you will be very happy.
Rented a 2018 stingray corvette . Car was unbelievable and service was amazing . Great experience all around. Took car down to gavelstone and it was the highlight of my 2 weeks off. Well worth the price and was an amazing experience . Can’t say how easy the process was and how awesome the staff was .
I rent cars 2-4 times a year and if Im picking up a car in Houston, this is the only location I use.Price is very important and Enterprise is always competitive, and usually the lowest, as long as you make reservations. The difference, though is service and I havent worked with any other provider that even seems like theyre trying to keep up. Always a good experience.
This was my second time renting from this location and it was pretty good but the sales guy was more interested in making a sale then taking care of me, I was quoted one price and I arrived an hour early when I was about to sign my paperwork I realized it was more then the quote after a few questions from me he changed the return time that brought it back to the original price. He also tried to sale me insurance for $50 a day that was non refundable even if nothing happens to the car.
This place use to have good customer service, but unfortunately want out of the hands. The car is never ready at time of pick up, I waited 40 minutes and almost got late to my flight, then when you dropping a car you waiting 30-40 minutes too, because there just 1 person and moving extresmly slaw with zero efforts .
On Thanksgiving, our car broke down as we were heading out of town. We got dropped off to get a loaner, praying they had one left 30 min from closing. We were very thankful that they indeed had one! We were in and back on the road in no time. Thank you so much for letting us see family!
I had an unfortunate experience here and poor customer service. I was overcharged and attempted to contact them multiple times. I was bounced around to various employees and promised discounts and follow-up verbally but nobody was ever able to confirm anything in writing or give me any solid answers. When I finally contacted my dealership, the issue was somewhat resolved but they said I had to contact Stephen, the branch manager, for documentation. I had already attempted to contact him twice and hadn’t gotten a call back, but got through after I spoke to my dealership. Stephen was noticeably irritated with me on the phone for inquiring about the details and documentation I could expect. Once he did explain, he seemed to do so to rush off the phone instead of being concerned about taking care of me as a customer. The tone was drastically different from the voicemail I received from him to ensure I was satisfied with my service for a survey. As a customer who was incorrectly charged, I didn’t feel valued from these interactions. I gave two stars instead of one because he did say he would correct the mistake and send me documentation once it goes through in a couple of days.
I rent cars all the time from different vendors. The CC hold is $350 which is higher than most. The econ cars dont have bluetooth or backup cameras. Their customer service is good. They also return the hold on your card very quickly.
Have had better experience at this particular location in the past but this last time not do much.The SUV we reserved online wasnt there instead we got a smaller vehicle.When got it home and started loading up for the trip we saw that we were not going to have enough room.We called back for a different vehicle no one returned our call before it was time to leave for our trip.So we had to make it work but it was uncomfortable trip.They did compensate a little bit for the next time with a free upgrade
After running into issues with the Enterprise on Westheimer road, I had to make a last ditch change of plans to this location. The service here was perfect, they were polite and efficient, met my needs with minimal fuss and commendable professionalism and had me in a car and on my merry way in no time.Not the closest to my house, but the experience was so good, I definitely will be coming back next time I need a rental!!!
Pros: the price was just as offered online. It was the lowest among all of the rental options. The car was almost new. The price for pre-purchased gas is great; I definitely recommend taking that option. The location of the office is one of the best, given the proximity to I10.Cons: Despite being new, the car smelled awfully like cigarettes. No water in the windshield washer. Return took forever because the office is usually crowded. Staff is not the friendliest around. The option in the app to save time when renting is not considered, so you lose all the time in the world giving your license and insurance info.

Normally I dont give 5 star reviews because Im the type of person that doesnt give the bs when it comes to opinions. But I will say that I was thoroughly impressed from my pickup to my drop-off. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was completely courteous.I got comments about the quality of the rental all weekend.
When I first arrived at my appointment time, this location was out of cars. Not their fault though, the website let me book the time. They took me back to work and came and picked me up again when they had my car. The car was awesome and even though I caused an issue on the interior, the staff was top notch! Thank you!!!

One of the best rentalt car places there is. I like them because they name themselves after the ship in Star Trek and because they have a friendly staff. They have Good deals on car rentals. Just be careful when it comes to getting the insurance make sure you really need it if you get it. There goes the same for any car rental place. All so dont waste your monny Im buying a tank of gas beforehand. Just return the car full.
@ The rental counter the young agent made a bid deal over accepting my bank debit card in lieu of a major credit card.Im just doing my job ~ was his statement.~~Even the front door has a sticker that advises WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDSWhen I told him that the reservations agent, whom took the initial call three days earlier, via phone was advised of my intention to pay via bank debit card & agreed to the $350 deposit, his retort was We dont have a girl in this officeHe then proceeded to finish the rental agreement, have me sign & emailed the agreement to my email acct provided.He then went to the back lot, brought the vehicle up front next to the door, jumped out & handed me the remote, without demonstrating how to start/stop the engine, how to open the fuel door, or any of the vehicles features....I had to call the service dept of the local Ford Dealer twice, as a result, & no service/owners manual was in the glovebox either...To add insult to injury, the fuel level was @ 1/4.FULL...........~I had to put $30.00 worth of fuel in the tank to start !!!!!!!i have had a Corporate Acct with Enterprise, longer than this kid has been alive. They almost lost my business as a result of this experience.HOWEVER, the check in agent was 180 degrees different, handled the check in, in a respectful & in a timely manner.........He even arranged for a free ride home from the rental office.Moral: LET HERTZ PUT YOU IN THE DRIVERS SEAT........Yes you get what you pay for, I have always had a good experience with HERTZ. Renting Lincolns here since 1972.
This may sound cliche, l did not enjoy my visit to the exotic side of enterprise today. Jaime Garcia who is the manager there is a trip!She set me off about explaining to my insurance company by asking if l can rent from Enterprise, and if my personal insurance would cover it. Basically, lm rating them a 1 star because the area manager had the audacity to ask where do l live? What does that matter?I am truly disgusted with Enterprise! I wont rent from them anymore after this rental.Poor customer service!
Ive been a long time renter and Im a plus member in my 3rd tier. I have had a rental since June and Im having to fight with enterprise to get my bonus points this is ridiculous. I am currently in a rental this is now 5 months of me paying out of pocket and having to fight with a company of such magnitude over bonus points that are due me as per there promotional email this is absurd.Sign Disappointed Renter
I had a very important meeting in Florida for Saturday, when i was ready to pick up my rental the same day they told me I wasnt able to rent a car since my personal car wasnt damage.. I didnt receive no notice ahead of time ... asked to speak to a supervisor and kept me on hold for 45 mins till I hung up . Never will be returning to this place .This was a very important meeting.. cant believe now I have to start making phone calls I need to leave by 5 today ... Im very upset !!!
Ive rented from Enterprise many times and this is the first negative experience Ive had. Even though I confirmed my reservation for $27/day two days before pickup, they tried to give me a $47/day rental, saying it was all they had. They finally gave me what had been promised me. But the wiper blades were dull and useless, which I found out driving through torrential rain in east Texas/Louisiana. An indicator light came on, too bad there was no manual in the car so I could know what it meant! I was late getting back due to weather, so I called three hours ahead to see what my options were. Zach was very unhelpful over the phone. Im so disappointed. Ill never rent from this location again.
My company uses enterprise as their main car rental and we usually get good service, but this particular location doesnt deliver any kind of customer service.As you walk in, no one acknowledges you. They just keep on doing their normal stuff as if the customer wasnt there.I bet if Walmart rented cars you would get better customer service than the one you get in here.Avoid this location as much as you can, if you value your time.
The staff at Enterprise was helpful and understanding to my needs since my car was at the dealership and I needed a vehicle for the month. In addition, the staff is friendly and provided great customer service. They gained a customer for life.

Very friendly and nice. However, I was not happy with the vehicle I rented. This rental was not a necessity but what I thought would be a little extra for a quick trip to Fredericksburg, TX. Next time Ill know better.
Booked an appointment two days earlier and requested pick up. verified with the representative that I could indeed be picked up and called @ the pre agreed time on pick up day only to be told that I was outside the pick up range? Well guess what its too late to do anything about it now. What precious time wasted!!! I dont even know how to salvage this
Horrible service. Got a car with no battery on remote. Went next day only to waste another hour asking to fix it or get something better. Quite obvious, they choose to fix the battery rather than make the customer happy. Guess what, they failed miserably. Classic case of how due to some incompetency of few can shatter a good brand name. I am sure that i am not the first one or the last one to have a bad service at this location. Be wise and drive another mile and take something better.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. I called beforehand to see if I could swap a full size car I got at the airport and the girl that picked up said I could and to head over. When I got to the location there was a guy at the counter and he told me they couldn’t swap the car even though I had called earlier. He told me there weren’t any cars available and that the two outside I saw and pointed out were cars that customers left there and will pick up in a few minutes and that he didn’t have the keys. He then tells me that because I got it at the airport, they are on a different system and I couldn’t swap them. Lie after lie.

Customer service is a hit or miss. Picking up the vehicle was good. Dropping off not so good. Person behind me in line stated it was usually bad for her.Problem was the vehicle I got did not have a car registration on it so I had to go back to the location the next day. Rather than trade it out the rep put a registration for another vehicle on it. Come on!!!They did credit me $75 upon return for this mistake

I was rent a car for 2 days but my experience was poor the A/C DONT WORKED. I commented the customer service but they didnt make anything.
I have been using Enterprise for many years and this location was probably the worst experience. I rented online and requested a standard car. When I got to the facility I was told they were out of standard vehicles and I would be upgraded to the next level at MY COST - an additional $8 a day. I have NEVER ever been charged for an upgrade when the car I reserved was not available. I was given a Chevy Impala which had an odor and when a/c was on, smelled like stale cigarettes - All Enterprise cars are supposed to be smoke free. Needless to say, I returned the car the very next day only to be charged 2 days when I had the car less than 24 hours. I will NEVER go back to this location.
