This is a great place to buy a car. Kody was a great salesman very helpful, any car I wanted to see he had it pulled up so we could check it out. He wasn’t pushy only wanted to please which made it that much easier in making a decision. He’s a mathematician his degree is in civil engineering and he could really crunch the numbers. I really liked my finance guy he was brilliant as well very straight forward gave us some good advice on warranty packages & suggested some great gap insurance. He made something that could have taken hours to be clear and concise I appreciated that it was a pleasure working with him.
After finishing nursing school and having a really old vehicle, I was very hesitant of what kind of car I wanted. I decided to do some research and saw that they had a Toyota RAV4 which is a great vehicle for trips and other day to day activities I do. I got to Mak Haik and was greeted by Lili. She was very attentive to my needs, and let me test drive the vehicle. She did show me other options available. Even in the midst of a pandemic, she made sure I was able to test drive the vehicle and made sure I liked it. I absolutely love my vehicle, and the service I received from her was great. She did not only help me fine what I was looking for, that fitted my lifestyle, she made sure to follow up and check in on how I was enjoying the vehicle. Excellent customer service from her. I would highly recommend y’all to go and get your auto needs with her. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and fast. Her personality is very bubbly and is very easy to talk to.
What an awesome experience I had buying a used car from this location. Omar and Cesar were such a great help on getting me into a vehicle I was looking for in my price range! Alberto in finance was super cool and explained every detail of what I was signing and the best warranty policy. I was super nervous at first, but so glad everything worked out for ALL OF US!
I just want to leave a review in which I never do, but I feel highly compelled to do so. Lili Tyler is one of the best sales woman I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was after, especially the color. Her dealership did not have it in stock anymore but she searched all over for it. After a few days she found what I needed elsewhere and managed to get the dealerships to trade another different vehicle to acquire the one I wanted. She went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. Great energy, honest and such an easy person to talk to, real personable. If you shop here definitely get with her. She will not let you down.

How is this place still open. All car salesperson are like vultures, as soon as you step out of your car they swarm you and they dont have a single car you want in stock. Instead try to sell you leftover inventory for a high price. Dont waste your time here unless you want to waste your money.
Jonathan Sosa is an excellent Service Advisor. I left my vehicle at Joe Myers Toyota yesterday before closing. I shared details for inspection and repair with Jonathan. Ken covered today for Jonathan and did an excellent job of following Jonathans direction to address my concern with vehicles alignment & leak. Ken informed that my vehicle needed a 4wheel alignment. My vehicle is now driving safe and I am grateful. The water leak was minor. I plan to schedule appointment at future date to check leak if necessary for repair. Bait and switch, high pressure sales. In the initial process of deciding what vehicle I wanted to buy, I called about a vehicle on this dealers website and made a appointment to see it. I made it very clear to sales that I was undecided on what brand and model vehicle I wanted, that there were others I wanted to see before making a decision. I was informed upon arrival to see the vehicle that it was already sold. I was shown a different vehicle that was not comparable to the one that I came to see. I was repeatedly asked what can we do to get you in this vehicle today? by the salesperson and then a manager after continuing to reply that I wanted see other vehicles before making a decision. I was given pricing and finance information with interest rates starting at 10%. I actually laughed. I get that they are doing their job, but this sales approach really puts me off, not to mention the interest rate...
Pulled into the service area and was greeted within seconds and explained that a service representative will be with me shortly. Then the representative help me get the service needed for my car quickly and I waited in there lounge are and within 20 to 25 minutes I was told my service was done. I greatly appreciated the fast and informative response on a weekend. Kudos to the men and women who work there

First : this is much better dealership than other dealer in Katy.But I have realized that deciding better amongst the Toyota dealers is like making a choice between devil and deep sea.What is good about them ( comparatively) is less wait time and decision making time.What is really that you need to be careful about :Their sales tactics. I really felt like being played out or cheated. Here is how it went : one sales guy took to me to another. This new sales guy tells he will give discount, but not the rebate. The other sales guy comes in and says he will not give discount but will give the rebate.The real deal was rebate was anyways to be given. But the dealers discount was being played by these two sales guys.Though I ended up buying the RAV4 from them, I was very upset that one guy simply lied and another guy took advantage of my losing the patience.Most car sales guys play the game, but not seen people lying like this.So please be careful while dealing with the people here.Edited : He next day, manager and the sales guy apologized for their behavior.

I received excellent service from the Greeting the minute I got there, Help and information on my Dashboard to approximate time it would take etc, I was kept informed and I went to the parts Dept and He was able to assist and informed about original equipment wipers etc, very helpful, I then while waiting just mentioned to a passing by Service Director about the annoying air pressure lite on the dash, he said they’d check it out, My car was ready a half hour before promised and I went to leave a Shop Foreman stopped me so he could check out my tire pressure light, Gave great helpful information and showed how to reset it and was willing to scan it etc, but it went out and I was delighted, i went home a very happy customer, 5 Stars, from 5 different people. The Greeter, the Service Adviser, the Parts man, the Service Director and then Shop Foreman, oh and let’s not forget the mechanic, Thank you yu’all

I arrived at the service department when it opened at 7am. Apparently a lot of people decided to get there before 7am. The garage was packed with cars and I waited for someone to come over. They got to me quickly and advised me on their service recommendations. The work was completed in less than an hour. Great job.
Just a heads up please check lug nuts on your tires when rotated apparently mine were all loose on all of my tires after they were serviced not too long ago. I found out after my tire was low and took it to get repaired at another tire shop that is such a safety hazard especially since this is my family car where I carry all of my kids in called and spoke to Maria to let her know only to be told to check everything when I leave when thats why we take the cars to get serviced here to have that extra security but someone is not doing their job correctly and whoever went and got serviced on the same date should seriously check on their vehicles luckily we found out before anymore damage couldve been done or worse we couldve had an accident if a tire came off our vehicle.
Exceptional customer service! I was astounding how pleasant the staff was. The moment I drove on the lot there was someone to direct me where I should park. Once Id gotten close, the gentleman was rather pleased to assist me. It was a very warm welcome. Im hard to please I must admit. However, the guys here went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. There were a number salesman who were extremely helpful and eager to tend to my car needs. Kelvin Helped me tremendously so much that I was able to get in and get out with a 2018 Kia Forte. May God bless both him the wonderful staff and Toyota as a corporation. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna XLE through the Costo-co program, and I was very satisfied with my experience.The Cost-co rep and my sales agent, Reyes Reyes, in particular was phenomenal. Reyes was very honest, transparent, kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and accessible. He made the whole process much less stressful and more pleasant than my experience at a previous Toyota dealership. I felt that he treated me like a friend, rather than merely a customer. I felt that I could trust that he was truly considering my interests and needs and not just about the bottom line. I also appreciated that the quote I received initially as part of the Cost-co program, was what I ended up paying. I would buy another car from him in the future in a heartbeat and could not recommend him more highly to my friends and family, which I plan to do so. For my next vehicle, Joe Myers Toyota will start at the top of my list, and the biggest reason will be Reyes.I also had a good experience with Isabel and Tai Tran in the financing department. I felt that they were honest and transparent and treated me with respect and patience instead of being confrontational or manipulative in pushing a product on me. Thus, I ended up purchasing an extended warranty for a good deal in large part due to the respectful way I felt treated by them. I want to thank and commend them as well.

I had an unexpected breakdown at 4:30PM on a Saturday, I was able to get a tow truck and drop off at the dealership even after service area closed. Drop off was easy. The towing service used by the dealership was great . They made the situation easier. I had my vehicle back by Monday evening. Great experience.

Bought my new 2021 Toyota Sienna from here. The staff was awesome! I called ahead and told them what vehicle I wanted that I viewed on their website. They had it cleaned and waiting on me when I arrived for my appointment. I had my own financing. They did offer me their Toyota financing but I declined and they were not pushy about it. I was in and out in about 2 hrs. Overall was an awesome experience!!
I met with staff Corey, unlike other sales agents, he did his best to get me best price with lowest interest rate possible . He is an honest person and i am satisfied with having deal with Corey. I had a really poor credit. I recommend ask for Corey to take care of you. You won’t regret. I’m 26 years old college student so Corey spend more than 1 hour to work for lowest interest possible for me. He is also honored veteran who just returned from duty. Choose Corey 👌🏻

Alexis Reyes, Alberto Hernandez, Razek Ahmed, and Isabel VegaCould not explain to me what the useless extended warranty was before and after I bought my car. On top of that they did not help me out when I went to the dealership to ask how I can get this removed from the loan.No one explained to me that I could have bought my car without the useless $3830 fee! I was just told to sign with no explanation of it. When I went today, Razek Ahmed told me that it could not be removed, then later I asked Alberto and he said that it can be removed, but that I had to do it myself. (I appreciate it).After going over the financing website I found out how to get it removed and Ill have to go to the dealership again after sending a letter to the financing company stating that Im cancelling the $3830 extended warranty fee.I just wanted honesty, but no one could explain to me one simple contract agreement when buying the car. Now I have to go through a whole long waiting process to get something removed that could have been avoided if explained correctly from 5 different employees.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to deal with the staff at Joe Myers Toyota. They where up front, honest and gave me what I needed to make the best decision. I felt that they where looking to make longtime return customer relations instead of just getting a quick sale. I inevitably decided to not purchase a vehicle at this time, for only financial reasons; however, I will 100% go back to Joe Myers in the future when I am ready to proceed. I hope the fact that I am providing a positive review, while not have completing a purchase does carry weight. Its easy to write reviews when you are on the high of a new purchase, and angry with an issue. Honestly…. I’m never coming here again. The only reason I even resorted back here for service was because my usual mechanic was out of town. I brought in my car for a general diagnostic. I had my car towed in due to belief that my head gasket was blown. I had other issues with car, none that correlated with the engine issue, so I wanted to get them diagnosed so I could fix them all at once when my usual mechanic was back in town. That did not happen…. They had my car for almost a week “diagnosing issues”. I got a call telling me my car needed more tests after around 4 days of them having the car. They told me they had to be sure my head gasket was blown by doing a leak down and compression test even though I was worried it would further damage my engine. After two days they finally called me and just told me my car just needed to be towed away and there was nothing they could or would do to help me. I went to pick up my car and they had “magically” lost all my test results. I asked about any other issues because my other mechanic told me I probably needed a new fuel pump. They said they hadn’t looked at anything but the engine… so I was very confused why they had it so long. They sent me away with just an invoice and wouldn’t tell me any issues they had found. It makes me wonder if they even did anything at all, or if they screwed something up more in the process. I called for weeks trying to get my test results from the compression tests and every time they hung up on me or put me on hold for 20+ mins only to tell me there was no one I could talk to. Seriously considering getting my attorney involved.

I chose Joe Myers based on a referral from the Costco Auto program. I was skeptical about how this process would go. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO HERE AGAIN! It was a VERY good experience. David was a great sales associate and notified me when a van was available on the lot since very few new cars are being delivered at present due to the chip shortage. Even though I didnt think I wanted a green Sienna, he called me and I came to check out the new features. I loved it. David was very patient as we reviewed the numbers for the COSTCO Auto Program discounts and I checked my several financing options, both private, thru the bank and with Toyota Financial. Kevin, from FINANCE, was also very polite and helpful going beyond what would have been expected by securing a lower loan rate.

RUN RUN RUN away from this place!!!!! I went to this establishment to get my oil changed. Once they charged me almost $100 for an oil change, I noticed the next morning after several hours of errands that most of the oil had leaked onto my driveway. I checked my oil, to which There was none. I immediately stopped driving my vehicle, called the service manager, he sent out a tech to fill the oil and take my vehicle back to the dealership. After blaming me for the leak, they fixed what THEY broke; however, they still chargers me the $100 for possibly ruining my vehicle. Horrible horrible place! Drive the extra miles and go to another dealership unless you want to possibly deal with having to replace an entire engine because of their negligence! And just FYI my vehicle never ever leaked oil until they got their hands on my car.

I came by your dealership yesterday to test drive a vehicle. Sales rep Kody let me know the vehicle was available for a test drive and that I should come at 9:30am. (This was after being badgered to come in days before I actually wanted to.) I show up at 9:30 and he isnt around. Finally he shows up and tells me the car he told was available the day before is now in the body shop. Instead of letting me know the car was in the body shop when it happened, he did not let me know until I showed up at the dealership. So I drove 30 minutes one way yesterday just to be told the car I wanted to test drive was not available. My time and energy were completely disrespected. And to make matters worse, he decided to try to upsell me to a different car that was $5,000 more than the car I wanted. So I feel like was a ploy to get me to buy a more expensive car so he could get a bigger commission. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way I was treated and how my time and money were wasted.
Mr. Archer in the parts and service area was efficient, helpful, and nice. Definitely appreciate his talk through of what my car needed. Thank you.

Sales staff was very nice and considerate towards my wants and needs even before meeting me. He sent me pictures and a video of the truck before it was posted on website. Overall great experience minus the finance department but when are they ever nice LOL. Still got me a heck of a deal and I’m great full.
I was a walk in customer. I forgot to set an appointment and so I just walked in. The employee was super helpful and gave me an estimate of how long it would take and he was right on target. After the car was serviced he explained what they found. I appreciated how fast they did the work.
Be careful with the used mechanical protection plans…. First they try to add them as a purchase expense. If you notice that then they tell you you can cancel anytime. It is a scam I tried to cancel it and got refunded les than 40% of the price. By the way I tried to use the plan and they did not cover anything stating that it was a prior damage, wtf….. what will you cover FUTURE DAMAGE???? Do not take it… it is a waste of money. If you are buying used you always have a risk of something, but just fix it yourself…. I had to do that

Ask for Stacy you will not regret it. He took great care of me and never tried to push me into something I didnt want. Instead he had patience and found the vehicle I wanted. The whole dealership experience down to financing was better than any other Ive been to.
I scheduled my maintenance service online and John helped me! Very polite and got right on the maintenance, when I arrived! Comfortable waiting area and before I knew it, John said my van was ready!!
I always appreciate JMT staff’s careful explanations about what my car needs to keep me on wheels. JMT doesn’t take your presence for granted. They don’t sugar-coat anything … which is helpful when making costly decisions. This style works for me… and my vehicle. AND.. Thanks for bringing back shuttle service!!

This is the fastest oil/filter change and tire rotation service I’ve ever had. I did not have an appointment and I was out of there faster than times I’ve had an appointment at other dealerships. This is now the only place I will service my Toyota’s.

Was trying to find a good Toyota Dealership because mine (Sterling McCall South West Freeway) is garbage, too many issues and once they sell you the car you are nothing to them, mainly the service department is trash. I used to take my car to Jiffy Lube until I realized I was actually paying more there than the dealership. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Joe Meyers. This is the ONLY Toyota dealership I will ever take my car to. My service rep is Jonathan Sosa and he’s amazing. He’s always answers all of my questions. I also love the fact that they provide free shuttle services when your are are being serviced.
