This place is absolutely amazing. The quality of the work is phenomenal, the mechanics are professional, warm and welcoming and the environment is wonderful! I only gave them one star because I had to, they deserve a no star. My family and I had been going here for years until new ownership took over, the service sucks. They had a great group of professional individuals before the ownership change. We will never be utilizing their services.

I loved working here, one of my favorite jobs by far. You will always have your usual problems like you would with any job but I loved the people I worked with they were caring and fun to be around. They will always do their best to work with your schedule. Plus this job is never boring and it will keep you up on your toes!

Bumped into this place when trying to find and inspection shop that was open late on a Saturday afternoon. love the fact that they stay open much longer than the other inspection shops on Saturday. They provided good customer service and gave me a complimentary full car wash with my state inspection. What a deal!

Updated Review:As of 4/4/2021, Tristan was super helpful and attentive to my issues. Even after my aggressive email, he definitely understood my frustration and did his best to solve the issue. He was able to get my passenger seat repaired as well as re-cleaned my car and went above and beyond for my brake light. It’s never ideal to have to go back to get a service re-done, but Tristan made it a painless process. I am happy with the overall care that was given after I expressed my concerns and would come back again.I got the carpet cleaning package here on 3/20/2021. After seeing my car the first thing I noticed was that my mats were placed in my trunk, although I did not realize that someone thought it was the most brilliant idea to place soaking wet mats in a trunk that receives no sunlight and in return caused a moldy water smell. Second I saw that a figure of Mother Mary which I had on my dash was missing. I thought that maybe someone who cleaned the interior may have knocked it off it’s tape and placed it in a bag of my belongings in the trunk. Nope, it’s just gone. Third which is the most infuriating is that my passenger seat no long moves back. Prior to bringing my car in, my power seats had no issues. Upon picking it up the seat is moved all the way up so I try moving it back and it’s stuck. They might say that the power seats were already in the position prior to them cleaning but who really pulls the passenger seat all the way up to the point where there is no leg room. I assume someone pushed it up to clean the carpet in the back, and when trying to move it back realized it stopped working but decided it wasn’t in their best interest to notify me and let me find out after I took my car home.

I brought my car in for an oil change on 6/19 and when I left I smelled a burning oil smell but went on home. Monday I drove to work and the smell of oil was overpowering. I asked to speak to a manager but they told me he was busy and I overheard one worker say oh probably watching cartoons. When I brought my car back in Oscar, Ramel Alex and Derrick took care of my car with no questions asked. Oscar and Derrick who was not there the day my car was brought in went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the results. They were extremely apologetic however I never received any communication from the manager on duty the day my car was brought in when I asked who the manager was they told me Terrell. That Saturday was not like any other visit that I have had over the years. There was a strange odor that one of the other customers commented smelled like marijuana. I shared this with the great team that rectified the problem and they assured me they would report and handle my concerns. They seem to be trained and professional and even offered to give me a free engine detail. It is only because of them am I willing to entrust my car with Kwik Car again.

Terrible car wash. I paid $30 for a $3 wash. They didn’t even bother to vacuum nor wipe down the car at all.

Been going to this place since it was Oceans Car Wash. Good, fast car repair service. Car wash service needs a little work but its hot as he** in the summer so you cant really fault the staff for moving the cars as quickly as possible.

My mom went to have her car washed at Island Breeze / Kwik Kar wash on Scarsdale on 7/21/21. Her James Avery bracelet and loose coins were taken from her cup holder! She filed a complaint that same day and they said they would get back to her in 3 days. After viewing their security videos, he said he found no evidence that it was stolen!! Of course their cameras arent equipped with Xray vision. He said it took him longer to call me because he had Severl Incidents to look into. She told him someone here took it, and instead of doing more he offered her a free car wash! She told him she would never trust them again and he offered her a gift card to give a loved one! Ugh! As if she would send someone she cared about there!! Bottom line, there are theives and enablers working there!!!

They do fantastic work both with cleaning your car and changing your oil. They offer royal purple! My favorite! Always takes extra care to vaccuum my car thoroughly amd i always tip them! Great place always convenient and will always get my business.

Paid top dollar for service,150 and lost many items in my vehicle drawers didnt clean my vehicle correctly had to go back 6 times, for various things. and took almost 7 hours rediculous.

Recently went to detail my Dads Toyota Tacoma for Fathers Day. The customer service was great but ran into some miscommunication issues which lead to improper detailing but Tristan (Owner) reached out to me and took full responsibility. Mistakes happen but making it right and resolving the issue just shows how much he cares about his clients! The truck looks almost as good as new!Regards,Richard

I was here on Sunday. There were 7 cars being detailed. I was here over an hour. Will not be coming back.

This car wash is not worth the money. Basic car wash was almost $30 and took an hour. When I finally got my truck the cupholders were still dirty and the steps look like they had not even cleaned and I had to wipe them down myself. There were no vehicles ahead of me in the vacuum line and only four or five out front being dried.

Highly recommend this place. Family-owned operation with smart, courteous, professional staff. Saved me a lot of money today, and didnt push for extra services/repairs. Strikes me as a trustworthy, reliable operation. Manager Terrell and mechanic Tracy did a great job on my car. Will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience. I learned they closed at 5pm and arrived at 4:54pm. I could tell they where preparing to close, but the manager Pete welcomed me and my friend with open arms and without hesitation.I had no idea of the services they offered, but with enthusiasm he was able to break down the differences between them and made great recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive package.Even the team matched his energy with being welcoming and vibrant. They was even able to finish both of our cars at the same time.They offer drive thru wash (and hand wash) with shaded hand drying detail interior and exterior cleaning and vacuum!All in all, I thank you and your team Pete for allowing last minute customer get the same experience as your first customers of the day, it is greatly appreciated!

I can say they did a decent job, but when you pay for extra cleaning and the back seat isn’t vacuumed...they seem to almost get it clean every time I’ve been here.It’s close to the house so what can you do, clean it myself! 😂🤦🏽😂

I’m a customer who lives in the same neighborhood. Have 3 cars and used to use this location for over three years... car repair, wash, detailing, and inspections. I can tell that after the new management. Almost all the old staff left the place. Current staff are horrible, not polite, and know nothing about proper customer service!! The thing that made me decide to cancel my monthly payments and to take my business to somewhere else.

Then One of the workers stole some of my loose change from my cup holder .. SHADY smh Sad thing is I was trying to get change to tip them but the cashier had none which is probably a good thing because they didn’t deserve it . I came here to get a oil change and car wash. I could have to take my car to Subaru being that I had free oil changes. But I decided to bring it here instead so that I was able to get my car washed. They took my car the oil change was quick but the guy basically got me out of my money for a car wash. Can you tell me that it was complementary but led me to believe that the one I chose for 1899 was included that was definitely incorrect. I ended up having to pay about $60 for something that should’ve been about $40. They are I also have taken over an hour to actually start cleaning wiping down my car everyone else has gotten to go and vehicles have came and gone except mine I did get a coupon off for a free car wash when I return but I do not want to return after this. This was bad customer service I had a friend come here as well and they actually lost her keys how does that happen? Again I should have just went to Subaru if I had known my experience would be like this. I do not recommend this place and I am all for black people but I do not recommend you coming here it’s slow and it’s not even a busy day the business has not been same since it has been taken over by island breeze

I just did a car wash. I’m not from here just went by to get a wash. They are low on staff and the wash didn’t get all the dirt off and there was no one to wipe the soap water on my vehicle.

Second time I show up early and they put another person in front of me told the front desk and all the manager did was shake his head?? What does that mean? Didn’t say anything either! You pay 27 bucks for a car wash you expect to be treated better

Dissatisfied with the service here. I was here over an hour and vehicle was not finished along with everyone elses. It is going on 2hrs and I am still here and my drivers for may is being sweetcorn m searched for because it was misplaced. I understand it was busy but my truck was put to one side and forgotten about. My husband and his family have been coming for years for vehicle maintenance and had no problem. We will be charging our vehicle services from here on out. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Took one hour to get my truck washed and it was not a busy day. Day was Tuesday at 1:42, had the $24.99 wash. Some sections of my dash were missed along with the inside of the windshield, parts of the body. I did let the young women know about the outside but felt bad to be picky about the rest, gave her a tip and left.Update 08/02/2019Have been back to the carwash two more times since my last review. Ill have to say Im very satisfied with how my truck was cleaned. I went with the $19.99 wash this time. I notice the employees meticulously clean the inside, dry the outside and apply the tire shine. They did a fine job and only took 20 minutes.Keep up the good work.

Came in to get my tryc detailed. Was brought out if car wash, the girl started to dry it then saw the trump sticker in the back window and refused to dry it. Called another guy over to dry it he walked away. 10 min later i went in spoke to the manager who saw the truck drying with water spots all over it and ran it through again. Now ive been here for an hr for a detail and 12 other cars have been in and out since i got here. Wont be coming back i spend alot of money here a month and now they have lost my business.

My car was over looked and put to one side. I was here over an hour and apparently was given the wrong service I paid for. It was too be tended to immediately and vehicle was still sitting alone without any b one attending to it.. never returning here again. I understand it was busy but my car was abandon and not given the same treatment as everyone else that arrive at the same time as I did.

I had one of the best experiences here. Orlando took great care of me and my car, it means a lot to me considering the fact that I’m 7 months pregnant. The inside and outside looks and smells amazing. I found out about this place because my family has attended the Scarsdale location for years and I decided to try it out. No regrets, I am definitely signing up to be get a membership card!!!

I was next in line for a car wash when two other vehicles came after me. The attendant took them before me. I mentioned to her I was next and she knowingly admitted it but yet she let it happen. Needless to say I didnt get a wash before the other two vehicles. The only thing I received was an apology. Dont know about you but some of us have things to do....not waiting for others to do there job correctly and EFFICIENTLY.

He showed me step by step what exactly was being serviced on my vehicle from start to finish, DIDNT just try to take my $$ and take advantage like other places. You can tell that he truly cares about the customer. I learned a lot and I am very pleased. For sure will be returning for my future car needs. Thank you Derek!

Hello, I wanted to write a review based off my second experience here! Afte my 1st visit, I left a review due to the customer service interaction I had; didnt think anything would come of it. Maybe the following day, I recieved multiple messages from the manager Tristian. (Hope I spelled that correctly). Not only did he leave vm but also reached out via social media business page. To me this was great customer service to begin with. He wanted to make sure that I recieved his message some way. He apologized several times and explained to me that he wanted to make things better and wanted my feedback! Fast foward, we spoke. Not only did he give me a car detail but also went above and beyond to make sure not only I but my husband was taken cared of! We got to meet the Operations Managaer, Pete as well. He was very humble and awesome. Same man I saw running around the parking lot prior to not knowing who he was! That speaks volumes. Because of this, I WILL be returning to this location and I recommend you doing so as well. And if you have a concern, address it please because it will get fixed! =) Thank You guys.

Today 29 April 2020, I went in to get a full synthetic oil change as well as their higher package that theyre offering at this time car wash. Upon completion of my oil change and car wash I was given a call from their office telling me that they were running my car through the machine one more time and then it would be ready in 15 minutes to come pick it up. I found it quite odd that they would run my car through the machine one more time however, I thought well, perhaps they would do a good job. When I got my vehicle, I promptly paid and tipped the lady who was cleaning the inside when I walked up. Approximately 5 minutes later, I was traveling down Beltway 8 when the window trim fell out of my car hanging on by a piece of rubber, as it beat the side of my window, damaging my vehicle as well as mirror at 65 miles an hour down the freeway, until I could safely pull over and pick up the pieces off the side of the road. I called the office and let them know my car has been damaged and upon arriving, I was told by the manager Juan, that he didnt give a s*** and that they were going to check cameras, that they have a lawyer, and that it was unlikely that they were going to do anything to fix it! My father was standing in the parking lot listening to the whole thing, because I asked him to come pick me up, thinking they would leave my car there overnight to try to do something to fix it! Once Juan realize that my Dad was standing there listening, he changed his tone, handed me a report to fill out and told me they would call me in a couple days. Perhaps this explains why they ran the vehicle through the machine one more time in an effort to get it to pass their camera protocol on covering themselves when they damage your vehicle! I couldnt be more disappointed or upset about the situation! This is the kind of customer service I got for spending $111.33!Pete Rhymes called me today 22 May 2020 and told me that he ordered the trim piece to fix my vehicle from the mistake that took place last month. I truly appreciate and respect the fact that my vehicle was fixed today, as well as the fact that he told me that he wanted to personally see to it that it gets fixed! Thanks Pete!

I brought my car for an oil change and Pete let me know I had an oil leak he could fix. He let me know the cost and how long it would take ahead of time. When he was done he showed me the reason why my oil was leaking, and finished in the time frame he said he would. He was extremely professional and courteous. I will continue to take my car to him even though I live in another city! He was great. The place is clean and the staff is nice and professional. Shout out to PETE!!

I was getting my inspection done when another customer walked in. She was carrying an oxygen tank and I could tell she was having difficulty breathing. I asked for help for her and the manager, Derrick, came to help her immediately. He went and got her new tank out to the car and helped her install it. He really was very professional and ensured she was taken care of. He kept checking on her while her car was getting washed. He literally saved her life!

I came in for an oil change last minute & they took me right in without any hesitation. I was told my oil change was going to take 20 minutes but because of the engine flush that was recommended, the time was extended a little (which I had no problem at all) 👍🏼 On the contrary, I’m so happy that they were able to get everything done within an hour . No complaints at all ! I been going to Hyundai for my oil changes but looks like kwik car will be my go to for now on ! Derek was awesome in making sure all my questions answered ! Derrick (Manager) that works there was very helpful and honest. He explained to me what I really needed and not what a company would just tell me to make money. Derricks crew already knew what to do as soon I finished telling them what I needed and want. Crew was helpful as well. Derrick wasnt shy on me watching them work on my car like a lot of other oil change places. Jaun (other manager) was there answering all my questions as well. I give this place 👍🏼👍🏼 and definitely coming back. And when I do come back on asking for Derrick and his crew. Im DEFINITELY coming back. And thats the MAN Derrick in the picture

Highly recommend getting any maintenance done here. All of the mechanics here are honest and do a great job! The customer service is great as well with Anna Marie! Horrible customer service and poor quality in general. Been going here for years for all my vehicles, but this place really isn’t the same anymore. Workers have a bad attitude and so do the new managers. I got a horrible car wash and went back for a clean up/refund, but received no assistance in return. Instead, they became unprofessional & made a huge scene over something that could’ve been simply solved. I will not be spending my money here anymore, let alone let them touch any of my vehicles. Moving my purchases over to Martinez Hand Car Wash from now on.Pic below: that’s just some of the poor cleaning that was done to my car.

I have been going to this place for years. It is recently with new management. They did a huge remodel of the place, it is a lot more inviting. Now, i dont mind sitting to wait for my car to be service, because the environment is a lot more welcoming. Staff is great, they always do a great job on my car. I will not go anywhere else!

NEVER GOING BACK, WASNT GIVEN A REFUND FOR....Asked for an synthetic oil change and carwash total was given and I paid. Come to find out I was never going to get the upgraded carwash I asked for ($30) instead I got an extra charge for a Special Oil Filter a synthetic oil upcharge! I asked them to explain these extra charges and no one could! The manager told me next time ask for your receipt up front before you pay and ask your questions then so that way you get your carwash sorry no refund! So I took his information turned around and shared it with his customers only to be asked to leave. I dont understand why only I should be the only one to hold this great piece of information so I shared it!Tried to go about it the right way and no one cared so here you go KWIK KAR N Lube (Island Breeze) on Scarsdale. Never been here, but doubt Ill come back. Paid $59 for Express wax and interior dressing . But they dont tell you theyre just going to wipe that on top of all the dust and dirt. I wish I could upload pictures so you could see for yourself. I felt bad about telling the guy since he said he was new. Not worth the price for a deep cleaning.

This place is amazing. The owners and staff was so professional! If it wasn’t for this place my vehicle wouldn’t have made it to my move to Florida. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and in speaking with the owner Tristan he had the mechanic check out my car no charge just to see what was going on. This place is an amazing family owned place and you can tell the love in the place by how I was taken care off! I wish we had a place like this in Ft Myers Florida!

Kwik Kar & Ocean Wash are good and convenient. They arent really a 5 star place, but they arent really a 4 star either. Probably about a 4.5 star. Reasonable prices, decent service. I usually use Kwik Kar for my oil changes.

A great place for car services..a premier community establishment

Been going here for 10 years. Too in my SUV and my kids chargers for their tablets went missing. Spent over $100 on a synthetic oil change with car wash and my kids stuff disappeared. Not happy.Manager offered a car wash to offset the cost of the chargers. Nice of him to do that just not happy that my chargers disappeared.

Tommy was great! I brought my car in because my check engine light was on, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All the other places I went to couldnt find the issue, so that light stayed in. But he resolved the issue! He helped me understand everything thoroughly, and now my car is in tip top shape! Im very glad I came here, it was worth the drive!

I paid extra for the “better” car wash. They didn’t put the air freshener & they did a crappy job cleaning the inside. I won’t be back. The location is super convenient so it kinda sucks.

Took my car for a wash on Sunday June 23, 2019. Was very disappointed with the people that cleaned the inside of my car. They did not wipe the door or middle console. I left since I was getting a migraine and had to go home and take my meds.This is not the first time this has happen. The last time I also had to ask them to clean the inside of the car.Don’t know if I will be going back there.

Needed to get car clean ASAP. Came here and asked if it was possible to vacuum my kids car seat with the service. Annemarie and the team did a great getting me in and out. I will be coming back

Started going to Kwik Kar after moving to Houston, the service is excellent, dept and office staff are very courteous, every customer is treated with respect. The managers are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Will recommend Kwik Kar to anyone again and again.

Came in to recharge my AC after AC compressor replaced. Dude came out after he put refrigerant into my car said that my system was clogged, ac blows hot air and orifice tube needed to be replace and a flush for $279. Nothing wrong with my system, i paid $100 for the service my AC was cold after charged. Dude have no idea what he doing. Not recommended to go get your AC charge here.
